I've been here several times now for brakes and tires. They are always up front about prices, and very reasonably priced. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I dropped my vehicle off to have a tire replaced and paid for the services in advance as I planned to pick it up after hours. I simply asked them to lock my vehicle, leave the key in the vehicle, and place my spare tire back under the vehicle.Upon my return, I found my vehicle left unlocked, the spare thrown in my vehicle, and the key still in the now locked building. Trying to get back home to Raleigh, NC, you can imagine how I felt at the time. After sitting in the parking lot for three hours and repeatedly calling them (to reach a full voicemail), the owner showed up and pulled the key from the office.When I addressed my concerns, he took no accountability for his workers actions and essentially called me a liar, stating that he locked the vehicle. He and the other manager were very rude and treated my situation as if it were not important.If you want good quality service and a team of employees and management that will tend to your automotive needs, this is not the place!

They are friendly, honest and true in character and service. I went back because they were upfront and didn't try to overcharge me. I will be using them for more services now.

Needed 2 tires and didn't realize this place was close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I definitely recommend them!!! Quick service and reliable. I asked for 2 tires and it turns out I only needed one. Very honest and courteous. Will definitely use them from now on.

Went on a weekend close to closing time and JR and the whole crew was amazing, as was the price of fixing my impaled tires. 10/10 recommend this small business. They are professional, kind and hard working.

I needed 2 tires for my 2013 Chevy Malibu. I found 2 used tires here at an excellent price. They also changed my links on my strut assembly. I had issues with other mechanics in the past that didn't do the job they said that they would do. The mechanic here knows his cars and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Customer service is excellent and staff is friendly. My car runs like a dream now! Thank you very much.

My son and I were driving home the night before Thanksgiving to Michigan and our tire started leaking from a nail. John and his family found a tire for our car and took care of us in less than 30 minutes. We were really anxious and they were so kind. What a great family- a true gem. We are very thankful for their service- highly recommend!

My family and I were in the middle of a long road trip with a nail in our tire. We called ahead and JR Used Tires patched our tire in less than 15min at a very reasonable price!! Great communication and great service. Really grateful they could help us save the day!

I'd give a zero star if I could !!! These people are pushy and charged me $45 for a USED tire. They were past rude and rushed to changed it!4 hours after this tire was changed, I walk outside and my tire is FLAT. On the receipt it says "shop at your own risk".First of all, WHO in a professional setting does that?! Nobody! Now I'm out $45.00.When I called he said "oh maybe you run over nail but bring the car back, I make it right". Yeah, I can drive with a flat tire and he'd probably rip me off again. My first "no" should've been pulling up in this sketchy place and then seeing him argue with another customer. He asked me "what, you don't want to wait for me?" When I went to back out.NEVER AGAIN !

I had a pleasant experience here last Monday! Our tire went out on us over the weekend and we had to get it towed here. They took excellent care of us and even fixed some cosmetic damage that occurred! We could not get there right away and they were more than happy to accommodate our work schedule and help us figure out the best time to pick it up. I definitely will be using them for any of our tire needs it was such a relief to be treated with respect!

Can t say enough about Jon! What an honest and down to earth guy! He runs his shop to the TEE! I had a blowout on I-26 and he got me taken care of quick! Will definitely be going here for any other vehicle needs I have.

Very cool place. Had to wait just a bit, but it was worth it. Even let me pick the used ones I wanted. Very reasonable, friendly folk that do even more than tires. Oil changes, brakes, tune up. Even let me know my brakes would be needing changed soon. But even better than all that, they are open on Sunday's.

Best place in and around Spartanburg. My experience was exceptional owner was very nice and professional. I've come to JR used tires a few times now and every time the prices were great, sevice was great, and it was quick. I most definitely would recommend JR's to everyone. And I most definitely will be coming back everytime I need my cars serviced. 5 STARS!!! No question about it.

Loved JR tires! We got a flat on road trip passing thru at 2:30 on a Sunday! Devin got us in, got us a tire, and even stayed late after closing hours to make sure we were taken care of. What would have been a headache and an overnight stay waiting for a tire store to open on Monday, was just a couple hour detour. Great service and price! Highly recommend!

Had a flat tire on a Sunday and found JR tires by accident, he was great! He had just what I needed and fixed the tire in a reasonable time. The price was more than fair and he told me to come back if there was any problem at all and he would make it right. Thanks for helping me when I was in a bind!

Helpful guys, kind and generous! We got two tires, and are coming back for two more. They showed us the tires, and changed them right away, while we waited under their huge awning (cool, clean, ample seating). Good location, hardworking employees, they deserve your business!

Excellent service at JR s! JR worked past closed to finish my car. I waited too long to get it fixed and it was unsafe to drive. Price is very reasonable. Timeliness was great. The staff kept checking on me to make sure I was ok or if I needed anything. Great Local and family owned business to support!

They have some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet. Quick service too and their prices are some of the best in the area. Anytime I need tires I always go to them first. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in our tire (BMW) on our way back from vacation still over 100 miles from home. We stopped by Costco walmart AND Sam's and NONE of them would even help us!!!! They were not helpful at ALL and didnt care to let us get on the road with a tire like that !!! We found this shop by accident and WOW are we pleased!!! I believe his name was Devin and he was amazing!!! He greeted us at the parking lot and has our tire fixed and gone in less than 10 minutes!!! What an awesome experience we had!!! Cant say enough about how much that means to us!! THANK YOU!!!!

Got a flat on the highway on the way to NC from FL for vacation. Spare ended up being flat too, and this was the closest place for us to go. They were fast, friendly, and affordable to replace outer original tire, and even helped fix our spare issue. Great customer service. Saved our vacation!!!

I loved the speedy service and the guy that helped me was really friendly and nice. I gave 4 stars only bc I had to pay to get my pressure checked in the other tires that were not being serviced. Overall service was great though. I would definitely go back.
