I was really impressed with the alignment job they did on my 2001 Suburban. I showed up at about 8:30 in the morning, completely unannounced, and they fit me in for an alignment even though they were pretty busy. It only took them about and hour, which was great. More importantly, the Suburban drives perfectly and the price was almost half of what the other guys charged. I actually had an appointment at Parks Chevrolet this morning to get the alignment done, but when I got there, they said their machine was BROKEN, and HAD been broken all week! On a whim, and since I already took the morning off from work, I decided to try Brady's. I'm glad I did. I looked at some of the other Google reviews and noticed some people have an issue with Mr. Brady and with customer service, but y'all have to realize he's been doing this since before almost everyone living in Spartanburg was born. Yes, he's old school, but his guys really know what they're doing. He's my new go-to place for suspension work now.

This is a very busy professional shop that gets the job done right with great customer service and I highly recommend them. I took my 2012 Silverado here late this morning (03/19/24), told them how I had some work and alignment done at home in FL last week and on the way here to SC the truck was wandering in the lane above 60 mph. I left the truck there, and picked it up late this afternoon. The young man that actually looked at it told me he made a "small adjustment", drove it, saw no other problem, and handed me the keys. When I asked how much I owe, he said nothing and when I said I must owe something he said "Mr Brady said no charge". I thanked them and the truck drives fine now. The three people I interacted with, including Mr. Brady, were very nice and professional. This is the only place my dad and brother, who both live in Inman, take their vehicles to and they have always had great service and pleasant interactions.

Trying to tell us our rear end was bent, when we went in for an alignment. All we needed was alignment cause we bought new tires and installed new suspension. Not allowing them to rip me off yelled at me through the phone and said idc what you do with your car just come get it and hung up. Place has gotten really bad used to be a good business and honest. Trying charge $400 like if it would cost that to fix a bent rear end .Service: Auto body & trim repair

Bradys did a Great job on fixing the front end on my 2008 Chevy Colorado work truck. They told me as soon as I put 1000 miles on it to bring it back for an adjustment. I took it back and they had adjusted it and had it ready the same day at no extra charge. I highly recommend Brady's Auto.

Absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service. Old guy is very disrespectful and rude. I will never go back. If you don t believe it. Go try for yourself! But I wouldn t advise it.

The place to go for Alignments for sure! Had previously taken my Ford dually to 3 different Ford dealers for Alignments. Neither dealer could get it right.Older man Brady corrected it, he's to the point and gets it done. So far so good on the Alignment.. I'll be back for sure !!

If you're looking for customer service don't look here.In the first 30 seconds I was there the old timer running the place chewed me out because I wouldn't pull my 25 ft long trailer into his parking lot due to there being no room to turn around. (I parked on the street so I wouldn't hit any of the haphazardly parked vehicles in his parking lot with my equipment trailer)I had previously spoken to them on the phone several weeks prior about my project and was told it was no problem, bring it on down, we can take care of it. So today I visited, and was told my project was too much trouble, wasn't worth fixing, and that if I wanted it fixed just to leave it was told there was no estimate of how long it would take, or how expensive it would be.No thanks.

Came in for an alignment got it back more crooked. Guy looked at it for 5 minutes before telling me it was done. Gave me the check and told me to get out of the way faster

I'm so thankful a friend introduced me to Brady's years ago. My family takes all our cars here and we highly recommend Mr Brady's business and his team. Honest, fair priced and dependable.

Mechanic tries to tell you one price but as soon as Mr Brady shows up it's a lower price drew will try and cheat you..love Mr Brady he's reasonable

We were told our sons car was totaled but let me tell you these guys are magicians! The car looks amazing and they didn't charge us a arm and a leg!! I will recommend to anyone!

There was a miscommunication among the mechanics regarding the issue with my vehicle. My vehicle was partially fixed, however I was told to bring it back next business day for the additional repairs. Hopefully the repairs will be correctly completed this time.

Mr Brady is about as pleasant as having dental work done. They are alleged to be the best in town, so you put up with his sour attitude and lack of friendliness.

It wasn't a good experience for me . Mr. Brady looked at it , didn't even pull the measuring tape taught . Then he gave me a piece of paper with the price . I was just curious . So I tried to ask a few questions . Brady acted like I was questioning his work . Then he told me I wouldn't get it back that day . When I was told this he was quite rude . I never said I was leaving it . To be honest I was to scared lol , to ask him ? If I did leave it a time frame . He acted as if he was doing me a favor . I will never go back . Also glad I didn't leave it .

Went for an alignment and they made it worse. Can t believe they service the Spartanburg Sheriff s vehicles. Guess if you get in a car chase with them their vehicles will fall apart during pursuit. The VERY OLD MAN who s 174 years old needs to retire.

Took my car this morning there for alignment charged me 35 bucks and my steering whell is not near where its supposed to beWhen i asked if they can fix it the old man came out yelling at me that they fixed everything that its my frameOn the car . I never did see a alignment frame . Stay away from this place worst place ever they will take your money and not fix anything 00000 stars
