We had a wheel bearing go out on our Nissan frontier while we were road tripping across the state. J1 was able to get us in, find the replacement part that afternoon, and get us back on the road that same day. Otherwise we would have been sleeping on the side of the road that evening.Totally awesome customer service.

My wife and I had a breakdown out of state with our RV, but Jerry and Troy were our saviors. It's evident that they're genuine folks who value honest work and I wish more people operated like Jerry and Troy.

They fraudulently claimed to be open 24 hours. I called to have them fix something simple at 10:31 p.m. and there was no answer. I waited about 2 minutes and called again and you could tell the phone call was manually disconnected. Plus their voicemail system isn't even set up. What kind of business is that? So it looks like someone else will get my money which is fine with me.

Dont Communicate and don't fix the cars. And talk to you like he dont got ur car i got my wedneday it is friday the same thing thats was wrong with my car is the same thing wrong with it now.

Very unprofessional, after having my truck back for less than 24 hours I had to pay a $130 tow bill to have the truck towed home, was not reimbursed for this Fee. The front office secretary gave no details when called,Had an attitude during every conversation the truck is still giving me issues. Had these guys help me with some front end problems. He had me towed order the parts and my car fixed within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend these guys! Very professional and friendly. You can t beat their honest pricing either!

We were down for weekend car brakes hung up and we were four hours from home I was so nervous and didn't know what to do and someone recommended j1 he fixed the part he could get in over weekend and unhooked the part that was gonna take longer to get and promised I would make it home I did and so thankful he was so kind some people would have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't would highly recommend him if you are in the areaService: Brakes

Very Honest me and my family broke down in Yemassee on our way from Florida to Virginia I call them and the guy named Troy arrived in about 30 minutes to tow the car back to the shop he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered and replace the parts in a timely manner he was very fair and friendly he even bought the car back to us at the the hotel we had to stay at.They are very fair and honest would recommend them.

This establishment is by far the worst I ve ever been to. They are unprofessional and never where they are supposed to be. I would not recommend this car place to ANYONE. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would.
