I went there for them to test my battery. They tested it right away. I waited about a minute. The employees were friendly and helpful. Turns out I bought the wrong battery or rather the battery was too big. I was able to exchange it with no problem without paying additional funds. The employee carried the heavy battery to my car each time. I even came back with my old battery and got the $5 cash back and again the employee carried the battery out of my car into the store. A+ customer service!!!

I went in to get a new battery. It's not a simple battery to change but Stephen and the rest of the team were great and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

When there today for some clips for my wife car. Service was great the person took the time to come n look what size clip I may need. Thanks for ur time u spend to help me.Unlike Advance Auto person who told me I need to go get the clip so he can c the size. That is one auto store that will never see me again.

Very nice people especially when I don't know what I am talking about when it comes to car parts but the associate was so nice and helpful God bless him. The store was very clean and neat and well zoned and stocked. One of a customer's first option is when they pull up to a parking lot is weather it has alot of trash throwed on the ground and is the trash cans running over well the stores parking lot was not like that. That is just some of the things I look at can't vouch for other people.

I've always had pretty pleasant experiences. Their prices are just a tad higher than at least 1 of their main competitors, but from what I've learned, it's worth it. The gentleman who helped me today went above and beyond to help me.

Employees were very knowledgeable and kind. I called needing to switch out some spark plugs I ordered online, and they made the process very simple. Even had what I needed already at the register when I arrived.

Love how they speak as you first comes in. Helpful, great subjects, good price. Been going there for years. Please with their over all manner. Store is always clean. Plus put part on the car or truck. Love them people.

AutoZone strikes again, again, and again. Santanna Osborne and Deja Ortiz are the best when it comes to customer service. They always welcome customers with the utmost respect. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks again and again ladies!!!

Stopped by to get a battery tested and the place looked packed. The line was a little long but the employees were fantastic! They were killin it like a Chick-fil-A line. Came out to test my battery in minutes. Everyone was so nice. Y'all just go here for real.

Order stones are very good car parts or they let you code read what's wrong with your car if the engine lights on but I found out my part today it's not that expensive so I'm going to try to put it in the car and all and McCall be fixed the 7-Eleven mechanical in charge me a fortune to have a very good to have every good selections inside I was very pleased what I saw I gave it five stars

Very helpful. Pointed me towards what I asked for, very friendly and professional. When they noticed me outside trying to figure out where to attach the frion valve, came out and assisted. Then we all stood outside and watched the eclipse together! A+ service, above and beyond!

Stop here to buy a brake light bulb. The service was great. The employee was very nice. He was helpful and answered my questions.I recommend this store. You will find great service and helpful information.

By me being a lady and don't know much about car. My brake light was out and I purchase a bulb to replace it , this young salesmen didn't even offer to replace it for me. Last time when I had one replace, the other salesmen put it in for me. I thought that at Auto Zone the salesmen was a more helpful to there customers. I felt like returning the item and go elsewhere. First time this ever happen to me at a Auto Zone. Trans# 145849 store#02459

Sometimes has parts that the others don't but the staff is lacking in speed and people skills. Be prepared to wait in line for service and then again to check out.
