Stopped by Dixie Tire several months back for a small air leak in my tire. It was a simple nail which needed a patch. Wait was about an hour and the cost was over 30 bucks. The cost of this repair was excessive in my opinion. Now knowing the cost of materials it was clearly a bad deal. Was my first and last visit to this location.

Outstanding! SERIOUSLY!!! Answers the phone, very knowledgeable staff, (if they don t know they will find out the answer) kinda people. Super rare tire I needed had to be ordered. Arrived early the next morning and I was ready to go before I even had time to get back. Came back and I was all set.Treated with respect and appreciation for my business. I ll be back.

Wesley and the crew took care of me. He didn't get the tires in until about 3:45, and they got them mounted and balanced before quitting time. Excellent service, they are my go to automotive service team!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The auto repair world can be intimidating for a female with little knowledge about cars. I was traveling alone with my dog when my car started violently shaking while driving and I knew it was unsafe to drive. I called Dixie Auto based on my location and their reviews and they told me to bring it on in and they would see what they could do. Not only was Tom kind enough to drive me and my pup back to our hotel, Wesley was able to diagnose the issue and then replace my brake calipers, pads and rotors, and bleed my brakes and get my car back to me the same day. Tom even came back to pick me and my pup up and took us on the highway to show us how well the car was running. Wesley stayed open late to show me the work he did on the vehicle. The price was extremely fair and the total came out less than the estimate, which never happens! Wesley even checked my tire balance to ensure there would be no shaking once I got back on the road just for my safety and peace of mind. These folks were beyond kind to me and my pup and took great care of us. Extremely trustworthy and quick terrific service. Warms my heart to know people like them and businesses like this still exist. I am so thankful for this shop and the people that work here. Have a college student in SC and I m in FL, so the stress of putting her in good hands was through the roof! Her check engine light came on, and instead of turning up the radio volume she called me. We found Dixie online and sent her in with a Hail Mary. They were completely professional and worked well with our situation to make sure they diagnosed and addressed the right problem. Very transparent, honest and helpful given our circumstances. We re normally not so lucky when it comes to these types of unexpected events and were definitely out of our element, but Dixie really came through for us!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Customer service was friendly, service got done a whole lot earlier than I expected which I was very happy about, they're in my neighborhood so they're very close by, they even offered me a ride back to my house due to the fact they had to keep my car over night. My car was kept safe in a locked in area! The prices are affordable!

Fixed my car quick. Called me to let me know status updates often. They even arranged a tow for me and included it all in one bill. Great service will use them for any future problems I have.

If you need anything done in the Spartanburg area this is the shop to go to. We were first timers this week with some unfortunate circumstances, but these guys took care of us like we were family. We will be giving them all our business from here on out. If there was a 10 star option they would be getting it. Highly recommended

Always customer friendly. Stephen explained my options for tires for my daughters car and was spot on! Her car drives better than it did on the last tires she bought out of town two years ago. Her new tires from Dixie were a fraction of the cost. She was in and out with tires, oil change and alignment in under two hours. Plus they are open on Saturday! Thanks again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff firstly, but I came in for a tire puncture from a nail and found that the price of great service is a little high, try about $29 to get the repair/ although it was a patch and not a plug repair I found myself in need of the repair and the location was very convenient. I also felt a little more educated on the subject but As a consumer who has had this repair before I thought the price was high. I will be watching the road a little better not to have the issue again. Again great service but a little costly.

Wes at Dixie Tire Pros is fantastic !! Always provides excellent customer service. Their work completed for me has been satisfactory so far. Only gripe would be that they are a little too expensive in my humble opinion. I would recommend to others in need of their services offered.

Definitely going back! The mechanics were honest with me about what services I needed on my car, and the price was reasonable. They also honored my appointment time, and even put two mechanics on my car to help get my car finished more quickly.

My family was traveling home from Hilton Head Island to Northern Ohio. While passing through Spartanburg, we started experiencing an unknown problem with our front, passenger side tire of our Audi. The front of the car was wobbling. We stopped by Dixie Tire to have it looked at, after being told by A major tire company down the road, that they wouldn't even be able to look at our car for about four hours. The associate at Dixie Tire said it could be an hour wait, but since we had our family with us, and we were passing through, he took our car back immediately. They took the tire off and found a huge egg shaped defect in the tire, and the tire was separating from the rim. He did not have our tire in stock, so he put one of the good rear tires on the front and put our spare tire on the back, as it is safer to drive with the spare on the back. He balanced the tires and told us we should be safe to drive to a destination that did have our tire. He was so kind and helpful. He charged us a very nominal fee, and we were on the road to the Audi dealership 25 miles away. I would definitely recommend Dixie Tire & Automotive, as they were fast, honest and very reasonable.

I'm a bit embarassed to admit how much i neglected maintenance on my car. So much so that i was ready to trade it in and take on a car payment. But the dealership screwed up so i faced the music and went to see Dixie Tires based on Google reviews. You guys didnt lead me wrong. Wesley was great. Professional, helpful, and most important (LOL) not judgmental (seriously, i really did neglect the car). I left a key with him Monday afternoon and dropped it off early Tues before they opened. By the end of the day I had 4 new tires, new brakes, new calipers, and an alignment. It drives almost like new again. There's one more small thing to do and I'll definitely be going back to have them do it.

Friday May 21st, we were heading to the mountains camping. I was pulling my 5th wheel camper and had a tire blow out on the camper 30 miles from home. Placed the spare on the continued on to our camp site in the mountains. We made a pit stop just out of Spartanburg and was checking things out and found yet another tire beginning to seperate on us and NO SPARE! Frantically we began searching for a tire place along our route. At least a dozen places said they had no tires for our camper. Then we made a call to Dixie Tire and Automobile and they had what we needed. It was just a short distance off our route and we made a B line toward them. Once we got there within a few minutes they were assisting us with a tire replacement. Less than an hour were we back on the road to our destination. Made it there safe and back home on Sunday. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING, FRIENDLY, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. KUDOS TO Y'ALL! Thanks for being there for us.Service: Tires

Blew a tire on my car on route to Atlanta, and Dixie tire on Main Street took care of me. I had VIP service including a ride from the owner to Enterprise car rental. They even opened up their shop on a Sunday for me to retrieve my vehicle on the way back from Atlanta. Simply stellar, concierge service with integrity.

This place is the best I only moved here 3 years ago but Phil has been my go to for all my auto services these guys are always professional and get you service when they say they will and always going to tell you if something should or should not be done I travel every wk got over 202000 miles on my try thanks to Phil and Dixie Tire not only do they service my truck but also my wife s Jeep if I didn t trust them they would never touch my wife s JeepServices: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I would highly recommend this shop for your vehicle repair and service needs. We live in Iowa and have a daughter and future son-in-law both attend UpState South Carolina University in Spartanburg. Their 2007 Lincoln MKZ started making some rumbling type noise in the front end of the vehicle . To make a long story short Wes and the staff at Dixie Tire and Auto Repair took a look at it and did an assessment for repairing the problem. They did an excellent job with communicating with us and keeping us updated on progress with the vehicle. They not only had it done when they said they would but also came in just under what they had estimated for repairing Lexi s car. These guys are awesome. Any parents with children attending college at any of the nearby Colleges or Universities should seriously consider these folks for vehicle maintenance and repair for your son or daughter s vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!!!! We won t be going anywhere else in the future but here for her vehicle mechanical needs. Thanks again for your help Wes and Crew!
