These guys are great. Logan took care of me with a few others chiming in as well. I have done a lot of work in customer service, and always made it my goal to be the best personal interaction the guest has in their entire day. That is exactly what these guys do. I can't recommend them enough!

I have always been impressed with the care and attention they take each time I come in for an oil change. They are professional and very friendly not too mention quick which is big for me and my schedule. Sterling and his crew did an awesome job. Always pleased and would always highly recommend them for every oil change!

They were very busy at this location the day I went but everyone was friendly, professional, and informative. I keep getting ask if I have coupon Id like to use but I don t receive any via email or text. I would use them if there was a way to get them. If anyone knows, please respond to this review. I like going to Take 5 as it is very convenient and located in an area that is between work and home. And the business hours work well for my work schedule and to be able to maintain my vehicle.

Fastest oil change I ve ever had since becoming a car owner! They made sure my oil was changed with quality product, checked my filters, filled my coolant, balanced my tires pressure and I m sure if they could have, they would have filled my gas tank too . 10/10 service, and the hospitality was amazing! Cam was very communicative about what was going on and what affordable options I had to choose from. I m not from Rock Hill so I ve always driven home (like a silly person) whenever my car needed simple maintenance needs. Now I have a spot only a few minutes away from my place that helps me out in no time! I don t think I was there for 10 minutes!

I appreciate the fast and friendly service but would appreciate the quality of service more. Been going here a couple years now but the last 2 times haven t been the best. The last time I went, I noticed oil leaking in my driveway so when I had my tune up done, had the mechanic check it & the filter was loose & leaking oil and the time before that, after I left, my check engine light has been coming on & off since then. I drive a Tahoe so I pay a lot for my oil changes so I think the work should be done better than that for the price that I pay to have it done.

I absolutely love the fast and accurate job here at Take 5. The young men spoke to me about the job that was being conducted on vehicle the entire process. Not that I m to start changing my own oil, but having knowledge of the process along the way was pleasant.Thank you Take 5 Rock Hill, SC.

After Working All Night I Went To Get My Oil Changed At Take 5 A Couple Days Ago. I Was So Glad I Did! Everyone Was Very Nice & Helpful ! They Took Care of My Car In Quick Fashion & I Was Able To Leave Feeling Good About My Choice To Get My Oil Changed There. Not Only Did They Change My Oil, But They Also Put Air in My Tires & Cleaned My Windshield. I Will Definitely Go Back! Thanks Guys!!

Stopped in for an oil change while in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service and 5 service on my Subaru outback. They took their time to explain each process, and show me. Absolutely will return for all our oil changes.Military discounts offered.

First oil change in my truck since owning it. The truck was in the record so they had the history. McKinnley was super friendly and professional. DJ was also on point. My service was thorough and efficient. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Take 5!

I used Take 5 for the convenience first and the excellent service second. They have always been very courteous and professional and quick. My last visit I dealt with McKinley( think that's right). She was very professional, courteous and informative. I asked for new wiper blades and told her I wanted the more expensive ones upfront due to experience with the cheaper ones . I had the one on my back window replaced also. To my surprise the one that was on there was the wrong size. The one they replaced it with gives me a wider view and wipes so clear although I got the less expensive one back there. Does it cost a little more yes but for what I get ... it's worth every penny.

Easy, fast and great experience! Took about 15-20 minutes and in that time the crew checked all my fluids, filters and tire pressure. They only charged me for the cabin filter and oil change obviously. couldn t have asked for better service!

Such a great experience with them as usual but yesterday was extraordinary Zack was able to finally get my cabin filter changed. Although it's been checked several times by other companies and they could never get it out. Zack was able to do that and spend the time to get that out and fix it. I have to say. It was such a great experience... welcoming personalities... cohesive teamwork. The energy was great. Quick & accurate work. By far the best Take 5 I have been to. Admittedly I stopped going to Take 5 because of some bad experiences in FL locations. But... this brought me back. Thank you to the great team and management at this location!

Relatively quick in and out. The shop looked very clean and well organized. The guys were super sweet, super respectful. Very high energy. Prices were great and coupons available online. They did not try to oversell additional items. Overall great experience.

I love this spot. I know it gets to be a grind on the weekends but the staff work together as a team and keep a good positive vibe working through the service. I like that they make great recommendations for things like filters and wipers but never pressure you if it s not something you want to do at the time. Do me a favor: use the $10 off coupon from the website and then leave a tip.

Everything was great! They even offered us a bottle of water while we were waiting which the wait was not long at all. They explained everything to us thoroughly and even gave us some lower priced options. I highly recommend!

Very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. More than I usually pay, but the customer service was worth it. They checked all fluid levels and tires as well. They're the Chick-fil-A of oil changes lol. Really appreciate them.

By far the best Customer Service I've experienced in a long time. As soon as we pulled up a gentleman approached us with a smile and 2 ice cold waters. As we were waiting a gentleman addressed both me and she really appreciated being seen and heard. They topped all of our fluids off and filled our tires with air, free of charge. I will definitely be coming back!!

Put in 9 quarts when I was only supposed to have 7.5. I brought my own oil...He said he thought that the container had 4 quarts instead of 5 then had to ask him to take out the extra quarts. And give me back the quarts and a half he owed me. Now I'm not even sure if he even put the new filter I brought there. Not sure why people can't just do there job correctly.

Take 5 Oil Change provides quick and excellent service. They welcome their customers with a bottled water, treat you with respect, show you the clean oil registering on the dip stick, and show you your old and new air filter. I am very pleased!

Went for an oil change December 27. They changed my oil but not my filter, allegedly the last take 5 employees put it on too tight and they would need to screw into it to get it off. They would not fix it then even tho I was already there and they told me the guy that could do it didn t leave for another couple of hours so they told me I would have to come back the next day at 8 on 12/28. Firstly oil filters are hand tighten only so the last take 5 created that issue. I go back the next day on 12/28 and tell the manager what I was told the day before. I told him I m aware of how it needs to be fixed and it should have been fixed the day prior. The manager asks me who told me that and I gave him the paper from the previous visit. They tell me they will get me all fixed up. I pop my hood and they take maybe one minute to look at the filter they come back out and say that the oil filter being tight wasn t the issue that it was the gasket and had already gotten it off. If it had apparently been that easy it should have been done the day prior instead of my time being wasted to have to come in the next day. They then asked me to pay for this in full. They didn t not change my oil after changing my filter on 12/28 and left it as is the day before even tho the oil they put in the day before had circulated through the dirty oil filter. I will now try my hardest to not ever go to a take 5 after this incident. They lied to me through out this process, wasted my time, and then tried to get me to pay in full and didn t even give me a full service considering it wasn t completely done. I feel as tho they maybe didn t have the oil filter the day before and lied to me in order to still get my money. I cannot see myself returning to take 5 in the future after this terrible service as I m now worried they didn t even do it right or messed something up on purpose just because I was justly irritated over the unprofessional situation they created. This experience was extremely unprofessional on take 5s part and extremely disappointing considering an oil change is not hard and they continuously tried to change the story.

Everyone should know that Bear and the other 4 guys that serviced my truck were AMAZING! They were professional, efficient, and entertaining! They were thorough and made me feel safe and comfortable! Being a single woman out late servicing my vehicle could ve been an issue I could ve felt vulnerable. But, I didn t! They were FANTASTIC! Thank you! I will not go anywhere else! I moved here from out of state and am VERY confident they have earned my business for as long as I live in Rock Hill! Thank you!

Great customer service! They offered my kids a capri sun juice, and even asked red or blue. Water and fruit snacks. Great hospitality. They don t take long, plus it s very convenient not having to get out of your car. Especially when you have impatient kids!

Service was quick and professional. I appreciate the complimentary water bottles they give to customers while they wait. One associate noticed children in one of the vehicles and gave them snacks which was so sweet to witness! They showed me my parts and what needs to be replaced or how long I have left until they need to be replaced. The guys are very upfront about vehicle maintenance, not worried about upselling, and give the customer the choice. They were getting a lot of customers and I had two cars before me but my wait was no longer than 15-20 mins. I will definitely be going back for regular car service.

Normally a very friendly customer oriented place to do business. However, this time they were more engaged with one another and almost ignoring the customers. Just really unusual for this location.Fir example ,I had to ask them to check the air pressure on my tires and they normally just do it.

This place is a rip off my wife and myself went and had her oil changed 7/23/23. 2 mile up the road the car begins jerking and the battery light comes on and the car proceeded to shut off. I opened the hood oil is everywhere all over the engine all on the ground. So I called Take 5 to let them know the issue we where having they asked me could I drive the car back to them I responded hell no not with all the all we've just lost. So 20 minutes later they sent one of there oil technicians to check the vehicle he determined that it looked like the oil filter cap o ring may have been put on to tight and it bust the ring. So he heads back to the take 5 shop and another 20 minutes later him and another guy returned with a new oil filter and o ring and when he took the cap off sure enough the o ring was broken. After replacing the o ring and oil filter they told us to try to start the vehicle at which point the vehicle would not start. So one of the technicians left to go to Take 5 again now to get a jump box to try to jump start our vehicle. After returning with some jumper cables we eventually got the car started but it wouldn't do anything. Meaning the car wouldn't move the window would not go up or down and the vehicle preceeded to shut off again. So now the oil technicians are trying to reach there mangers and mine you me and my wife have already been sitting in this hot car for over and hour and half at this point. Well while they were trying to get in touch with there manager to see what they should do next neither manager wanted to answer their phone until 2 hours later. Thats when Manger Jason decides to answer his phone and proceed to tell us we have to pay for a tow truck to take our vehicle to a shop because if Take 5 is not responsible for it they're not covering it. So to some it all up is my have been without her car since we left Take 5 over a week ago. That Jason the manager is a peice of work and his unprofessionalism and the fact that I've reached out to corporate 3 different times and noone has reached back out to me. So I guess we will have to go the legal right since there's no such thing as honoring your work or your word.Service: Oil change
