Stopped in to get an estimate, and ended up leaving my car for a paint job. Joseph Dejesus was very professional and friendly. The car looks great, and I would recommend Maaco in Spartanburg for a quality, reasonably priced paint experience.

Negative stars if possible . Please Do Not Go Here! Wrong paint color , did not complete body work , pause for quality clear coat .it scratches with soft wash brushes. lied about the time it would take to the have vehicle back.on the 3rd day I contacted the manager he said it was wet that he just looked at . But did not notice it was the wrong color . Called back two days later I get told it was painted that night that I still could not pick up the vehicle due to it being wet still. Caught in there own lie. Picked the truck up paint is the wrong color it s orange peel terrible work. There s white residue foot prints all through my interior. Body work Incomplete . I leave the places after having to pay to get my truck back and no help or contact from the franchise owner. They are franchise . Corporate will not help you if there is any issues they mediate only . They also blew my door speaker using my sound system to jam in there shop. Do not go to mako should be the company slogan

Did do good work. Went to pick up and the new fender had a dent in it. They didn t seem to care said it came like that. Would not recommend to anyone for the Spartanburg location

Work repair job and worst color matching I ve ever seen they painted over dents that were supposed to be repaired. I even gave them a chance to make it right yet they wanted another 400.00 If I could put negative stars I would. My Granddaughter took her car to Maaco to get her door fixed and the employee bent her door and she had to pay $540 for the damage that he done and they still didn't fix the problem had to take it to Circle Body Shop Asheville Highway and Brian fixed it in 10 minutes I advise anyone not to take their car to Maaco

I can t recommend Maaco Spartanburg. My car had to be returned back twice, first time for coverage issues, second for major runs in the paint. Really it still has noticeable coverage issues(black primer showing through the red), but I can t afford to have my car sitting there for another week. My tire also now has a bolt in it that it did not have when I dropped it off.

Finally we have a great place in town where to take our cars and Motorcycles, I been looking for a place to paint my old BMW and everywhere else was totally ridiculous what they pretend to charge, maybe vecause is a BMW? To me a Fender is a fender and a Motorcycle oart from obebrand or another need to be work in the same way.Starting from Kevin Dillard, always with a smile, and make you fills like talkibg with and old friend, to everybody else in the shop, my experience could not be better, and the results "Incredible well done shop" at avery reasonable price.DONT LOOSE TIME ABD MONEY, GIVE THEM A TRY"

Worst place ever. Terrible job terrible customer service. Lied to me numerous times. Ripped the weather stripping around my doors and painted half of it and they did not fix it. I will never use them again and neither should anybody elseService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Everyone is friendly but some of the younger men play too much. They forgot to reset my odometer. The old change was ok.
