Service was great. Tires are a good quality. The only semi complaint that I have is that I wasn t told by staff that my payment would be auto draft. I called to see when my payment was due, and that is when I found out. I was not told on the day of service that my card would be on file and my account would be on auto draft. I am fine with it being on auto, I just would have liked to have known. Staff was very thorough in going over every part of the paperwork except for that.

If I could give this establishment a half of a star I would just by me witnessing the kind of treatment a customer got. I came in to inquire about some rims for my vehicle. There was a man speaking to one of the workers and out of nowhere this older white lady came out of the office yelling something about an attorney to the customer everyone looked shocked as to what was going on. The customer than explained to the worker that, that's what he was dealing with on the phone prior to him coming up there. But the lady wouldn't let up it was like she was purposely antagonizing the customer she even came from around the counter ( GAS LIGHTING) the customer yelling what you gonna do, while trying to approach the customer and I'm thinking omg. Mean while the customer at this point is aggravated but still trying to explain to the gentleman that works there the situation and that he just wanted to pay his thirty- eight dollars that he owed. I'm thinking omg this type of treatment over over thirty-eight dollars I definitely don't want to do business here. I mean the level of unprofessional ness was through the roof the worker finally was able to send the lady off some where and try to calm the customer down but it was very clear he wasn't speaking to her because she was in the office. This lady was very rude and unprofessional and definitely was trying to provoke the situation to a place it didn't need to go.

Absolutely insane how they tell you that you can come down and do mount and balance set and appointment time to come in then manger comes out saying no have to buy through RNR. Really need to train your staff. Waste of time.Still no response. Would not recommend.

Best Customer Service that I ve ever experienced while getting tires for any vehicle! Everything was done in a very professional and extremely timely fashion. After my visit with them yesterday this will be the only place that I go to get tires from now on. You won t find anywhere else that gives such great customer service, communication regarding your purchase without doing anything extra then try and surprise you at the end with added extra fees. Wonderful warranties provided on tires purchased for the life of the tires and they don t try to force you into buying the most expensive tires they sell. I haven t had my tires changed so quickly ever before. Thank You R&R your newest lifetime customer!

Friendly and helpful staff, good prices, great products, and quality service by skilled technicians. If you have to wait a little I believe it is only because they are so good that everyone else wants to go there, too. I definitely recommend RNR.

I m from out of state and my tire found a nail on the road. Since it needed immediate attention I pulled into the first tire place I came to. Luckily it was R&R Tire Express. They got my car in right away and had me back on my way within 15 minutes. They were the friendliest and most honest people to work with. I m passing on their information to my family and friends in the area so they ll know who to go to for their future tire needs. Thanks so much R&R Tire

Amazing service from start to finish! I arrived minutes before they opened and without an appointment. (Air leaking from valve stem) They were friendly and able to make all needed repairs in a timely manner. Definitely will be returning.

These guys saved the day!! They turned my worse day of a old cracked cracked junked rims of a day into helping me pick the perfect set of rims for my car!! They did excellent service and walked me thru all my options and man we got an amazing setup out of it!!! Not gonna lie, I feel like a rock star!!!

Went in to get a price on some new tires and to see if they have time to change them for me. They set me up with an appointment very easy and the customer service was excellent super fast very helpful. They help me with any questions I had, I would recommend them to everyone.

Wow, I haven't even been a customer for one full week and it's already a disaster. They failed to communicate my contract effectively but decided to make the blame on me. The manager is rude and nasty. Talks over his customers and also hung up the phone. Instead of being a store manager and handling the situation as he should have. Please do not do business with this company. I'm more than certain the positive reviews this company has are not real at all. I will be returning my product just so I will not have to deal with this company. They have showed me early on this will be a train wreck if I continue my contract. It hasn't been a full seven days and I'm unhappy and have been disrespected. RNR please do better with who you select to run your stores.

I love dealing with Andre and his crew. I've delt with Andre for like 10 years now. Since me n my husband have switched a lot of things to racing and my husband having bbs rims its hard to find anyone to do our alignments and work on our tires. Yet Andre and his crew always comes threw. Thanks for yalls help. They always give the best options and I love how u can buy tires and rims on a plain if need be. You guys are great. I brought my truck in for a lift and they did a decent job but they failed to put back on my hub centric rings rear tiresAlso failed to align my steering wheel correctly.Brought it back in to have the steering wheel aligned again and they miss aligned it to the right this time -originally not aligned correctlyCalled to try and get back in asap and they told me I would have to come sit and wait. Sadly I ve bought and paid off two sets of rims and a lift (roughly 8,000) I ve spent only to get told I have to wait even though they (finished) the work. Sadly I own a company and can t just stop everything I m doing Mutiple times for them to correct there mistakes.

This place and the people who work here are phenomenal.. one set of rims and tires in and now owned. I won t go anywhere else for my rims or tires.. Andre is amazing and all the staff are competent and very attentive. Wish there were more stars to give.

This place is horrible, especially if they talk you into financing. Very much like payday loan places, miss one payment and you ll have a huge headache. They ll blow your phone up like they re pay is dependent on you. Just don t, horrible customer service, vultures, a huge headache!

Absolutely the BEST tire shop I've visited and God knows I've seen plenty and sadly been taken advantage of because being female and not really knowing what my car needs but at RNR I was treated right and the wait was minimal. They are so professional and caring about your car needs.

Great customer service! I got my tires the next day! Great job
