I scheduled an oil change two days ago on the App which asked me the make and model of my car. I put all the correct information in. I went to the appointment, checked in told him to make a model of my car and they gave me a ticket and said they would call me when my car was done. after I ve been walking around Walmart for one hour they called me to tell me that they would not work on my car because they did not have a correct oil filter for it. When I asked why they didn t have the correct part for it when I told him to make a model of my car and why didn t they tell me that when I scheduled the appointment or even when I checked in the service lady got an attitude and basically said they don t check the app and that wasn t their fault I guess, implying that it was mine. When I went to go get my car, the person checking me out barely even spoke to me.

Can t get anyone to answer the phone, won t answer questions, won t talk to you. Don t deliver on services as advertised (ie check and fill fluids), generally downright rude, low class people managing here. Have had serious issues like overfilling oil, no accountability. Should have listened when they tried to tell me, by not answering calls, they obviously don t want your, my, or anybody s business. They just want a paycheck from the company. 0/5.

Horrible customer service. It s like there s no morale here. I have a simple yes or no question and I m pretty sure the answer is yes but no one can take 5 seconds of their time to say yes or no, so now Costco gets my business instead of Walmart.

I walked out on my scheduled appointment as I awaited in line to check in. The lady behind the counter was very rude to a Hispanic male. As he walked away she literally yelled learn English - blatant ignorance and racism. I will never, ever trust these folks with my car.

Had my car serviced last week on 12/12 barely made it home because they damaged a part on my vehicle! Never will they touch my car again!

They are extremely slow. I understand to be patient but how long does it take to put on a tire. Over an hr.. then when they did they put on the wrong lug nuts. I caught a flat and went to change the tire and what a surprise...wrong sized lug nuts. Smh won't be back.

Took my car for a tire said it'll be a 4hr wait it was going flat so I left it there 4hrs and no call and no one is answering when someone did finally answer she said pleas hold then ended the call like really! Now no one is answering last tire I get from here

I had a good experience with all the staff and mechanics at the tire center. They took the extra time with me to see what I could afford with the money I had on me. The service provided was done correctly and the pricing was fine. I thought the staff did a great job given the circumstances! They are extremely understaffed and stressed. The lady, Toni, didn t have a minute where the phone wasn t ringing or she wasn t assisting a customer. I was extremely impressed with how helpful she was when she is clearly overworked and underplayed. Take care of your workers better Walmart!

Our tire popped at 6:20 pm. And we found out our vans spare was missing. We called Walmart to see if we brought in our tire if they could put a new tire on the rim. They said if we got their quick they could. We got theirs at 640 and we were the last tire they changed. They saved our bacon for sure!

They tried to sell us tires they could not put on. Then, we would have had to pay EXTRA to get the tires put on AFTER we fixed the stems. We took it somewhere else, and the stems that seemed to be such a major problem cost under 50 dollars with no additional charge to mount them. I feel like they took advantage of my son, who trusts people to be honest.

Took them 20 minutes to answer the damn phone and they didn't seem too happy to work with me I wouldn't recommend Walmart auto center nobody

They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Tire Mounting and balancing separate from installation. Eyeroll. Next time I'll consider paying more for tires with a flat installation package price at Costco. Then they either forgot to reset it or they damaged my TPMS. Now I gave to take it back and have them figure out what's wrong. On the plus side, they did get me Hankook tires for a good price.

SLOW! These people do not care about what they are doing. My husband took our truck into the shop to have 2 tires plugged, and all 4 tires rotated. There was only 1 car in front of him when he arrived. He waited over 2 hours - there were 3 people working, but only 1 was working while the other 2 stood around watching. The one guy that was working would take a lug nut off, then walk away to goof off, then come back to do something else, then walk away again. Within an hour of leaving, one of the "plugged" tires started leaking air again - so he took it to a place in Laurens and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Do not waste your time at Walmart, just to save a couple of bucks. There are plenty of other places in Simpsonville!Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Very bad service. Stayed there 3 hours for a oil change and two tires. My car made a sound after tire change was told by tech CV axcl was broke. Went to another tire shop to be told it was an improper tire weight Put on by Wal-Mart tech. Went back to have fixed and took another hour. Was refunded 30 dollars for their mistake.

Called tire center put on hold immediately then hung up on. This happened four times in a row. Called main number asked for store manager put on hold, came back asked why I was calling explained and asked for manager again, put on hold again. Hung up on. Called back asked for district manager number told no hung up on.

We have had excellent service from this store. I needed a headlight for my Prius which I purchased at an auto parts store thinking my husband could install it - we definitely didn't have the right tools (they are more difficult than it looks! ) so I called around and every place wanted at least $40 just for the labor. I had the bright idea to call Walmart since the oil change we had done there was fast and reasonable. Sure enough, they were happy to install it for $7.50 - everyone was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Look at my face. Gaze upon it. Memorize the unique features of it.I SAY THIS! If anyone reading this sees my face in this Walmart tire and lube center again, you have my full authority to punch me straight in the face. I brought in 1 tire to be replaced. I just brought the rim and tire without a car to take up bay space. It was 3 hours before it was even touched. I watched The Talk, 2 episodes of Judge Judy, and the 5 o'clock news waiting on this one tire. They were not busy. One fool danced around the shop singing Europe's "Final Countdown" over and over and over and friggin' over. I would have been better off buying the cheap tire and having it mounted at a tire center down the road. The last time I was here they "forgot" to balance my tire after installing it. I guess they were out sick on wheel balancing day in training. This place will not take another dime from me! (Pan left. Fade to black)

I came by Saturday for an oil change and they informed me it would be two hours. So I waited and came back Monday. Of course on my return no one said how long the wait would be, just that I was ninth in line. Not wanting to put it off any longer I handed my keys over. I went inside the store to browse as I waited, and waited, and waited... It has now been three hours and I am looking at my car in the bay and still waiting. The mechanics are just looking at it like it is the most puzzling thing they have ever seen. I suggest not bringing your vehicle here for anything. But if you do, you just might find my mummified remains still waiting on my vehicle. At least Scott tries to appease the other customers with some comic relief.

It was Sunday, nothing else was opened.1. It took over an hour and a half for an oil change2. They forgot to reset on the oil change reset light inside the truck3. No sticker for the new oil change4. I can only imagine the level of skill for these people is greatly needed for this establishment to improve. Walmart doesnt always hire the best.Good luck

Came in on a Sunday with a flat tire. It's noon when I drop off my car. JJ and Scott were GREAT inside assisting me with what took about 20 mins to find the right size tire. 3 guys outside playing around working on the same car, talking about explicit things customers SHOULD NOT hear. 2 customers ahead of me waiting have been here 2hrs before I arrived. 2hrs go by and they FINALLY touch my vehicle. They take off the WRONG tire FIRST. Then after arguing with the guy that I needed the flat tire taken off, he takes 15 minutes trying to take the hub cap off. I spent literally 4 hours from 12-4 pm trying to get a flat tire taken off and brand new one put on. Next time I'm paying extra and going to NTB.

First of all this place is suppose to open at 7:00 AM both times I have been here it was very late on opening it's doors. No apologies from anyone for opening late. Then to walk in and person who waits on you is eating her breakfast and chomping down on food. Asked for tire rotation and oil change. After 2.5 my car was ready. I pay walk out to my car reading receipt which said I refused tire rotation... I was like... WHAT? Went back to desk who said they rotation was done, I said then this paper work needs to be changed. They then went and talked to mechanic who said the lug nuts were to tight. I then asked for a manager since Walmart had put these tires on 2 months ago. Manager gave me some story, so I took my car else where to do the job, they said the lug nuts were rather loose and that Walmart guy probably didn't even try. I'm so sick of these kind of lazy @#@& people...... Beware of this place.... Go else where... Called Corp. About this, been 2 weeks no follow up.

Don t waste your time here. We were waiting over 3 hours just for tires. One woman was only getting 1 tire before us and I think she waited about 2 hours. No one is in a hurry to get anything done here.

We had a trailer tire on blow out on 385 and they were nice enough to stay late and cut off the shredded tire and put a new one on the when we got there right at closing.Service: TiresService: Tires
