My husband had his car towed there for a coolant leak. Ken said it would take about an hour to do the diagnostic and within 25 minutes they were calling with the problem. We needed to have all the coolant hoses replaced, a new thermostat, and a coolant flush with a quote of $1200 to do the repairs. So for one, the thermostat had been replaced the week before so we knew we didn't need that, we also knew it was one of the coolant hoses that had ripped open and sprayed everywhere under the hood. We were not happy with that price what so ever so when he said no we will just have the car picked up, Ken hung up on him. He then called back to get a price break down because that price just did not sit right with us and Jeremy answered the phone and stated he was not seeing where the quote was saying $1200 and that he needed to get Ken to talk to us, he got back on the phone and pretty much stated he didn't know what to tell us that was the price and if we didn't like it we could just come get the car, which we were already in the process of getting the tow company to come back out for it, and then stated that there was a diagnostic fee to pay. My husband said not a problem I'll pay it now over the phone and I will be sure to leave a review because y'all are most definitely trying to cheat me. His attitude changed real fast and he "waived" the fee. Again we did not get service so we truly don't know how they work but I can almost guarantee your are being over charged by a lot! $1200 dollars for 2 hoses, thermostat(which wasn't needed), and a flush?? That's insane! We have reached out to customer service about the issue.

Took my 17 Pathfinder in to get an alignment and Jeremy was very helpful in making sure that we knew what we were getting with the lifetime alignment versus just a one time alignment. This is my second vehicle I ve brought to this specific fire stone and if I keep getting service like this, I ll definitely keep bringing the rest of my vehicles in the future for any service that I may need. Thank you Jeremy for going above and beyond and treating my wife and I with respect And not just brushing us off as if we were just any other random customer.

The cashier talked me into paying with their credit card. I paid through the Bank of America app. The check was sent on April 1st. The company claims they did not received it until the 16th, and by then it was late. So, they are trying to charge me a late fee. HORRIBLE service. SHAME on you Firestone for using CFNA (Credit First). You lost me as a customer.

Scheduled an appointment online for a simple oil change and was told it will be ready in like 45 minutes. I am still here and it has been almost 2 hours and my car has not even been taken back. Not going back here.

I was happy to get an appointment with them on the Saturday after Thanksgiving because my car started to have driving issues and I couldn t find anyone else who was open. Instead of seeing what the problem was, they just took my suggestion of doing a tune up. I expected them to figure out the issue and not just do what I thought because I m not a car mechanic. I spent over $500 and my car drove just as bad after I left, possibly worse. I took it to another place and they determined it has to do with the control arm. I wasted over $500 going here. I needed the problem fixed and I could have waited to get a tune up.

I had a problem with an online purchase, complete cluster, and was ready to not shop here again. However, Ms Rhonda came to the rescue and got thing figured out and got me on the road. Kudos to Ms Rhonda!

unfortunately they really bad customer service. I was rudely addressed by one of the employees. There was a miscommunication between their staff and myself. One of the front desk associates incorrectly relayed a message to me, and when I called to gain clarification on the situation, I was rudely addressed by Rodney. Although fire stone does do free diagnostic test, it s not worth the treatment you will receive from their staff .

I got an oil change done here. They were very efficient and thorough. Went over a few things I may need to consider getting done in the near future some of which I already knew like new tires. I did appreciate them making sure I was aware of the need of getting those replaced soon.

Rhonda and Austin were amazing. They were excellent to work with and extremely compassionate. There was an issue while driving back home and they were able to see us quickly and swiftly on a SUNDAY. One worst experience to start with. I went here to get my car checked. However, when the car was ready, I had to wait 30 minutes to pay. The customer service lady was very rude and discriminated against on the fact that I used a caption phone to record conversation due to my hearing problem. She took payment from others and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my payment completed.

Absolutely the slowest unprofessional place I've ever encountered. I will never come back here.I called to make an appointment but was told I didn't need an appointment to just come on in. I've waited for an hour and a half and my car was never touched ... but people driving up wanting tire pressure checked and a tire plugged were taken care of right away ..they actually stopped what they were doing to take care of them. When I asked when my car would be started I was asked if I just wanted to leave. I was told 3 employees were at lunch and if I'd like my car back he'd give it to me.When I told the lady that I wanted my tires rotated she told me I'd just gotten my tires last month and they didn't need rotated. I told her I was aware when I'd gotten my tires but I'd put 4000+ miles on them and I'd like them rotated. This is the slowest most unprofessional place I've ever encountered. I paid over $800 for my tires and paid for lifetime alignment but this experience was so bad that I will not be back to this store again. When this store closes its doors... I'll know why.. I'm so disappointed in this whole experience. My advice would be to save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.Services: Tires, Oil change

Pretty good customer service but needs a little work. Went to get a brand new set of tires and was only quoted for the most expensive tires and was told for anything less we would have to wait a week or better. Any other shop I've been to either keeps highs and lows or can ship them in within hours! When told I didn't want the most expensive but a grade down it was a lack in interest in my business!

Thank you Ken for being informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. And big thank you to the guy who did the gearbox, he turned the job I would of busted knuckle for hours into a morning job. Steering is super tight now and feels like a new(er) truck haha.Very reasonable labor and parts prices, helping me fund other jobs.Again thank you!

I made an appointment to get my break pads changed. So when I got there she stated they will look to see if I needed new rotors. I know you can shave them down or turn them but she stated they couldn t do that. I felt a little uneasy about that but we proceeded. So I told her I ll just get the rotors because they said I needed them. I know I needed new brake pads because they started to grind but didn t think I needed new rotors. So 3 hours after I ve been waiting my car is ready and at the end of the transaction they gave me a list of things they recommended me to do. One of which was a tire package. I asked her about that and she said your tires are old. I said they are brand new tires from Sams (good year high mileage tires) I ve only had them for maybe 2 months there is no way. That made me feel like someone is lying. So, with them lying about the tires now I m thinking I probably didn t need new rotors either. Just a money hungry company. I will never use them again. Just be aware if you are a female to make sure you get a second opinion.I hate when people try to get over on others and I feel like that what they are doing.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

The staff was very polite, they didn't try to give me a higher price because I'm a lady. I told them what was wrong because I already knew and he told me what it would cost and had my car ready within 1 hour as promised. I love Firestone glad to be doing business with them now as my father only went to Firestone when I was a kid.

The technicians were honest with their diagnosis and actually showed me the main issue. They let me know up front that it wasn't something they repaired and didn't add any "fluff" like needing new windshield wipers, new air filters, etc to the inspection. Was worth the money. Thanks guys

Need an appointment. Place is too busy, but that's good, so they stay in business. They weren't able to provide service the day I needed it, but they were fully staffed and booked solid. Maybe next time.

Had an alignment done here. Three days later had my oil changed somewhere else and they found that my jam nut on my tie rod was loose. That's a major issue for anyone that may not know this could have caused a serious wreak if it came undone going down the road. I took it to have realigned and told them about the problem and they acted like it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent customer service, these guys actually know how to repair a vehicle. The manager was very kind and polite, saved me a ton of money, time and stress. Very communicative. They notified me of every repair or made aware of a item before executing, you do not get many car repair services who provide Straight forward service. I have had previous car services that have attempted to rip me off. No worries here, got my vehicle repaired in a day. Operates like it's new! Thank you for the great service on my vehicle!
