They were able to take me in when I need it. The inspection was thorough, and I was glad I did it, as I had to walk away from the deal. They send pics with all diagnoses, explain any questions, and Sergeev, who did the talking part, was very friendly (which is a bonus, not a requirement for me), and gave me a great input on other questions I had. The place looks like it's been in a storm, but don't go by feelings.His partners are serious workers, they know what they are doing.I was very pleased with their service.

He fixed all my cars in all the years I ve known him. Ever since he started the shop. Good work, very fair pricing, and he always has snacks. And he wipes off any fingerprints he leaves on the vehicles.

The staff at SVR are awesome! I have always had an amazing experience with Surgey. He always makes time to talk to me about what issues my car is having, how he is going to fix it, and has always been exceptionally kind and caring. I never have to wait long to be seen about and anyone I have spoken to has been very polite. I m a young college girl so going anywhere alone to get work done on my car can feel intimidating, but they always take good care of me here and I trust them with my vehicle. I am impressed with the detailed work that was done on my BMW X5. As soon as I dropped it off, they determined the A/C issue and immediately fixed it. The staff are great and worked with me explaining me every detail so I would understand exactly what they did. The best part is the reasonable price. Went here because of an awful sound coming from the front of my vehicle. Turned out it was something very minor and Sergey not only explained what was wrong but fixed it in under 10 minutes! Sergey is an honest guy I highly recommend.

My suv kept having electrical issues. I took to few different OEM dealers and paid for nothing. They had it for two weeks and could not figure out the issue. Took to to SVR and Sergey had it figured out in 1 hour and told me to bring it the next to get it fixed. It was twice as cheaper with solid repair. My go to mechanic for now on! Very knowledgeable and experienced.
