Very professional staff and a personable experience. Easiest and quickest purchase process ever. The Salesperson can actually sell the vehicle with out the games that other dealers play. The whole process took about 30 minutes.

My 2018 F-150 broke down and Cromleys promptly dispatched a tow truck, picked me up, and diagnosed my problem. My repair was quick and very well done even though it was over the Christmas holidays. I could not have been more pleased with everything about my experience.

My daughters car broke down right before the Thanksgiving holiday. She is a college student at Newberry. Her car broke down and Cromleys towed it right away. After inspecting her car they found the problem and ordered the parts. Jerry was fantastic!! He kept me informed every step of the way!! I can't thank Jerry and his crew enough for all they did!! Highly recommend does not say say enough about this great dealership!!

Superb Sales Experience from the day we ordered our Bronco right through the delivery. Highly recommend Cromley Ford for any Sales or Service needs you may have. My Dad started shopping here in 1964. I purchased my first car here in 1978. Cromley Ford has always exceeded our expectations.

I was scheduled for 8 am Thursday morning for break pads, said I needed it back at 2, and they said they couldn't do it. Lauren gave me a lender car which I'm greatful for. The guys we're busy so they couldn't get to it which I understand so I left my car over night. Then come today Friday all day until 2 o'clock and they havent touch my truck still so from scheduling on Tuesday for a Thursday appt at 8 leaving it over night, till Friday at 2 my vehicle was not touched. Then the big dude in the back was nothing but who cares... Not even a "my bad" just rude. Sorry cromleys but I'm a paying customer too and it was as if my vehicle didn't matter I give it a 5 star for the people up front customer service. Guy in the back should really work on it.

I've been doing business with Cromley's in Saluda for over 28 years. I keep coming back because they have always treated me well. You can count on them to be honest and give you the best deal and service possible. Far better than other dealers in the area.

I recently purchased a gem of a 1994 Ford Bronco from the Saluda, SC Cromley s dealership. Lauren was so easy to do business with and made the experience wonderful. I highly recommend this location for people looking for honest, straight up folks who know what they re selling. Big credit to Lauren who found this particular Bronco and had a keen eye for these classics. I absolutely love this truck! Would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back to do future service business with them! Overall, excellent service from an excellent team.

I didn't buy my car here, or even have it serviced, but I would if I lived closer. I was lost on the road, heading to OH but my GPS signal went out and I was scared, confused and driving in circles. I thought I'd stop by to borrow wifi; but they didn't have any. Instead, they used the internet to print out navigation directions for me! They even had to try several printers before getting it to print properly. The service crew was super helpful and friendly! Go let them take care of your car needs; I am certain they will be super helpful to you, too!

The dealership did a great job as always. Quick in an out no having to deal with the finance department. Salesman was able to take care of it all himself. It took about 20 minutes and the price was well below other dealerships. Can't recommend Cromleys of Saluda and sales person Carter Lybrand highly enough.

I took my car there to see if had an oil leak and they told me what the problem was. But, after I got my car back from them the day of, it appeared that the person who worked on my car broke a part of my grill and now it s not intact on the front of my car. Also, the bottom part where my headlight is ,on the passenger side, was not intact as well when I got my car back and now I have to spend money to get both parts fixed for something that I did not do. I was told that they wouldn t fix it because it was something that I did when my car was fine before they looked at it. I will not bring my car back and will be taking my services else where.

As a transporter, these folks are great people!Easy in and out with plenty of room to unload safely off the street.A truck stop/convenience store with Truck parking is right across the street.Bathrooms available when open.Can park overnight.

Wouldn t ever recommend service. My car was there 3 times to get ac fixed. Put new parts on that did not fix problems and admitted to it and still did not fix and money out of my pocket for nothing. Did not even put the panels under dash back on. Very disappointed

I was ready to make a trade but because of pandemic I did not want to go to Cromleys dealership.Online I found the truck I wanted.l knew the quality of F-150 so no test drive was necessary.I called Lauren and we arranged for everything to be done at my home.They came to get my old truck,brought my new truck, and we signed the paperwork on my deck.Deal completed.Thanks Cromleys!
