Shout out to Heads Up Automotive for taking such great care of "Flo" this week. First time using Chris and his team to give my 2012 Copper Clubman some much needed maintenance. I ve been putting it off and Chris spent time helping me know what was needed now and what could wait. I really appreciated his honest evaluation and plan. Excellent service. Highly recommend! I will be back in a few months to continue my Mini maintenance journey with Heads Up Automotive!

Chris and his team are helpful, responsive and just great to deal with. my wife and I purchased a car for a weekend driving and Chris and his team gave it a post purchase inspection made recommendations on what needed to be serviced and waht looked good. We tackled some of the top priorities. He made the whole process very easy. What an impressive operation. Chris and his team are very professional. They provided detailed photos of the issues with my vehicle and walked me through what needed to be done with full transparency. How refreshing to deal with an honest, knowledgeable, and caring shop. I will certainly be using them for any future service needs and highly recommend them for your automotive service and repairs.

So I'm new to the area and needed to find a trusted auto mechanic and a trusted auto shop. Boy did I hit the jackpot for both!! I have a 20 year old Mercedes that I love and have kept in great shape. When I took it in for an oil leak and some other maintenance needs, I received an amazing report on the review of my vehicle along with very clear pictures of the areas of maintenance needs. The report indicated what I should have done quickly and what could wait. Additionally, I needed some work from a third party for my wheels and Heads Up Automotive not only took care of it, they didn't add to the price!!! Integrity, skilled, friendly, communicative and genuinely great staff. Chris, you run an amazing business and anyone with a German vehicle will not find a better place to have your automotive repairs done at a fair price!!! We have used Heads Up for several years for maintenance of both our BMW and our Mini. They are always very accommodating, fair and do a fantastic job. They also go out of their way to minimize our costs whenever possible

They fixed my car promptly & even included my dad every step of the way with the status of my car all the way in Virginia via phone. They are so nice & patient. Def will be the only place I go for anything to do with BMW!

I don't know Chris, the owner, very well. I do know in the few times I have interacted with him, he may just be one of the nicest guys I will ever meet. My car was routinely serviced at his shop, meticulously maintained, and backed up by his fantastic warranty. Unfortunately I did have an issue with an expensive oil leak that Head's Up had fixed approximately a year ago, which resurfaced. My issue is that I now have the car clear across the country in its new home! After communicating to Chris I learned of a Nationwide warranty service he has just for this reason. He took the time to assist me with getting this repair warrantied, and stood by his work. I couldn't be more pleased! No more oil leak in my beautiful old BMW! I may never be a customer of his again as I am not in the area, but I would take my car back to Heads Up in a heartbeat. He took care of me and stood behind his work. He was professional and genuine. It's not easy to find people like Chris, or a reputable shop like his. Just look at the other reviews! Thank you for all you have done Chris, and Heads Up! Chris and his team are great and have earned my business. A little back story, i am new to the area and had been taking my car for a couple of oil changes to another Indy shop in the area. Recently my 2016 BMW x5 began acting up with a drivetrain malfunction. The Indy shop i was using could not get me in for over 3 weeks to even look at it. I called Heads Up Automotive and Alli said bring it in and they would look at it. Alli called the next day and provided an estimate which I approved. They continued to try and recreate the problem after switching the fuel injectors around before getting new replacement parts. They could never get it to code again with the switch. Ali and Chris called and explained in detail what they were doing and why and if there was no additional codes then there was no need for the replacement parts. A few days later Chris called and said there was no charge for their services! After switching places with original existing fuel injectors the car never coded again. Asked that if i had a problem to please bring it back to them as they documented the issue.. As their website says they Are not part changers . They care about fixing the root of the issue. They have earned my business and i will tell anyone who asks that they will do the same for them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Can't say enough good things about Heads Up! On a recent road trip through SC ran into some engine trouble with my BMW. After a frantic internet search we found Heads Up. Limped into the shop and they took care of us. Diagnosed and fixed the issue then got us on our way. Finished our trip with no more issues. Great customer service. Mr Jim even gave us a ride to get something to eat. We really appreciated everything they did to get us home safely.

The staff and service at Heads Up Automotive are knowledgeable, experienced, and refreshingly honest. I was given reliable advice about the repairs my car actually needed instead of being upsold like other shops. Update: BMW is now 23 years old. Heads Up Automotive continues to keep my car in just about like new condition. Could not be happier with staff and service.Previous: Just awesome. I have a 20 year old BMW Z3. After 20 years there are a few things that need attention. I have never felt as comfortable or trusting of a service provider. The professionalism, quality, thoroughness and value are just awesome. No over selling of services. Initial assessment indicated critical vs non-critical items. No pressure to do anything. And most importantly I felt like I was the only customer.Service: Engine repair

I've had both my X Series and 5 Series BMWs serviced at Heads Up in one week. Both service experiences were outstanding; repairs were completed in a timely manner, I was apprised of service updates regularly, and dropping off/picking up at off hours was convenient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Following service, both vehicles were driven long distances (500 mi/750 mi) and rode like butter! Thank you!

Chris, Sharlie, and the rest of the Heads Up team were incredibly professional, courteous, and saved me several hundred dollars over taking my Audi A8L to the dealership. Also saved me 3 hours driving (45 minutes each way without traffic) round trip to Greenville, which is worth every penny right there! I'm glad I found them and it's nice to know I have a competent mechanic here in Spartanburg I can trust. I definitely recommend them!

When you have driven a car for 16+ years, you become attached to it. That s me and my 2004, E320 Mercedes Benz. It became my work car. I am so glad I discovered this awesome company. They did some major work it, and now it s like a newer car. Work car? Yes, but I can drive it anywhere. Money well spent!Recently, I entrusted Heads Up to perform my service A on my 2017, C300. I love how they send you a diagnostic of services needed before they do any work. You can choose to do it or wait. Once again, I am one satisfied customer.Thanks Heads Up for helping me to take care of what I own.

What an incredible and positive experience I had with the Heads Up Automotive crew! From the very onset with Ashley and Allie at the front, to Chris and his crew in the shop, the entire experience was one of extreme expertise and knowledge. You can tell Chris has a passion for his line of work, and shares his automobile knowledge with his customers so that we are in the know and satisfied with our experience. Chris went over and beyond explaining to me in detail my car's inspection results and explained the details for the repair work using vocabulary that an amateur like myself could understand. I really enjoyed having Headsup work on my Mini Cooper. I am very particular about who works on my car, and after several Mini friends recommended them, I felt comfortable letting them do the work. I ended up having a lot more work done than I initially thought but didn t mind because after the inspection they do, I realized I really needed it. They share the inspection by sending you a link with pictures, the severity of the issue, and the techs notes. I ve never seen that done with other shops and it really shows that they care about the car and their work. Friendly service with Allie and Chris! They always answered the phone, went over everything with me, and answered any questions I had.Again, I really enjoyed the service my car and I received and highly, highly, recommend them.PS: My car drives like a go kart now. I was referred to Heads Up Automotive by my neighbor in Sunset. I drove an hour and a half to have my Porsche serviced and their care and expertise made the trip worthwhile.
