Staff was very quick in diagnosis of issue with car, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made their recommendation and also helped us to arrange a last minute car rental to salvage our weekend. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty! Would give more than 5 stars if possible!!!

I have used this location for several year for maintenance on my three vehicles. I went in for an Uber inspection as I have done in the past which was a charge of 39 dollars no problem with that I had a small tail light bulb that needed replacing. This was about a five dollar bulb they charged 60 dollars for the bulb and installation about three minutes labor along with the inspection charge. This was case where they thought they could charge anything that they wanted for the bulb, there is no reason for that The employees seem to not care that I was dissatisfied. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past with no complaints. But this is a total ripoff. I will think long and hard before I go back

This center was amazing. The guys are very professional, and they work fast and did an amazing job on my brakes and alignment. The pricing can't be beat. I will be returning here for all my future work.

Outstanding service. We came here after a breakdown and were helped promptly and thoroughly. Problems were explained and shown in detail. Rein the manager was kind and treated us very fairly. Staff were caring and courteous. Major thanks for taking such great care of us! We will definitely be back for more car care as needed!

My truck spark plug had blew In The middle of the highway. Me and my 2 girls found this amazing Meineieke car car right off the highway. I did not have enough to cover the repairs but the associate (JOHN) went over and beyond to help get approve for financing at the same time the mechanic (REIN) went over and beyond to try to ot charge me so much and fixed my vehicle that day. Customer service, wait time, accommodating , the empathy and especially the professionalism was 100% over beyond satisfaction. I will continue to be a customer even thoe I stay far away but they are worth to know my vehicle will be in great hands and I will too. They have educated me of what is next to fix that may cause an issue and wouldn't for them me and my 2 girls would not make it back home which was 5 hours away. Thank you all so much. You literally saved our life's.

I was lucky enough to stop to make an appointment for an alignment and tire rotation, but Austin took me right in even though it was almost time for closing. He and the Meineke crew did the work in record time. I appreciate them going the extra mile.

I have been very happy with the service at this location. The crew does exactly what I ask for and they do not try to up-sell or find non-existent problems. They have all been very polite and courteous.

Staff was very courteous, professional and greeted me when I walked in. Went in with my sister in-laws car, no vehicle history, and received an oil change and engine filter replacement with my veterans discount AND another coupon walked out of there under $100. Frankly used to use Speedee, but was always attempted to be upsold instead of what I went there for in the first place. Meinike will get my business from now on.

I paid for a $80 oil change and that s all they did, they didn t top off my fluids, luckily the meineke located in boiling springs welcomed me with opened arms even tho they wasn t the ones who screwed up, not to mention while I was sitting in the lobby at the westide location I heard the employees in the back cursing each other out. So save yourself a headache and just go to the B.Springs location where it s not independently owned and they can do what they want. Shout out to Kaleb at the b springs location he went above and beyond for me for no charge.

I went to Meinicke the other day to get a oil change and the guys there done amazing job. I have been to a couple of places to get a oil change but this time it was the best so thank you guys very much. I wouldn t go anywhere else from now on.

The guy behind the desk was rude. I waited, along with another person for awhile and we had to go get someone to wait on us. They were in the shop , some just sitting and talking while we kept trying to get their attention. No apology for the wait and then when I mentioned the wait, the 1 guy was rude to me and said a wait is customary.Service: Oil change

I used this business for some warranty work from a car I had purchased. The staff was very professional and nice. They gave me detailed information on the repairs and even went to bat with the warranty company for me. Jen was great to work with and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I was given an accurate time frame and kept updated through each step. I ll definitely use them again for my other vehiclesService: General repairs & maintenance

Worst place I have ever took my car to they charge me $140 for my wheel alignment and failed to complete and left it worst! The store manager Cursed at me along getting in my face if he was going to touch me DO NOT COME HERE

About a week ago, the ac in my wife's Pathfinder went out. So, naturally I thought all I had to do was recharge the freon. Well, when I noticed that the compressor didn't turn on. I called around to find out who could do AC repairs (for the cheapest price). Next thing I know I'm on the phone with Jennifer. She was AMAZING!!! She understood my predicament and tried her best to reassure me during my already bad day. Long story short, they checked our entire system thoroughly, and found multiple minor problems that really needed to be addressed to prevent a major problem. Needless to say, Jennifer was a Godsend and calmed me down when I was in sticker shock. She made sure that I got the best deal that she could, and we decided to get the front brakes and rotors replaced as well. I definitely recommend this location, and definitely ask for Jennifer!!! I ended up checking out with the manager, and he was very nice and professional (sorry I couldn't remember his name), and Bailey was the technician. If I could give no stars I would. Had both drive axles replaced one broke one day and the other one broke the next day. Even though it's under warranty don't trust them enough to fix it again. I needed an oil change and had to replace my headlight assembly due to burned out/corroded wires from shoddy work done by the previous owner.They were professional, 100% upfront with costs and were able to finish the work in 48 hrs. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured to pay for work that didn't need to be done.
