Excellent customer service and friendly staff.Owner went out of his way to speak with insurance adjuster to help with a damage claim and remove panels to show damage.

Update:They refused to fix their mistakes and had google remove the photos I posted as proof showing water in my trunk, which damaged my tire pressure monitoring module.Original Post:I went to Taylor Color and Collision after being rear-ended on the highway. Belinda promised she would take care of my car and do a good job. They had my car for over a month and the job cost over $7,000. Nine months later I found water in my trunk, which also caused rust buildup. Belinda denied responsibility and refused to fix the problem. This water damage also ruined the $350 module and wiring harness for my tire pressure monitoring system (pictures posted). I went back and spoke with the owner, Paul Taylor, instead of Belinda. He said he would make it right, but months have passed, and he never called. I do not recommend this place. They will gladly take your business and your money and make false promises, and whatever mistakes they made will be on you.

Highly recommended. Fast, thorough , and experienced people. The receptionist is friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I called, was given an appointment for the very next day whereas other businesses were too booked to provide me with the quote. My quote was on point, easy to understand and efficient. Great service all around.

Excellent service and quality. First class staff all the way around. They treat you like family, to a man, regardless of their position within the company. Many long-term employees. A great family business. I highly recommend when you have the need to have this type of repair to your vehicle. As a bonus, they also cheerfully gave me a ride home at drop off and picked me up when my car was ready.

My experience here was excellent, Belinda and an assistant were beyond helpful for my elderly father. They were patient, explained everything and went to bat for us with an annoying insurance company about some extra repairs. They made recommendations for Also, we gave them an old car that was filthy on the inside and out, and after repairs I think they must have done a full detail on the car because it looks amazing. Its a MAJOR difference. The auto body work was also done to perfection and close attention to detail. I've never written a review for an auto body shop of any kind, as I am not the easiest person to please but I just liked the operation, techs, work, and customer service that I was given here. I'm truly happy with the service and the cleaning - they have earned a family of customers for life.

Excellent job on the repair & painting of my dented hood & bumper of my '15 Fusion (and they returned my car back to me way cleaner than it was to begin with inside & out!) Really great work, super nice people to work with, very good price. Will be bringing our other vehicles (that we are very particular about that we plan to put in car shows) to them to be painted in the near future!

This is the second time I have used this company and they were great both times. Fast and friendly service. A special shout out to Pam who went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I will definitely recommend as well as use again if the need arises. Everyone was nice!!!

Took my daughter's car here to get a window fixed. Not only did they fix it, they returned the car in better condition than I left it. They also addressed another issue I asked them about and sent me on my way without a dent in my wallet. The people who work there are very customer oriented, friendly, and take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with my experience. Thank you Taylor C&C, you are now my go-to place and I will recommend you to anyone who needs your expertise.

I can't brag enough about how great this place is...from Pam and Belinda to the crew in the back. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I came to pick it up, my car looked better than it did the day I bought it! Many thanks for such a great experience.

They may be a little more expensive, but they earn it! They may be back-logged, but it's because they're extremely thorough in whatever they have to do!! They're friendly but still professional, and they stand behind their work. I would absolutely refer ANYONE to TCC!!!

Took my car in for an estimate, and they basically fixed it on the spot. Got there late on a Friday afternoon. Went out of their way to be accomodating and helpful. Credit card machines had already been shut down so I was only able to pay with the small amount of cash in my possession. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Will definately remember their services in the future.

Was recommended Taylors by a friend. I was hit by a drunk driver on February 12, 2017. Repairs took about 45 days. The car insurance of the guy that hit me was paying for my rental for only 30 days so Taylors said they would take over paying. Well after about $270 was taken out of my account by Enterprise and countless calls to Enterprise and Taylors I finally got reimbursed about two weeks later. When I got my Silverado back the problems really started. Rear bumper was replaced and I told them to reuse the L.E.D license plate lights from the old bumper which they didn't. They had to replace one rim but didn't put the sensor for the tire pressure monitoring so I took it to Discount Tire to get one installed for $60 that Taylors did reimburse me on the spot with a check. The driver side of the bed was replaced so the spray in bed liner had to be redone cause the new side wasn't sprayed. I had LineX in it before but they had Rhino Liner respray the whole bed so the floor of the bed, passenger side and tail gate are extra thick. So thick I had to pry the latch on the tailgate to open it and then slam it very hard to close it. You can tell a difference in thickness in the driver side and passenger side. Took it back to Taylors to show them and she said just take it back to Rhino Liner and they'll fix it. So I again take time out of my day to fix their problems. The guy at Rhino Liner made it a little better but I ended up grinding more on it at home to make it right. I'll take some of the blame for the bed liner cause she did say they would be taking it to Rhino Liner instead of LineX and I said "ok". But it still should have been done correctly. They had the rhino liner guy peel away some of the new bed liner to see how hard it ll be to strip and redo the whole bed. The power folding mirror on the driver side was replaced by a junk yard LKQ piece which stopped working after a few days. So I took it back to Taylors to show them and the gentlemen in the office said he ll order a new one. I told him I want a brand new one from GM and that I'll put it on and he said ok. When the mirror came in the woman in the office calls me and says to stop by to get it switched out. I told her that I'm switching it out. She then tells me I can't do that and they have to do it. So once again another trip to Taylors. I also had to take it back again so they can repaint the rear driver side door cause they didn't sand the body filler correctly and you could see scratches thru the paint. The paint got "sucked up" the gentlemen said. The rear axle was replaced and the rear drum brakes were adjusted too tight causing a slight dragging pulse at slow speeds but I took the time to re-adjust the brakes myself. The light doesn t come on anymore when I set the emergency brake either now. Now the side outside moldings they replaced are peeling off the truck slightly. They did what they can to fix the issues but everything that was touched by them has had a problem. I give up and selling the truck. I would never use Taylors Color and Collision or recommend them to anyone for anything.

You will not find a friendlier and more professional body shop in the Greenville area. Belinda and her team will take care of you like family, and make sure you have everything you need until your ride is back good as new!
