Excellent service center.Everyone there is very friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer. I went in to have one tire checked for a possible flat and they went ahead and checked them all. They made sure the vehicle was good to go before returning to me. It may seem like a simple thing to be grateful for, but having them do the job and do it correctly in this day and age is not something I take lightly. I would highly recommend this service center. The service manager Brian made sure I was good to go before sending me on my way and I truly appreciate the quality of work and customer service here. Definitely recommend.

I went on a Friday with no appointment and they were able to get me in quickly! Justin was beyond awesome and explained everything. The best thing I like is there is no pressure like when I went to the dealer (or anywhere else). He showed me the report, explained why each was important and let me make the decision based on my budget. I ALWAYS go to this location because of the above par customer service and expertise of his team!

Russ and Justin were great I pulled right in on a Friday no appointment, this place is so close to my house and always pass it and this time I definitely will be back. They were friendly and did everything in a timely manner. Safety check report on recommendations on vehicle. Just over all would come here over the ford dealerships any time!!! The young man I think I saw his name was kristian was also very friendly and polite!

A great job by Justin and crew! I pulled in and it was busy but they took me right away. Oil change, new filter, car check all in less than 15 minutes! It takes me longer to drive there but it is so worth it!

Brittany was our tech, she was really nice and friendly. Great service. I use Express Oil for my oil changes and have been for years. I have been to many different locations and they always are friendly and efficient. I also appreciate their honesty. They seem to always have their customers best interest in mind. Hard to find in places like that these days. Please don t change!

Justin takes excellent care of his customers, and his staff is great. Aside from my oil changes, they diagnosed my car quickly and gave me a reasonable quote to have it fixed. Very professional, and courteous.

I had my oil changed by Kristian at the Simpsonville location! He did an excellent job and was very hospitable. I would recommend him for oil changes and any other vehicular maintenance that you might need.

I came there to get my tires changed. My appointment started on time and I am satisfied with the service. Elijah was awesome. He gave me a diagnostic of my alignment and brake pads and answered all of my questions professionally..

When you go, ask for Justin. He was very professional and extremely helpful the entire time. He made sure I was aware of all charges upfront and gave me great customer service. I will absolutely be back!

Justin was extremely helpful with everything I needed.Justin did not push any extra services, which I really appreciate. There were some extra things that needed to be done, so he made me aware of the issues and provided a quote. He did not expect an answer, he simply wanted to be ahead of the game and provide a quote before I asked. 10/10

Went in today to get my oil changed. Super easy /quick. Justin was very helpful. He reminded me that tires needed replacement . Went to several places around town for comparisons and they were all about the same price (within $15) but Express had them on hand and could get me out the door installed today. Great job guys.

I had only 2 studs holding my tire on. I called and spoke to Daniel. He was able to get me right in to repair my studs missing from my tire. He took the time to inspect my car. He let me know what my car needed. Also installed 3 studs to my tire all in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Very nice young man. Express should be very proud to have Daniel as their employee.

I have been going to these express oil changes for a while now. Today with Justin was by far the best experience I have had. In and out 5 mins tops, he already knew all the information he needed and even gave me updates on some things that I did not know needed to be looked at! Wonderful experience!

I recently had some work done to my Toyota Sequioa here. Brian did an outstanding job. He was friendly and explained everything to me. It was obvious to me after talking to him that he knew exactly what he was talking about. I couldn t be more pleased with how they treated me. Highly recommend!

It was a very cold morning with heavy rain, and all four of my tires needed air. I stopped by Express Oil Change ( where they service my suv) and without hesitation, Mikail provided me with very professional service. I was so thankful to the crew that morning.
