I liked these people until they lied to me, I have the receipts from them to prove it. It not about money that's easy to get, but respect and standing in the community is much more worth having. Once you lie and scam someone (me) I'm done with you

When JP fixes your car, it's fixed. They are the only people my husband let's work on our car. They are not flea market mechanics. They are professional, have a family environment, and they actually like working on cars, so no bad attitude grease monkey wasting your time. You in and out the same day call and make an appointment. They don't rob you on the parts or labor they are fair, and the bathrooms are clean. If you are a single woman, go there but have your money right cause they do great work you will be back and running in no time.

Very friendly and professional people! They will take the time to explain the issues that your vehicle is having and why. It's always good to have a place you can take your car to and actually trust the process.

Their staff is always very friendly. And Johnny and his guys do great work. They're the only shop that touch my vehicles. Definitely looking forward to having you guys build my engine in my Denali. And get that pesky oil leak fixed.

Took In my 2017 Nissan Titan to get Looked at after it kept cutting off on me. They were able to Duplicate the issues and fix it. Amazing Family owned and Great Service. I can t say we own the best fleet of cars. When we found JP Automotive after the first visit we knew we had found the place to take all our cars. Great service, great workmanship but most of all Honest. If you re in Spartanburg I highly recommend you go and visit them for all your automotive needs. They replaced our radiator in a Volvo in a day so my daughter could get her car back for school. They fixed the air and changed the oil and got the Jetta running for my son in law. They checked out my new truck and made sure it was good. Again no one has done it better than JPautomotive.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto water leak repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I brought in my 2010 Mustang GT in for a rotor & pad job (ordered own PowerStop) along with doing my e-brake linkage cable plus needing a new master cylinder because I already knew it was bad with my pedal sinking. I took the car in didn t get it back until the next day which was fine but after 1k coming out of my pocket the brake pedal is still spongy and my e-brake doesn t engage. I called back after couple days because I had work to see if they can check it out again which I dropped it off when I was told to then calling sometime later I was told it was driven around for a bit but no words on what s going on. So before I picked the car up I asked if there was going to be a charge which I feel like I shouldn t get because I paid a hefty amount to get my car right, now it s I m not sure I ll have to check with him (owner). I done paid to much to be even asking will I be charged for a follow up after a couple of days of getting my car back. This place disappointed me because it has good reviews.Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

I want to thank Mrs.Vanessa for taking care of my car needs today! She was very friendly when I called about my estimation on Monday ! She also made sure I got what I needed ! Wonderful customer service !!! I know sometimes working in a field dealing with people can be hard because I do it everyday myself on the phone too :)!! Ma am I appreciate you so much an I will be back to get my front rotors an brake pads fixed as well soon! I got both of my rotors an brake pads changed on the rear end of my car today. Another place was going to charge me over $300 to get this same work done! Thank you so much to all of you !!! I see why you have 5 stars ! You deserve it an good customer service goes a long way !

I called this business today because I was having a wiring issue. The man and woman I spoke with were so nice and helpful! I have no doubt this also continues as an example of his knowledge and work! I kept my car at the dealership just because I could not afford the 2nd tow cost! Definitely will be my first call from now on!! Thank you for being so kind!!

Went in thinking the alternator was on way out after being tested at Autozone. They checked alternator, it was good and they determined it was battery. I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hrs. Great service

They fixed the steering problem that I had with 2011 Ford Fusion...Replacing the rack and pinion with electric motor...the Ford dealership wanted 3000$...This place did the job and even did an alignment for 1200$...I want to think them again for the job they did and the reasonable price that they charge.
