The service experience at Randy's is really exceptional! The team there is clearly focused on bringing you the greatest value for your money. They are highly ethical, anxious to please and very affordable. My recent service on my Mercedes was less than 50% of the cost of Carlton Motors in Greenville and much more convenient since I live in Seneca!

Does fine work but service is poor. I had to explain myself multiple times bc the guy at the front desk was certain I couldn't possibly know what I needed done on my own car. The owner then proceeded to call my car junk and walk away. Regardless of his knowledge and experience, I don't want someone working on my car that thinks it's junk bc it's not European.

Randy and his staff are the most trustworthy and best mechanics in the area! I trust them with my beloved Porsche and they never disappoint me!The absolute best!!! Prices are very reasonable!

I visited Randy's today and I had a wonderful experience! I was planning on getting a repair on my car that (I thought) was wrong and the staff informed me that it was actually something else! They were very helpful and explained in detail what needed to be repaired and why. Jody was outstanding! The office was spotless! I was able to go into the garage and witness the trouble with my wheel and a thorough explanation of the issue. The garage was the cleanest I've ever seen in my life! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming! I met Randy personally and he was very friendly!

Randy's Automotive was very helpful, they knew what the problem was almost instantly. They were all very friendly and helpful and I came out with a pretty good price.They are also excellent mechanics and very professional, no grease marks, dirt or other leftover residue on my car when I picked it up. Definitely the best place near and around Clemson, Seneca, Central, etc. For any car type but especially European made

Automotive services from Randy s Automotive were excellent. Brian and Randy were both considerate and professional. I took my vehicle in for one problem that turned out not to be a problem. During their inspection of my vehicle they found and fixed two other problems I didn t even know existed. One was a potential safety hazard. Thank you Randy and Brian for the great service at a very fair price.

Every time I have taken my car to Randy's I have been treated well and fairly. They have always done excellent work and have given great advice to avoid doing unnecessary work. I have had several of my family's cars worked on there and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Though busy, the staff scheduled my appointment as quickly as they could. They were extremely attentive, explaining what they would be doing and how well they would take care of my car. Randy s was referred to me as THE local automotive company to use for my foreign car and I have not been disappointed.

Took my Mercedes SL550 to Randy's for the A Service. They had appointments available, which isn't something I can say about the MB dealer I called in Greenville. They got me in on time and completed the service at half the price of the dealer. I had a few questions and the mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable and spent time going over things with me after he had completed my service. 5 stars for Randy's Automotive!

Always professional, on-time and frank with what needs to be done. I have learned to trust them over time and have the greatest of respect for them. One example, I took my BMW to the dealership to ask about a rattle in my right door. Even though the car was under warranty, the technicians walked me around in the store and finally said they couldn't do anything about it. I mentioned it to Randy, he fixed it in one day without a problem. That is professionalism of the highest quality.

A simple bulb replacement issues became very complex. I have a 2002 Auto. Randy assisted in getting it corrected and spent time to find most affordable solution. Then corrected issue and projected. Because of his extra leg work saved me more than $600 on work. Really happy I found his Shop.

Took my BMW on a scheduled appointment on June 16th 2021. It's now been 40 days and repairs are not done. Called them today and they said it was ready for pickup. Get there and they say it's not finished. They have repaired 2 other BMW's I own and seems like all repairs made take longer than expected. They do quality work and if you don't mind waiting weeks for your repairs use them. Too much business and not enough mechanics to do the work on a timely basis. Will take all my vehicles to BMW dealership in future.

I took my 2014 BMW X3 into Randy s Automotive due to a Drive Train Malfunction warning. That warning on the car scared me to death, especially since I read the different issues it could be. I took it to the shop without an appointment and they got me worked in. They ran diagnostics and test drove it to make sure what they were fixing was the problem. They let me know that it wasn t anything serious, just a bad Accelerator Control Module. They had it repaired the next day and I was in the road again. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the service was excellent! Thank you to the entire team at Randy s Automotive!

Was on vacation visiting my grandmother and started hearing something on the front part of my car. Randy is my family's mechanic for that area so I took it there to have it looked over. He was very busy but took a few moments to test drive it. I was safe to drive it home the next day and wait to get it fixed. He didn't pressure me to do anything and assured me that it would make it home if I wanted to wait. Thank you for your honesty!

Randy's Automotive is the best! I take my 2005 Mini Cooper there for oil changes, and when something is wrong. I even take it there for a checkup, so the awesome mechanics at Randy's can catch what ever part is about to break. I am very blessed to have found the absolutely best auto mechanic around!! I highly recommend Randy's Automotive, for they are honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable about vehicles...and Minis!

I scheduled an appointment to just drop my car off because I had a noise and a light on. When I arrived, the waiting area was small but very clean and neat, and smelled amazing. The guys immediately helped me, asked me questions to make sure they knew where the noise would be if they heard it. They let me leave my car and called when it was done, fully explaining what they did and didn't do, the diagnosis, and the pricing. The price was so reasonable, I almost cried. They could've took me for all I had by me bringing it in with an unknown noise and they didn't. I will never go anywhere else.

After moving to Seneca 5 years ago, our son recommended Randy's Automotive to us as dependable and fair auto repair. We have had several repairs made, and have always appreciated their taking time to explain the quote and the good job they do.

Very disappointed considering all the positive reviews on here. I took my 2009 Altima in on June 15th due to noises that were being made due to A/C compressor. Was told the Compressor needed to be replaced and the A/C belt tensioner replaced as well. Was quoted over 1200 for replacement and was notified it may take a couple days to repair. I asked to call them back to arrange for a car while mine was being serviced. After arranging to get a car for a couple days to get to work, I got a call that they could not guarantee my car would be fixed during that 2 day window and I would need to reschedule for July 6th! Why would you schedule me to have my car looked at and repaired only to reschedule me yet again to actually have it fixed?? Long story short they charged me a diagnostic fee and I went and got my car repaired elsewhere. The compressor did indeed need replacing as I already knew before taking it to Randy's. The Belt tensioner wasn't an issue as the other repair facility said that Randy's must not have even removed the belt to try and diagnose the issue at all. Needless to say I am unlikely to return to Randy's automotive. They were short-staffed that day and couldn't even get around to fixing my car and even failed to diagnose it properly. Very disappointed!

My Clemson daughters car died and had to have it towed to Randy s on Friday morning. They told her they closed at 12:00pm and would look at it Monday morning. Upon getting the car around 11 am, they just took a look, found the batteries cables had come loose and weren t making a connection. They fixed it right away and she was able to pick her car up. No charge! Will definitely use them for our needs in the future.Service: Battery

I have used Randy for several vehicles from oil change to major repairs and have been completely satisfied. Randy has changed the struts on my Lincoln Navigator, fully maintenanced my Z3, fixed repair damage to my Audi A3 and tuned my Mini Cooper. All to my satisfaction - and now he has a more convenient location and a bigger shop on Wells Hwy opposite the Marathon gas station and Dollar General. Congrats on new shop - keep up the great work. One more thing - If you want to know who has a good shop ask - the Snap-on Tool Dealer - he will know who has the best equipment - that's what lead me to Randy in the first place!

Car was fixed and works properly. The owner gave me two options and let me pick (OEM parts or aftermarket) along with recommendations on which he felt was better. Sent me an itemized quote (parts cost and labor cost) before the work was done. Past experience shows that this shop stands behind their work.

Randy's Automotive, is the best! I was at wits end earlier this year when having problems with my 2005 Mini S - no one could find what was wrong, and another import mechanic recommended Randy's Automotive. Best thing that ever could have happened! They rebuilt my super-charger at a fraction of the cost as a dealer, and Seneca is a lot closer than Waylon's, in Atlanta, or Detroit Tuned, which is where I planned on taking my Mini when local efforts failed. While replacing the starter this week, they found two bushings that were totally worn out. To replace the bushings, they have to drop the frame of my Mini! Had I continued to drive unaware under those conditions, the damage may have been significantly worse, and I am grateful Randy's discovered the problem. I trust Randy's Automotive completely (a huge deal for me), and totally believe my Mini is in the best hands. I am looking forward to driving my Mini home from Rabdy's, when it is running smoothly and powerfully. My Mini Cooper and I will be a Randy's Automotive customer for life!

.Not well pleased after taking boyfriend, Derrill Cape, truck there to have work done on Cam sensor and check engine light on. Supposedly they fixed it. And 2 weeks later we took it to another shop and had to have a new sensor for the same thing put on. We won't be back. The place is not the same with all the young workers. Loved it when Randy actually done the work on both of our cars.

Had to take my car in because the hood wouldn't open and I couldn't replace my battery. They did a great job at getting my car back to me in a timely manner and explaining to me what when wrong and being transparent throughout the process. Would definitely come back here again should I need to get my car repaired!
