Outstanding customer service from the Advance Simpsonville team. My 2 year old battery that was purchased there would test good, but would struggle to start the car on cold mornings. The manager replaced the battery for me with no fuss or hassle to keep me from being stranded somewhere. I will definitely continue to support this store!

i had a awesome day today at advance. when i first walked in i was greeted with a prompt hello and how can i help you with great energy and a genuine smile. this was jennifer she was amazing and willing to help me take care of my urgent needs she replaced my battery and wipers for me in a timely manner. jennifer displayed above a + customer service. please keep her and take care of her because she did her job excellent. thanks much jennifer you are awesome.

I was there last week and the store's GM (other members helped and were great as well.) Helped replaced my battery for a much better price than I what I was being quoted from other places. Sorry I'm bad with names but your team really did save my car

helping you find your parts is great, if you have 30min to wait your turn. they usually have 3 or 4 people working, but only one on a register and no one steps up to ring people up when there's a line. i recently stopped going here for that reason and started going to auto zone bc of the long wait times when i already know exactly what i need (wiper blades, light bulbs, oil, filters, washer fluid). auto zone is faster ringing people up, plus they have a self check out scanner now. thank you auto zone!when we need something basic for our cars, it's usually, "i need it quick, in and out" kind of thing. store managers should know that. most of the customer base are guys that want to get in and out quick; not browse the store.

Can t recommend these guys enough! Needed a radiator ASAP and they came through. I called multiple places and they said they had it in stock but when I got there they did not. Called Ray and the guys at Simpsonville and they told me they had it and when I got there they had it ready for me! Big thanks to Ray and the other employees for the awesome customer service! Will definitely be back!

On my way home for lunch I ran over a sparkplug and immediately had a flat tire. My husband is out of town and I couldn't drive anywhere on it. Thankfully I was passing this store and they were A LIFE SAVER! The Manager of the store went out of his way to help me, even though they don't typically change out tires. My tire was unfixable and I would have been stranded if they had not taken time out of their day to help me out. We will be using them for our auto purchases in the future.

Let me start by saying advanced auto wasn t my first option my first option was their competitor, auto zone, a block down from them. I knew I had a bad battery it was getting close to closing time on a Sunday evening, about 2.5 hrs before closing. The competitor seemed as if I was bothering him and he didn t want to change the battery. Even though that s part of the purchase as advertised. I even told him give me the tools and I ll change it there. Still roll of the eyes and attitude. So I called advanced auto and Matthew H. said sure we can change. So I left and drove a block to advanced auto. Explained situation to Matthew H. and he stated that it happens more than I think. He replaced the battery in about five minutes. Simple!! I also had to purchase an auxiliary battery that evening. I called Matthew H. and he had it ready for me at the counter. I like everyone else want my purchases for the cheapest I can find but in this case I was impressed with Matthews customer service and willingness to help. I will pay for service. Service is important. A lost touch in this google and push button society. Thank you Matthew H.!! You are all aces and first class. I hope advanced auto appreciates you working there. Advanced auto will be my first option from here on because of your service!! Great job in not being part of the don t give a s..t about the customer world we are now in.

Went in to get replacement bulb the associate came out to my car, remove the bulb out of the lantern took it back into the store, and gave me a replacement bulb without replacing the one he took out. It s better to have someone to service you when you are not sure about how to do it yourself, rather than questioning the fact of the reason why a product that they carry in their store didn t work for as long as it was supposed to. Told me he could not find my name to prove when I before returning the bulb to them.that I bought the bulb from then ,so I guess he was just surprise when I had the receipt to prove that I did purchase them from their store . They need to do better by servicing all their customers.

Were very helpful. And they were willing to help you! Have the equipment there for test on your battery, alternator and starter. Thanks to the staff in Simpsonville for being helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service and if your store doesn't have the part you need, they'll find a store that does and will hold it for you to pick up or they'll ship it to your store for you. Also has great prices.

The manager Bengi, ignored my concern with price and the agent at the register copied his behavior. I asked a question and did not get a response, I was quoted in incorrectly and end up spending $20 plus dollars more on a battery. They are wrong and choosing only to ignore. I was the only person in line and had already made my purchase.

I was in to buy a battery. Advanced isn't the most inexpensive place to buy a battery. But they had the exact form factor I needed and I was in a hurry. The store employee Benji was friendly, courteous, and had a sense of humor. Not much more you could ask for. I typically go to other companies for parts but since this experience at this location I have been back in a few more times for various parts. I don't mind paying a bit more if the people working in the store actually seem to appreciate the business. Some others when I stop in locally seem like I'm rudely distiurbing them from counting the dots on the ceiling tiles. Anyway, kudos to Benji for being a great example of what customer service should be like! Thank you!

Christian was very helpful. My battery was almost dead. He sold me a new battery and installed it. It had some corrosion and was not easy to change. He did a great job and got it installed.

I went to Advance Auto Parts today to purchase bulbs for my car. I walked in with my 10-year-old daughter and immediately heard a lady at the counter yelling and cussing. She had children with her, so I assumed she was an upset customer. I headed to the aisle looking for the bulbs and realized the lady was a manager of some sort having a team meeting. She was talking to three gentlemen. She was letting them know that they don t have to f------ call her to the front all the time. She told them I have enough s--- to do myself . This continued until I went to the counter. She asked the men where another employee was. I assume that employee was supposed to be running the counter. They told her he was helping another customer in the store. She then just told that guy to ring me up. Then she continued her profanity-filled rant. I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. I would have halfway understood if they were in a back room and I heard them, but they were at the counter, closest to the entrance. My 10-year-old was genuinely uncomfortable. Don t think I ll ever visit this location again.

Employees including who I'm assuming was the manager we're all very rude. It's really beyond me how someone so standoffish can become a manager. The shorter guy with glasses was just as bad. My family did not feel welcome here at all. The only employee who actually was pleasant to deal with was the new woman working the register. On top of that they were having customers install their own battery because they are short staffed. Actually giving the guy the cart to do it himself while they stood around inside. There are 3 auto stores in this area. I won't be returning here.

Seemingly dismissed every time I come to this store. Unsure if young boys are sexist or just don't want to answer questions/assist in furthering knowledge/pause their conversation. Prices are good. Usually stocked. Fast check out. Female cashier was very pleasant, and the one gentleman I spoke to to dispose of some oil was kind enough to walk me back and ensure I didn't make a mess. Not overly impressed, but will return.

The good news is there is plenty of parking, the bad news is the employees have no idea what they are doing, went in for an air breather for my valve covers and a PCV valve, the man tried to help but told me he has no idea what they are because he is not a mechanic!! Go to O'Reilly's

I ordered a part online and then received an alert it was ready, but when I went to pick it up, it was a different part number. The counter rep told me that is what the computer showed and I thought I made a mistake online. He instructed me to take it to another store to exchange for the proper part. I went to the other store and they thought I was trying to scam them since the receipt had the right part number and I was returning a different one. It then dawned on me they just filled the order with whatever they wanted to. Who does that? It's a specific part for a specific car. You can't make this stuff up.

They're super helpful . Offer free battery and windshield wiper installation. I had a dead battery and the offered to charge it overnight to ensure it was the batter and not the starter or something else.Shun was very helpful. Will definitely be there when I need any auto parts.
