I heard very good things about this place but was disappointed with their customer service. The front desk person that was there when I dropped off my car was not the least bit pleasant or informative. The communication while they had my car was seriously lacking and the person we dealt with at pick up was again, not pleasant. My car is fixed and I am happy about that but they need to work on better communication with their clients and they need a better trained front desk/phone person.Service: Auto battery replacement

Did a very nice job on my vehicle. My vehicle is 24 years old, still going strong but need some repairs for its age. Multiple jobs were done and all were great! I really do appreciate the work everyone does! All of the family vehicles go here. After reading the reviews I felt confident they could find out what was going on with my alternator not charging back to the battery. After a quick diagnosis they found that it was a loose connection the repair was done and I was back on the road. At a affordable price! Always pleasant, great service. Very competent. Don't make a mistake thinking you can't go here instead of your dealership. I'm tired of the dealership jacking up all the supposed things that have to be fixed. Man V. My AC went out and my vehicle started overheating. I called their office and they were able to get me in on a work in to try to help resolve the issue. It ended up being a water pump and my car is back up and running great! Thanks for the great service and fast turn around!

The receptionist was exceptional, i felt good coming into my apppointment. Fast forward to the appointment day, The issue is that i had no physical signs that my car need maintenance just a check engine light for my thermostat which again had no physical signs. The mechanic serviced the car and 3 hrs later my car is smoking uncontrollably. The very next day my car is over heating so bad to the point i was unable to drive and was stranded on the highway. I notice that my car is leaking water. And that the coolant housing is loose. I take it back to the shop on day 3 to find out my oil filter compartment has a leak hmm. In total i paid over $700 in 3 days. I did not see physical signs of smoking or leaking before getting my car serviced, with that being said i would not recommend but do your own due diligence.Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

I used to take my car to King a Garage, and one day I went to take my car and found that they had been replaced by Man Versus Machine. At first, I was disappointed, but that didn t last long. I have since brought my car to them twice and have been very pleased with the quick service, reasonable prices, and kind staff that I encountered on both visits. Also, as a female, it s easy to walk into a mechanic and feel overwhelmed and/or like you are going to be overcharged/have things done that weren t necessary because you don t know any better, but I have never felt this way here. Keep up the good work!

I found this place because they were close and convenient to where I live. I had auto issues and they were my saviors. I had a little electrical problem that someone else could have taken advantage of but they did me right. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My spouse lost all the keys, had to get a new electronic Ford key. When I dropped it off at appointment time (0800) they said "today or tomorrow, I never know what the day is going to be". Three hours later they called to say it was done! Excellent service level, great people.

We absolutely love this place!!! We had been been jerked around w another garage that had our car for 3 weeks and did 4 hrs worth of work. M vs M gave us a time frame and estimate, and stuck to it!!! They are a small family business. They know what they are talking about!! So very friendly and helpful!!!! And they are very reasonably priced!!!

This repair shop really did its job repairing my car that broke down on me on a road trip to florida and these people were kind of enough to have it looked at right away!!, and they are the best shop in south carolina and would definitely recommend going there and their service are so fast, fixed my issue in 1 hour or less and got me back on the road!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair
