I would highly recommend Tri City Coach to anyone in need of some auto body repairs. First, the customer service is excellent, including great communication. Steve kept us informed with everything about the repairs and insurance details. The workmanship was outstanding.

Highly recommend! Just had a small ding and broken rear bumper light repaired. After reading reviews, Tri City was my first stop. I had planned on getting a few estimates, but after meeting Steve and talking to him, I knew my car was in good hands and looked no further. He s honest, friendly, funny and takes great pride in his work. My car looks brand new! Don t bother going anywhere else if you need a body shop.

Tri City Coach did an amazing job fixing my bumper. The owner Steve Lewis was very professional and had excellent communication with me during scheduling and while my car was in the shop. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up at my convenience. My car was completed in just a few days, which was awesome! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be a returning customer in the future!! First of all, the customer service her is exceptional. They called me and texted me updates and did their best to get my vehicle back in a timely manner-even working a weekend day to finish the job! They took extra time to make sure the job was done, and they did an amazing job with the repair and paint. I would definitely go back if needed again and I will be referring them to all my friends!! Thanks for a job well done!!

Steve did a great job! This is the second experience I have had with him. Gave me an upgrade and didn't charge me anymore because he was able to save on the labor. Will use him again, just hope it isn't soon.

Hit and run. Repair to front right bumper. Excellent job by Stevie at Tri City Coach. Parts were ordered and I had my vehicle back in less than a week! Highly recommend to anyone needing body repair on a vehicle.

When my car (2018 BMW) was damaged, all the major car repair shops were booked for the next four months. Hearing about Tri City Coach Towing and Recovery through a friend of a friend, I had my car sent over to Steve for repairs. After I had struggled so much running into a lot of dead ends, Steve was a breath of fresh air. His son picked up my BMW and took it to his repair shop, gave me a fair estimate for the car work, and started working on it straightaway. Since he has a small repair shop, he communicated his priorities of quality and speed before my car was sent over to him, and consistently communicated as progress was made. Before the final sign off, he asked me to come and evaluate the work he did, approve the repairs, and discuss the final bill before sending it to a mechanic to make sure my suspension was ok. My car exterior was cleaned, the repair was flawless, and he even used some extra paint to paint other scrapes around my car that weren t a part of the original repairs. My dad and I were initially worried about his repair shop being on the same property as his house, but I found that gave me a bit more flexibility to pick up my car. My only suggestion is to bring a checkbook or cash, as he does not accept credit card.

My family and I were rear ended over the holidays, and as you would likely guess, the repair shops within our insurance s preferred network were unbelievably backed up. I looked elsewhere and found Steve Lewis of Tri City Coach. He took the time to discuss my situation over the phone, and scheduled an estimate the following morning. Steve gave me my options, shared his opinion and respected my decisions. He quickly took action to get repairs underway. Communication was great, as I received both phone calls and texts with pictures of progress. He estimated when he would be done, and was spot on time. I m somewhat particular, and the repairs were flawless. Tri City Coach is an honest business, very professional, and delivers a quality repair. I felt valued as customer, and now a proud local patron that will go nowhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son Todd Patterson took our granddaughter s car to Tri City Coach to have one of the front quarter panels painted due to him scratching it. Stevie did a fantastic job. Stevie is an honest person who takes great pride in his work and at a fair price. My son will do business with Tri City Coach in the future should the need arise. Tri City Coach is the only body shop in the Greenville area without a negative review.Service: Painting

Had a great experience with this place. Steve and his Son were awesome. He didn t take any shortcuts. Have a 2016 blue Tacoma and had work done on it on the front and back. Had a silver plastic piece on the front when I picked it up but originally had black, he apologized numerous times for a very minor mistake but fixed it no problem. My sister also had work done on her car a few years ago and was also pleased with the experience. If you need work done, Steve and Son are your guys!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

We had some repair damage on a Friday that needed to be addressed rather quickly due to schedules, plus it was the weekend. So, looking for a local auto repair shop that would be able to accommodate sooner than later is very difficult right now. However, we found one in Tri City Coach. This business is family operated and already had great reviews before we contacted them. His courteous response and professionalism throughout our interaction was top notch. He is honest, does not try to take advantage of the customer, explains the necessary repairs, and very knowledgeable. He got us safely back on the road in a few minutes. For any repairs, large or small, I will return and would highly recommend Tri City Coach.

I recently had what I thought was a minor fender bender that ended up realigning my entire front end. Thank goodness I found Stevie at Tri City Coach. Stevie was well acquainted with the insurance adjusters in the area and made that part of the process run perfectly smoothly. The work he did on the car was impeccable. He was professional and extremely easy to work with (including getting me in very quickly and allowing for my changes in our original schedule). When we picked the car up my husband bonded with him so well, I thought we might just spend the night. He is a straight up guy and his body work is great. Steve recently completed work on two vehicles for me. Not only was the quality of his work amazing he is a true gentleman, a person you can rely on to get the job right.He took a noticable pride in what he did. I'm confident in saying that he wouldn't let any vehicle leave his shop until he was satisfied,,,, "It's as if he was working on his own vehicle !!! "He went out of his way to explain the complexity of each job, helping me understand the whole process. Laying out the damaged parts and showing me what was needed. As good as new! Stevie took great care to make sure that my truck was repaired properly after I had a little run in with a post in a parking garage. He explained what needed to be done in detail and educated me on why replacing the panel made sense from both a cost and quality perspective as opposed to attempting to repair the damage to the existing panel. Stevie is an amazing body guy and an even better human being. When he does work, you know it's right, and no corners cut. If he wouldn't do it to his vehicle, he won't send it out of his shop. He has made every interaction painless and simple even when the insurance companies are involved and that's saying something. I won't take my cars anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Stevie Lewis at Tri City Coach does excellent work! Our family has used him for repairs to our vehicles several times, and we are always very pleased with his work. Recently, he repaired my Lexus after a basketball goal fell on it. Stevie worked with my insurance and was great communicating with me where he was in the repair process. I have had two vehicles repaired at Tri City Coach with Stevie Lewis and was extremely impressed both times! Not only is his work amazing, his communication is excellent as well. He listened to me when I first called and addressed all my concerns and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He also made working with my insurance company very easy. I have used Tri City Coach on two occasions and have been very pleased with Steve's professionalism and craftmanship. I was very fortunate to have found this shop! Stevie is very knowledgeable, caring, and communicative! He always kept me in the loop about what was going on with my repairs. Stevie was referred to me by a neighbor. Stevie met with me, looked at the paint damage, and gave me a quote. He said he needed a couple of days to get the paint fixed and the dents pulled. When I showed up to get the car the repair work was perfect. I highly recommend Stevie, he is honest and is a true professional.
