Got there on Sunday right after they opened . Very busy but was able to be helped right when I walked in . Younger man looked up my part fast and brought back the right one . Job completed now. That s how it should go! And the part was cheaper and of higher quality than advance I should add

Keleen was amazing! Super courteous and helpful. Didn t rush us or act as if he couldn t help. We worked together to determine what my cars issue was and he helped us select the best battery for my car make and model. Ask for Keleen if you ever need help at Auto Zone in simpsonville

My Autozone Duralast battery died after after 6 years of dependable service. I checked my on line account to see if my local store had the proper battery in stock, they did. It was listed with a 20% discount and could be picked up at the store or be delivered to my home address. I called my local store to make sure they had it. I removed my dead battery and brought it to the store for the core refund and purchased the battery at the advertised price. They would not honor the 20% discount as they said it only applied if I ordered it online not if payed at the store. I was not informed of this when I called my local store to confirm stock availability. Had I been aware of this anomaly I would have made the transaction on line and picked the battery up at the store. As a result I lost out on 20% off of the $209.00 battery. I've always over the years enjoyed the excellent professionalism, fair prices and quality products, but this experience has me questioning my Autozone loyalty.

Well stocked store.. we needed a battery for our Miata.. fast service will free installation..I needed a new battery for my Ford Ranger.. turns out I had a major corrosion problem.. had to replace the cable CV connectors.. it took about 45 minutes.. Employees were very friendly and would not allow me to pay for their extra time spent on my vehicle.. Great place.

Went in to get a new battery for my son's car and I was so happy to have Jonah guide me painlessly and humorously through the process of finding the right one and having it installed! Usually this would be the sort of errand I don't look forward to, but he definitely made it easy and pretty funny See - all fixed up!

Anytime I come in here there s always one guy who has the worst attitude. Supposedly he has a 2019 black mustang like good for you. I had him search something up for me and I was thinking of the engine size and I tell him and he says Finally now we re getting somewhere. His attitude is the worst and I hope he knows he works a job where customer service is supposed to be used. I m not arguing or anything just needing help I understand y all won t have many parts for my car but I couldn t find anything online, only reason I went here. He needs to be more patient and get his attitude in check. I was the only one in there and I can understand why business there is always slow now. Gabe on the other hand he s really helpful and a great employee I d take business from him any day but I m never coming back to this store.

My daughter was in town from Virginia and needed 2 headlamps replaced. I called Simpsonville AutoZone and spoke to Gabe (although I thought his name was Dave!) and asked for his help, which he gave without hesitation. My daughter told me that he even turned the repair into a training event for one of his new guys, and even showed the girls how to do it! Companies with good people are hard to find and this old Marine veteran truly appreciates men like Gabe and his team. Thanks very much!

Literally 10 employees AND the manager at the counter and not a single one could be bothered to help me. I don t know much, if anything about cars and apparently either did the employees. I asked the manager if he could just show me (not do it) just SHOW me where I should attach the canister and his response was it s under the hood somewhere . Ummmm, thanks captain obvious I figured it would be! I can t believe someone actually pays you.I m sorry how rude of me to expect you to work WHILE at work!P.S. I also noticed the enormous pile of returns on the cart near the register I m going to go ahead and assume that those are from customers that also didn t receive any assistance. Who knows, maybe it wasn t under the hood somewhere

Walked in at 7:28 am. because my battery was shot, Dan tested my battery, made recommendations, and replaced my battery and had me on my way to work by 7:38 am. Excellent experience, made the unplanned $230 expense bearable. Thank you, Dan!

AirPods stolen from vehicle by employee while getting CEL code read. Beware and watch your stuff.Of course I don t have a video to prove it. But you know what you know when something like this happens. My AirPods were in the driver door cubby area. Placed there by me to take and use at the car wash right down the street.I won t bore with all the details.Future customers BEWARE and watch your property.

The guy was knowledgeable.... friendly even, but when it was time for me to check out, everybody including the guy I asked my question to seemed to want to pretend I wasn't standing there. I actually had to ask to be checked out after standing there for... minutes.

After leaving advanced auto where I wasn t greeted or anything I drove down to auto zone to see if I would be given the same treatment Keith greeted me good morning and so did the other associate and also provided me informative information about my vehicle that I asked for I felt very welcomed and I felt very helped

I had a return, and one of the managers was rude. He barely said two words to me after I told him I didn't have a receipt multiple times. He then looked it up easily... Not sure why he couldn't do that to begin with. Then he handed me the money and walked away no bye no thank you or yw.

Standing in auto zone for 30 min had great service from rep Johnathan c but had to give a one star due the manager David has John working the phone the cash register I bought lights in a filter today and wanted to utilize there free help install for my lights. Still waiting why the manager has personal conversation on his personal phone John has service 6 customers not including and answer the phone manager 3.great place to go for Parts but don't expect great service came in at 1:54 it's now 2:21

The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because of the service the first time I got when I went in. They were super friendly and helpful and I got the parts I needed. The second time I went in to return the parts because I decided to not put in the effort in my car the service was horrible. It took at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence and then the manger had to be gotten when I did get someones attention. Then i was asked for my receipt and so I explained I didn't receive a receipt but maybe it was emailed because they took my information. Then i was told they don't email receipts and just stared at like I was suppose to magically have a receipt. So I again told him I didn't have one but i was just in there a couple days ago. He was able to look it up by my phone number but getting to that point was frustrating and all in all a very bad experience. Will never go back to that location and maybe not even that store chain.

Stopped in here just before 10:00am on a weekday to get a car battery. A guy was running a floor buffer while I was trying to talk to someone at the front desk. I could not hear what the employee at the front desk was saying because of the buffer. I asked if they could turn the buffer off so I could hear the conversation and was told no, that they were contractors. O Riley s across the street received my business and will for now on.

I usually go to Advance but my mechanic suggested Autozone. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the employee was. The store had about 7 or 8 customers while I was there and I was helped relatively quickly. I did have my toddler age son with me and the employee acknowledge him and was very sweet to him.

I needed to replace a sensor that went bad and was driving home and passed a OReillys a d figured I d stop in and pick it up after verifying I was getting the correct one , the guy argued with me and told me I was better off paying the $80 to have someone diagnose it for me. I was in disbelief. Decided to go to my local autozone where I should have just gone to begin with. I was welcomed by Jacob and he politely explained the covid rules and explained how to use the code reader. He then explained the code to me and confirmed what I already thought and helped me get the correct part so I can change it out. Not once did he question my ability to do it, he didn t judge me and I appreciate that . The entire staff at this location has been nothing but helpful whenever we go in. Thank you Jacob for just being nice and kind!
