God has spared the life of me, my family, & children that I ve transported. Highway 9 Body Shop zip tied, duct taped, and used some type of adhesive to put the bumper back on my Range Rover instead of ordering and replacing it with a new one last August. They also kept my car over 2 months waiting on the bumper to come in.This is also insurance fraud.This was discovered because I ve had sensor issues with my bumper due to another no fault accident.At this point this is just to make others aware that things like this are happening. I didn t deserve this & God will take care of me.The owners have a history of this according to the community after I shared our story via Facebook. We called once regarding this and never received a call back. I forwarded them an email with these same photos that I sent to my attorney. The reply was don't contact us again and I haven't. We did not agree to duct tape and zip ties. That's not in your paperwork crooked Jeff.NO STARS!!!!!!!

As a first time customer, I have to say my experience went exceptionally well. I inadvertently backed my Ram 3500 into a building extension, damaging the rear corner of the cab. After meeting Caleb and discussing the repair method and time required, I left the truck with him, feeling confident I made the right decision. A few days later the work was completed. I was thoroughly impressed with the results. Once again this truck looked brand new thanks to Caleb and Highway 9. Their expertise and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate returning again should any future auto body work be needed.

I would gladly recommend this body shop to family and friends. Both Caleb(Shop Floor Manager) and Jeff(Owner) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their service. Even volunteering to do some body work that I had not even noticed. Someone backed into the rear fender of my 2007 Mustang. I took it to Hwy 9 Body shop for repairs. All I can say is they did an excellent job. The repair looks as good as new. I would highly recommend. Photo's to come.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

6/30/19In response to your reply of my review. Yes, I was told that you called but like I said in my review as to why I didn t contact you then or now was because of the time it takes to get my truck back (looks like it was actually 4 months for the original repairs). The deductible wasn t a problem to pay, not sure where that came from, just thought I was getting better work than what I got. Like I stated previously the parts used for my lights and windshield wiper controls weren t manufacturer parts and now I can t even use my fog lights. I appreciate the offer to return but I can t honestly say I feel comfortable about bringing my truck back in again. If I change my mind I will let you know. I have been able to get my CD player to work after working on it myself (hopefully it continues to work).First of all I would like to say that this review should ve been done about three years ago since that was when the work was done on my truck. The reason I haven t done the review is primarily I don t like to talk negative about a business when it is someone s way of making a living but I guess you would say I am just that unhappy with the service I was provided. I took my vehicle to Highway nine collision repair because of a referral from an acquaintance. One of the problems that I encountered was the length of time it took to repair my vehicle. I had front end damage from where my son had rear ended someone so I m assuming it s something fairly common that they deal with. After dropping off the vehicle and waiting for the repairs to be done approximately 2-3 months later I was able to get my vehicle back and boy was I unhappy and have been ever since. We made several phone calls to check the progress but always got an excuse. One issue we had was my wife had stopped by to check on the progress and found that they had taken out the complete dash of my truck not sure why you had to do that to repair front end damage. I do realize that the airbag was out on the driver side so I can understand the steering wheel being removed but the whole dashboard. When she stopped by to check on the progress the gentleman doing the work was smoking in my vehicle and that s something that I do not allow ( yes the smoke could very well settle into my cloth seats). If you re wondering why I didn t check on it simply because I was in the middle of battling cancer and just didn t feel like dealing with it at the time. Some of the issues that we noticed once it was returned was the front grill was so loose I was afraid it was going to fall out if I hit a bump going down the road, the truck rattled terribly and has to this day I am not sure where the rattle is coming from. The bumper is so loose I m afraid it may fall off at any time now. the replacement parts used around the steering column were not original manufacture parts they look like generic parts, the wires/cables leading to the DVD player in the back of the truck were completely exposed laying on the floor in the back , my CD or dvd player has not worked since getting my vehicle back from them and finally the steering column squeaked like crazy. We debated on whether we should ve taken it back but I honestly didn t feel like being without a vehicle for several months again. I can honestly say that if I need future repairs I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to them nor will I refer anyone to them.

Cannot believe this place is in business. First, Jeff, the owner, said the job would take a week. Each week we were told they were waiting on parts and it would be done the next week. So we kept waiting. TWO MONTHS later, after $2700 in rental costs to replace the van, we finally get van back. If that wasn't bad enough, Jeff has the nerve to charge STORAGE for a week. He doesn't take credit cards and I was out of the country when the van was ready. So after 2 months of waiting on him, he charges me $360 to keep it another week when I could've had someone pay with credit card and pick up while I was gone. Not to mention he went UP on quoted price and charged $526 to have it towed across town! In the end, I ended up paying $4,205.80 more than I should have. Worst experience I have ever had with any shop ever and we have 13 trucks in our fleet so I've seen what a good shop can do. Stay away from this shop!

Jeff is the owner of this shop and I have never had a better experience in the work, his genuine care for me as the customer to make sure I was totally satisfied and you will not find anywhere in town the quality of work for the price he charged me. I would recommend him and his company to anyone I meet. I work a lot of hours so he said he would meet me on his day off to give me a estimate and even fixed where my door was jammed free of charge and when I went to go pick up my car not only did it look great they washed my car for me. There is no doubt in my mind this company will be a 5 star company really soon because in my book they already are. Thanks Jeff and your team. Great work for a great price. Thank you

Beware!!Absolutely terrible service. They are deceitful, dishonest and will take your money only to give your vehicle back and it's not fixed and they won't do anything about it.Go elsewhere!!

Did great work, and pretty much in a timely manner, can't help it if parts don't come in but they do need to improve on communicating with the costumers!!! I'm the most understanding person in the world if u communicate with me!!!! Over all they did great and ill definitely use them in the future!!!!

I can honestly say. I wish I would have brought my vechile to the vocational school for Kentucky dis to learn from. I paid 7 thousand dollars for a vechile to be returned to over spray all over the windows the body trim half stuck on, my chrome rims to have gray primer half covered in over spray. When talked to Jeff the only thing he could do is be excuse after excuses to the nerve to scream after he signed a insurance check for me. Last time I checked when signing for another party is forgery. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Pay someone the same amount of money if it takes less get to get what your paying for not the shade yard service your got no to be given.

I had Jeff polish the headlights on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and they look even better than new. I would give 10 Stars if I was able to. I will be a customer for life.

Jeff Moss is awesome!! He took care of me when I had my car towed there after a bad wreck! My car looks and drives like new again!! I definitely recommend going here for all of your body work needs!!

I haven't got my reapers done by them yet, but we have got In small wreck and had to park our car on there property at night when they were closed. Management and the owner where helpful and polite to us. I would and will deal with them on my next auto repair needs. Thank you!!!!

If you like to get cursed out and liked too, please take your car here. And if u have any kind of idea to get your car back after u figure out how they treat customers u will be threatened by court and storage fees. My car been there for 3 mouths, they done hidios job, broked my front bumper and my car key , which cost me $250 to replace, they promised me to get the car done in 2 weeks and took them 3 mouths. Every time I tried to callog the owner would get passed and even got cursed out twice. Have fun if anyone like to play a dare game with u them. I got screwed

I wish there was a star for Zero. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. We were lied to by Jeff the owner, it took months and months for the work to be done and then it was horrible!! I paid quite a sum of money for the worst body work I have ever had from a "professional". These people do not take pride or quality in their work, nor do they have a work ethic. . ..Would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!

Extremely unprofessional! I had to call them constantly about trying to get a repair that had already been partially paid for, was not notified of the arrival of parts paid for, they even lost the parts, and took an additional two to three weeks to finally come to the conclusion of a refund and the car still in need of repair.

Would not recommend to anyone. Bad experience and end result was not worth the headache or price, even after a second attempt. Try your luck but I would stay away from this business.
