Don t waste your time or money. The owner Tim refused to help his team members solve a problem for a paying customer. This isn t the first time i ve had a problem at this location, but they definitely won t get the chance again to waste my money.

I had my oil changed there a week ago. Yesterday when I went to leave the house I heard a weird noise. Shut it off and checked under the hood. There was oil EVERYWHERE! I had my boy friend (who is on oxygen) come look while I started it up and it was literally spraying! My bf called AutoX and explained the situation, thinking the oil filter was cross threaded or leaking. The OWNER brought a worker and came to our house after the shop closed. They went under the truck and worked for awhile and then said that the leak was coming from a transmission hose that went to the radiator. Even though it didn't have anything to do with the work they did, they ran to the parts store and came back to our house and fixed the problem. They worked on it for a total of 2 hours!! Then the owner told me to bring it by the shop and he'd clean the transmission fluid off the belts under the hood. I'm telling y'all these guys went waaaay beyond providing excellent customer service and into being great human beings with compassion They have my business and praise forever!

The young ladies at the register was super nice, the waiting room was very clean. The gentlemen's they did a good job on my truck.

I been going to Auto X for a year now, getting a couple oil changes and getting the cars washed. Have been very happy with both and the full car wash is very reasonablely priced. They washed our car today and when I got back in the car there was a ring my wife thought she had lost a few months ago sitting on the console. I went back, found the person who located the ring and gave him an extra big tip. The staff at Auto X are very nice, honest and seem very appreciative of their customers. Thanks Auto X I'll be back!Update 1/7/2021Hey guys I'm back, just thought I'd follow up, and let you know I'm still happy with their car wash. They wash and do an interior clean of your vehicle for $16. They however will not be able to correct months of neglect at this price, so don't expect a miracle.

I ve been here over a dozen times with 4 different cars and each time I have to clean it more at home after paying $15. The car is never fully dried, the inside is not wiped down, not vacuumed well and the windows are still dirty. The only part of the car that is always clean are the wheels. This place has potential but they need quality control.

They are usually very busy so there is usually a long wait. You definitely get what you pay for. A basic package includes a car wash, windows cleaning, inside and outside of the car wiped clean, and vacuuming of floor and seats. There is no attention to detail, it is not perfect, but again you get what you pay for. The employees here have always been very friendly and nice.

First time I went somewhere else, other than blue ribbon express. But since they closed down this place is ok. They just stay real busy and not the best on getting you out quick. But regardless had a quality oil change and free car wash when I went so that was a plus.

My truck was cleaned horribly. Soap left on windows, wheels and wheel wells were still dirty. They used degreaser on my black plastic side mirrors causing them to fade. This place used to do an awesome job but I will no longer be using them.

Other than Tee, who is a good dude, this place stinks. I paid for a full car wash, the highest level, and they did an awful job. There were dirty spots all over the vehicle still, and the inside looked like it wasn't even touched. It was incredibly disappointing. I won't be going back to them again after this. It was a waste of money.

Worse place to go to! Randolph was very disrespectful. Randolph the employee got mad and irate that I ask him for a towel to dry my vehicle off since they didn t completely dry it. Randolph also made a racial slur and acting like he wanted to fight me. I could not believe this guy balled his fist up at me and told me to not come back to the location. I spoke with his manager Tim and explain the issue

I've been using auto X for at least 15 years never had a problem with the oil change Tim and his staff always do a good job keep up to good work

Today is the last time this place will every have the opportunity for my business.. Wait 10 minutes in line for a car wash 10 minutes I waited no one is in the line next to me watched them vacuum out 4 cars they line the last car up to go though the car wash as a car pulls up in the lane next to me remind you I have been in for 10 minutes with that lane empty but that car was pulled in in front of me. When I said to the attendant I'm next he replied no you're not I have to take 2 to 1 but I have been here for 10 minutes he just pulled up he responded so I have to take 2 to 1.. 10 minutes I wait!!! Sorry way to run a business and the attendants are rude

A year ago I gave them 5 stars. Today I went in and asked for "the works" since I wanted to get the dash treated with protectant as I have in the past. When the car was returned the dash, etc were just wiped down. I was told they no longer apply protectant since they don't have anyone to apply it. So I paid for the works and got a basic car wash. Same thing happened earlier this year when they didn't apply tire shine... Again, no one knew how. Unfortunately this will have to be my last visit to this car wash.Update. Well I gave him another shot and I was again disappointed. as soon as I left my car I saw a sign on the door that said we're short on help today please excuse the long wait I decided since I've already left the car I would give him a shot it ended up taking 45 minutes to get a car wash and when I got home the body was clean but the wheels were left dirty. Also they did not clean the floor mats. Well I gave him another shot and was disappointed again. I think they need to find another way to find good employees and pay them enough to keep them like their competition does.

Third time I have been here, do they wipe the inside at all?? All three times, I never got the scent I paid for and I had to take my car to the nearest car wash and wipe down the inside. I intentionally ordered the lemon scent today so I would have no question as to wheater it was put in my car. It wasn t.

Don t know if they changed my oil or not because you can t see what they re doing, and good luck getting you car wash with the full service, they have an excuse every time i go back to get mine. Don t recommend this place.

They didn't even wipe down the dashboard or the console & front seat. The radio panel still had sticky stuff on it & that's the only reason I went there

Took both of my cars there for an oil change. Both started leaking oil the next day. Took back too question manager. He just sought there and looked with lips tightly closed. Never went back again.

Had a very good experience. The staff and service was great. Had a fairly fast oil change and a wash. Had a very good experience overall will be recommending them to everyone!! Thanks Autox for your great service.

Last time I took my car they broke a piece below my seat. So I thought I'd give them one more chance so I took my truck and I'll be damn if they didn't break my power point cover. Plus they seem to be slacking off...I'll chose quality over quantity any day!!!!!!

I went to the tire store across the street and then went to Walmart very very poor service so I plugged my own tire. But i still needed air, so i stopped here and they filled my tire for free. Awesome customer service

This place is becoming a joke. Sat in line for 20 minutes and not even the first person comes to see what wash I needed. Had workers just riding in the people's vehicles through the carwash, meanwhile the line was backing up!! I'll start taking my business elsewhere. Have been using this place for the past 12 years.

Super service. I had oil change done.( Full ser vice which came with free exterior car wash!). People are professional and are friendly. Service is done quickly and efficiently.

Great car wash! Car is always spotless when I leave. There is a wait though always prepare for it! Other than that it s great.
