My girlfriend broke down on the Interstate with no shoulder to get too. This company was called and Zach got out there ASAP. He was such a blessing to my family. Things could have been so much worse. Her jeep finally started back and he offered to either tow it to our house or follow her. He followed her and once she turned in at home he continued on with his night. No questioned asked. I couldn t have asked for better service in our time of need.

Worst service and beyond unprofessional. If they can't do a job that they are being paid for, just decline it. When called, the "owner", stated that I should get a better car that wouldn't need to be towed and that is the reason why they damaged my cars front lip kit and bumper. They have probably moved from locations due to the fact their company is so bad at what they do. I know that mistakes and things happen but to be caught on camera trying to cover up the damage with zip ties is just a refection of the kind of people you are. Try to act like you have sense or home training when a customer, the people that pay your business to stay open.Service: Car towing

Legit the only good I can say about this place is they towed somewhere besides their lot. Everybody was rude. It was like $250 to tow which seems absolutely outrageous. Took forever to get a receipt and then dude on the phone caught an attitude saying he was driving. Like my brother in Christ, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to send an email. Absolutely ridiculous. For anyone needing a tow, go anywhere else. They cannot possibly be worse than this place.Service: Car towing

My insurance company uses this towing service. The tow was set up on Friday night and the guy called me when he arrived at my vehicle. I thought all was well. Sunday night I drive to the automotive place and my truck was not there. They never even called to tell me they didn't pick up the truck. Tried calling TCB and no one would answer the phone (even though they are 24 hour). Called the driver and he said TCB cancelled the tow after he arrived. Now just to think if I had sat on the side of the interstate late at night waiting on a tow from this company. This company has no customer service. They are surely not dependable (will leave you sitting for hours with no contact). I will never use them again and urge you not to as well. Call Scruggs Towing instead. Very nice, helpful and will keep you informed at all times. Scruggs will be my tow service from now on.

Very unprofessional. Lacks common decency. Likes to take advantage any chance he can get especially with elderly folks. He was also caught on video assaulting a customer who called him out over taking advantage of his parents. Has no compassion for thy neighbor. It s a shame I couldn t leave a 0 star review. Has also been blasted on local news channels for shady business. 0 out of 10 DO NOT Recommend. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Find Jesus he will do you some good to have in your life and maybe you won t be such a stain of society.Service: Car towing

Had 2 flats on the side of I26 with my wife and kids onboard. Dispatch and driver were quick to get us safely to a hotel and tire shop. Thank you!

This non-accredited business landed a contract at the apartment complex in which I reside. One of their drivers came and stole my vehicle legally stickered and parked without reason, then slammed the door in my face and drove away as I approached to ask why. My apartment complex did not request the tow, and instructed me to contact the business to have it rectified. I then called the 24/7 number several times in the next hour to finally get an answer, only for the man who answered the phone to hang up on me when I asked where they were located but wouldn t provide him with my personal information. Absolutely pathetic, and literally downright criminal.

This place is so unorganized. They never answer phone calls and never will get back with you even after leaving voicemails. Tried getting a receipt for insurance purposes and they ended up losing it. this place is a ripoff and a scam and i will expose them. they expect you to pay for a vehicle that was stolen from you. even though you made a police report. the vehicle was recovered by the police they hurried and towed it to their yard and refused to release the vehicle two hours later because it was a saturday but yet they towed the vehicle to ther yard on saturday. initially charge i belive i heard $75 initially which if the vehicle was stolen a victim shouldnt have to pay but we still had the money on hand and wouldve still payed it to get the vehicle back that day. then come monday they wanted $150 and now we dont have that much money and the vehicle had to sit and they kept adding $25 a day for the vehicle to be there and now they still want an astonomical amount of money to get our vehicle back. they want to take advantage of someone who is on a fixed income and gain a big payday off a vehicle that waqs reported stolen. they should be ashamed of themselves. we will be going to the media, getting a lawyer and whatever else we have to do to expose this ripoff company. already talked to the city police and they even dont agree with us having to pay to get our vehicle back that was stolen from us.

Hunter came to my rescue! I was stuck in a VERY long line and couldn't get out of it. I had a flat tire and was scared to death! Hunter walked beside my car until I could get out of the line, got me hooked up and towed me back to Spartanburg. He was sooooo nice and professional. It made me feel a lot better about my situation! they ll tow your car out of an empty parking lot to make a quick buck. they re rude and unprofessional in person and over the phone. the main office building has several different pets in dirty cages which clutter the office space.

TCB Automotive and Towing is amazing. Rick was awesome. Our truck died 4 hours in to a 16 hour trip. He went the extra mile and took us to Spartanburg so we had a hotel and a place to have the truck looked at. He was a bright spot in a really bad day. Thanks for being there when we needed you.

Very professional and courteous. Our car broke down in Duncan and the guy that towed us actually asked us about whats wrong with our car and even gave us advice on what could be the problem. Great tow service! Quick service!

These people went the extra mile and then some to help my mom who was stuck beside the rd in nc last night. And there price was more than fair.I truly thank them and thank God there's still a few people that really care.i called numerous people in tjat area and until calling them was talked down to and told to google places they couldn't help in any way..again thank God for such honest.devoted.and caring people!

This company has no business contracting with insurance providers offering roadside assistance. I waited over 2 1/2 hrs for a tow 6 minutes away and another towing service had to be called which now progressive is saying the new towing company dispatched will take 30 more minutes. I waited an hour then called TCB. The guy who answers the phone tells me about 45 minutes because one call ahead of me. An hour and a half later I called TCB automotive and he said the driver was now dropping off a vehicle and he would have him call me. 36 minutes no call from his driver. If TCB cannot or care not to handle towing calls for roadside assistance for one customer within 3 hrs. they need to stop being greedy and soliciting business from insurance providers. This puts people in dangerous situations in a roadside assistance situation.

So Im a dispatcher and just had gotten off of work stop at the QT and my truck wouldn't start. I called Geico roadside assist. And Im telling you this man John was there in maybe 15-20 minutes. He was there b4 I knew. And got me home. This guy John is one of the best. Thank you Geico and thank you TCB towing especially John.

Called TCB for heavy wrecker assistance to help offload a large commercial trash compactor and receiver box totaling 14,000 lbs. They went above and beyond and actually had 3 trucks out there on time to offload and position the units where we needed them. Price was more than fair for everything they did. Thank you Curtis, Anthony and Drew!!!

I've had to use TCB quite a bit this year and they have always given me prompt, courteous service!! I would definitely recommend them if you need a towing service!! I give them 5 stars!
