I called Michael on a Tuesday to check check my brakes on my Ram 1500. I left the truck over night and had her picked up by 3 the next day. Professional courtesy service. I would highly recommend Michael and his team of auto associates. The price was reasonable and she drives like a dream.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I ve used Reidville Road over the years - I have recommended to many. The owner and group is full of integrity and fair. Several times they have spotted things and corrected at no charge or found something that costs less than anticipated. I drive 30 minutes to use them!

I have never been disappointed with the quality of service at Reidville Road Automotive. Michael is honest and thorough and he is great at explaining what is going on with my vehicle. No one enjoys taking their car to the shop, but I am so glad I found a shop in Spartanburg that I can trust

Reidville Auto is second to none!! I d give 6 stars if that was an option. I was traveling through Spartanburg when my Yukon started acting up. A quick google search later and I found Reidville Auto. Turned out to be a coil pack. They didn t have one in stock but were able to have one delivered in a matter of minutes. I had a different coil pack go out a month earlier and my local dealership did the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that Reidville charged me far less compared to the dealership! I was back on the road in no time. Michael Turner was the gentleman I worked with there and he was fantastic! If this place weren t 3 hours from home, I would have all auto services performed there. If you live in or around Spartanburg or maybe just traveling trough, give them a chance and you won t be sorry!Thank You Michael and Reidville Auto!!

Very knowledgeable,& professional here. They do repairs in a timely manner and are excellent at what they do. No more dealership ( GMC Terrain) maintenance for me . These guys get it done .

Quoted $200 for 4 spark plugs and an ignition coil. Invoiced $315. Discrepancy was that they forgot to quote labor. I'm actually inclined to believe they forgot instead of "forgot", but since the error led to me paying an amount to which I would not have agreed, I still feel compelled to leave a negative review.

This is the Best car place I ve ever been to having work done on my car. Not to mention they fixed what someone else couldn t figure out only making my car sound and drive worse!! My car runs like a champ thanks to Reidville Road Auto!! These guys know what they re doing and I highly recommend them if anyone needs any work done on they re car! This will be my go to place from now on!! Thank you mike!!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS! We called after being broken down nearby and they recommended a good towing service(and they were very good and reasonably priced), which we used to get to Reidville Road Auto. We were stuck between our home in Summerville and Kentucky where we were headed, so we are out of our element with no friends or family nearby. They spent 2hr diagnosing what was wrong(they were packed!) and at the end when we decided we couldn't pay for the fix, they only charged us for the towing fee they were charged. Michael was very kind, professional and knew what he was talking about. He kindly let us keep the truck there till we could come tow it and had Jackie, a VERY kind lady drive us to a vehicle rental place. When we couldn't rent a vehicle, she was kind enough to take us to a hotel. She was very patient and nice to talk to, it made our situation the best it could be. I have never been in this situation before, and I could have easily been taken advantage of by any other business. But I am so glad we broke down near Reidville Road Auto. They are honest people.

We've been using Reidville Rd ever since it was actually located on Reidville Rd, for about 25 years now. They have never done us wrong. They're our go-to. If Mike can't fix it, he will tell you he can't. But so far, that's only happened once with a collision issue and he recommended an amazing hometown collision center who did fix it. They've repaired everything from radiators to tires and are always timely, honest, and very fair with prices.

Michael and his team did a great job working on my truck's AC. I got my truck back in less than 3 business days. The work looked as if I did it myself. None of the pieces were damaged during installation and everything looked OEM. Extremely professional work, communication, and price. Michael did not advise any unnecessary work (like other shops) just to make more money. I will be a returning customer and I really do appreciate a good mechanic! I highly recommend Reidville Road Automotive.Very considerate and attentive to the issues I had on my Lexus and resolved it in a very timely manner.Moved here from NC. and was searching for a new trustworthy mechanic and my neighbor recommended them, and needless to say, their establishment will be my go to, for all my auto needs!Thank you Michael and staff for taking care of us!!!

Got some work done on my Honda Odyssey (brakes, oil change, back door lock/unlock handle, front ceiling lights). Coming from Chicago to such a great place in the Hub City was epic. They are super helpful and provide great service. They even suggested a place to go get an extra set of keys done at a much better price than the Honda dealership who was quoting me three times as much. You guys Rock ! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for your car repairs.

They were very friendly and honest. They dont try to get over on people like some places do. And they are very reasonable on their prices too. I have used them for years and always recommend them to anyone that's looking for a reasonable and honest mechanic. Everyone I've recommended them to have been pleased as well.

Alternator died on interstate on drive home from vacation. In van with 5 children. They came to the roadside and got us to shop where they dropped everything to get us on road. I thought there was no such thing as honest mechanics, but Reidville Rd Automotive proved me wrong. MichaeI and his team were very detailed about my issues and repaired my vehicle for 1/3 of what was quoted by another mechanic. I have found my new home for my automotive repair needs!

I received an exorbitant quote from a large named dealer in town for the repair of my wife's 2014 CR-V. I took it here for a second opinion where they diagnosed the actual problem and presented me with the needed repairs. There was an 87% difference in cost when comparing the two side-by-side. Reidville Auto Service got the work done in one day and her car is as smooth as can be. I cant recommend these guys enough for their honest work and reliability.

Clutch went out in my car and I called them and told them as much and that I couldn t crank the car because of this. They recommended a tow service to use which I did. I paid for the tow service and 3 days later they me that they don t work on Clutch s! Now I have to pay for Another tow to another garage and pay them for their diognostic fee.The opposite of professional is what my experience is. Cost me $118 for a tow too! DONT WASTW YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS THEY ONLY WANT YOIR MONEY

We(my family) have been going there for years... several cars taken care of... this particular time my daughter's 01 Xtera had an issue with running, they took it and repaired it. It continued to have issues, so I was advised to get it back to them(they were willing to have t tow truck chime DVD get it) they brought it in repaired it again and it's running great.
