Reliable transmission did a great job with my Silverado 1500 work truck. It was just starting to slip so they had diagnosed and rebuilt the transmission for a fair price and offered a great warranty to go along with it. They helped me get back on the road quick with a peace of mind knowing I could put my truck back to work. Great business!

Reliable Transmission does an excellent job. They rebuilt my transmission last year within a reasonable amount of time and this year they serviced my transmission to make sure that it was still working properly. The customer service is great!!!! I would highly recommend them when it comes to your vehicle. They are my go to service shop!!!!!

I had to take my 2006 Tahoe in for a transmission was advised on fixing the common problems with the type of transmission to make it better. The service was great the customer service was excellent great turn a round again the truck has been running good for a year and a half with several out of town trips!!! The truck has done great with towing!

i ve experienced great customer service with this company great price they were fast reliable, and they have worked with me being that I work out of town to make sure that my warranty stays intact. They are very very kind and easy friendly they came and picked up my truck very fast transmission has been working consistently with no issues. Thank you so much reliable transmission. Reliable transmission rebuilt my transmission for my 2002 Toyota Tundra a year ago and I'm back for the year check up. Has worked flawlessly since. I fish the mountain streams of NC so I needed a reliable vehicle...and I've got it!

Reliable Transmission is my go to repair shop. They set the standard for quality when it comes to automotive service. They always have great customer service, are transparent, and fairly priced. And most importantly they do quality work and stand behind it each and every time. This is the second truck I have had this shop complete a transmission rebuild and they have knocked it out of the park again (first truck they did about 4 years ago and everything is still running great!) . It is a good feeling to know that your vehicle is in good hands and you can rest assured knowing the folks here at Reliable Transmission will take care of your investment and understand the importance of quality work and honesty.

The service was great!!!!! They checked everything on my vehicle and keep me updated on any changes which was a plus for me! And when I had a problem they squeezed me in. The service was fast and came with a two year warranty.I would recommend to anyone.

Took them my 2019 fusion with a terrible transmission (no 3rd gear etc)I got my car back FAST!I had a couple of small issues after that needed minor check ups, and they were kind and welcoming! They explain every issue and answer any questions, and they re professional and kind! 100% recommend

After seeing the reviews I took my 2017 Chevy impala to have the transmission rebuilt. I dealt with Shane very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. When reinstalling the transmission, one of the techs nicked my CV boot and I noticed a little grease coming out. I called Shane and he instructed me to bring it right back that they will put a new axle in for the inconvenience and apologized for it.Shane is a standup guy and stands behind his work. Next week I will be bringing my other vehicle over to Shane to have the transmission serviced. I had a great experience at reliable transmission.. Andy.Service: Transmission

Randomly picked Reliable Transmission last year after I had to limp back home from far western North Carolina with a failing transmission in my 2004 F150. Promptly got me in and diagnosed the problem and recommended a rebuild. No problems ever since

Had great experience with a repair shop and that's rare lol. Brought my vehicle in to get transmission rebuild. Service was preformed quickly and at a reasonable price. Brought it back in for a yearly service and again a wonderful experience. Was taken care of same day I called with fast and very friendly customer service. I took my car in on a Thursday, picked it up the next day...Then drove the car out off town that Saturday. Still holding up strong since 2020!!!
