Monty and his team were excellent! We talked through a variety of options, and once we figured out a plan he put things in motion. Communication was top notch, and he was very proactive in getting things prepared to minimize the time there! I highly recommend Line-X of Rock Hill and I m thrilled with the outcome!

I have had two liners put in at Line-X of Rock Hill roughly 3 years apart. One was for a 21 Jeep Gladiator and the other a 23 Ford F350. Both were outstanding experiences. I didn t notice a single flaw on either liner. Owner was polite and great to talk to. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Line-X. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up getting a hitch installed and they had to order the parts. The parts arrived the very next day and Line-X was available immediately to do the installation. I dropped my car off at 9 and it was ready by 11 the same day. I highly recommend Line-X and can t imagine going to a different shop to get work done on my car.

I called 4 shops to get quotes on spray liner for my truck, 2 local operations and 2 Line-X. Monty from Line-X of Rock Hill explained different options very well, so that I understand the process, what's the out of door price on each package, and based on my usage of the truck what would be the best bang for my money. He never pushed for closing a sale, and encouraged me to compare with other shops, not just for the price, but for the quality of the product, the service, and experience. He's up front that his price won't be the cheapest. I did my home work, and all 4 shops claimed they did spray liners for local dealerships for years. All carries lifetime warranty. 2 local shops didn't want to answer my questions on the thickness of the liner that they are going to spray. The 2 Line-X shops are the only ones that tell me different areas use what thickness of spray. Monty's quote is significantly lower than the other Line-X shop in my area for the same premium package. The day that I drop my truck off, I stayed at the shop. Monty and the technician are very friendly and also asked me if I need the provision to have 110V power outlet in the bed in the future which I have never thought about. This leads to the talk about different options on cooler or freezer for deer hunting. Again, no push on sale. I select the option for 110V power provision in the future which means leave a particular square cover removable. At the end, the process is exactly as described by Monty over the phone, and the out of door price as quoted. I'm very happy with the service they have done. If I need any accessories for my truck, like tonneau cover, I will definite give Monty a call.

The customer service was unbelievably awesome. They went above and beyond on the job they did on our truck. Highly recommend. Shout out to Austin and Monty they were both great to work with. We love the warranty and the quality of this liner. We got the premium liner on our 2016 Chevrolet Colorado.The truck bed looks awesome thank you!

I ve got a lot to say about Line-X of Rock Hill but I ll try to keep it short. When you call the number listed online you re not speaking to anyone from the Rock Hill location, you re speaking with a Line-X call center in Augusta, GA. There s a big disconnect between the two locations in many ways. If you want to use this place I suggest going there and talking with them and don t use the call center. At least you ll talk with the people doing the work.I had a motorcycle aluminum top box sprayed by them. There was such a hassle with the call center guidance and the shop that they didn t charge me for the job. This sounds like a wonderful thing but the job wasn t that good. The box was silver to begin with and on one side you can still see silver where the coating was so thin on that side on the box s top. This was with the regular coating and the premium sprayed on top of it! Nobody wants a poor job, even if it s free. If you want a spray on coating I d go somewhere else. I drove almost 80 miles one way because this place got good reviews, I wish I d went somewhere else.

After doing some comparison shopping, I finally bought LPX tonneau cover for my truck. Monty was easy to talk to and very responsive. He and Austin worked with me to get the cover installed the day after the shipment came in. Installation was quick and easy. Once I get the truck cleaned and remember to take a picture, I will post it. Stupid pollen...

The staff at Line-X Rockhill was very helpful. They worked hard to get me in and out fast. They even offered to drop me off at a local Starbucks since it was so hot.

Monty and his crew at Line-X Rock Hill are great people and do great work. I was not happy initially with a few minor places that were overlooked when spraying the first time. I can understand that because the spray booth is very dark, my bed is black, and it is an older truck that had a little bit of rust. I contacted Monty and let him know and he made time for me to bring it back in and I marked every place I could find with duct tape and they fixed every issue and did a perfect job! Every member of his crew came out and made sure I was happy before I left. I was so happy that I could have jumped up and down. Monty and his team were very patient with me and they made sure that I was satisfied. I would 100% recommend them for all of your Line-X needs. I will be back if I have anything that needs to be sprayed.

Big thanks to Monty at LINE-X of Rock Hill. Great job on my new Ranger with the LINE-X Premium. I live in Union County and could have gone to another LINE-X shop closer to me, but Monty took time to speak with me on the phone (about the various options and process). I appreciated that.

Monty and his guys did a great job on my bedliner. This is the fourth one they have done for me and I've never had any issues or problems. Great cleaning and efficient job each and every time. Had it back in less than 5 hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!!!

Absolutely top notch work!! We just bought a new truck for the first time in like 20 years and we wanted the best for a liner. Monty does it right!! The Line-x spray on liner is beautiful! The customer service and professionalism was above and beyond!! Everyday folks, very easy to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and family!! I appreciate y'all making my truck look even sexier than it did before!! Total thumbs UP!!

I had the bed of my 2023 Ford Maverick sprayed. After advising me the truck would be done @4:30 PM, I waited until 6 PM. At that time, they advised me that they had snapped off some cubby hole bolts and they would fix it at a later time. I called twice and was advised they were waiting for the parts. Two and a half weeks later, I still had not received any notice from them . I decided to fix it my self and was able to obtain the parts needed at the local auto parts store.Upon looking at the truck closely, the workmanship was very poor, with drips and runs though out the sprayed area. there was also excessive overspray that I had to remove.I am very disappointed in the service and workmanship and would not recommend this business to anyone!

Amazing job on a spray in liner for my new F-150. I drove 50 miles for this shop and it was worth every mile. My truck looks great! Beyond that, the customer service is like it was 20 years ago. I move to Charlotte 3 years ago and it s been a while since a business gave me a feeling of good, down home people. Monty explained every option, recommended what he thought was best, (Which was NOT the most expensive option), and the price was still almost $200 less than another place I got a quote from. 100% recommend this business for their quality work and amazing customer service.

Monty made buying easy. I ended up getting the Premium Liner, and LXP Cover based off of Monty's recommendation, and I am so happy that I did. The liner looks incredible, and the cover is exactly what I wanted. He helped to make sure the product worked for my needs, and most importantly he made sure to explain everything to me to make sure I knew what I was getting from a benefits perspective. Installation went extremely smooth, as he and Drew got everything completed within a few days of purchase. He even refused shipment of the 1st cover to make sure I got one in perfect condition, and offered to drive me to work if needed while they worked on it. Between his personal customer service and the Line-X Lifetime Warranty I am glad to give my business to them. Drew, keep up the great work on installation. Monty, keep up the excellent work on installation as well as customer service. Can't say enough positive things. Will recommend to everyone.

What a great job these guys did. Monty was incredibly helpful at educating me on their products and options available. I shopped around different shops and am incredibly happy with the results. I had a liner sprayed in and a Line-X tonneau cover installed on my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500. Highly recommend the quality and customer service offered.

Left an after hours message asking for a quote. Monty got back with me that same night! Got all of my questions answered and scheduled an appointment to get the premier coating applied to my new Ford Ranger. Monty and Adam provided excellent service and were very easy (and Friendly) to talk to. Very satisfied with the job they did!

I got the premium Line-X liner. The bed looks great and the coating is super tough and well worth the price. Communication was good and the job was done quick and on time. Monty even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my Truck since I was only a half mile away. I'll be back for a Line-X cover when my current tonneau cover wears out.

I had a premium with UV protection liner put on my 2020 Ram 1500. It looks awesome! Dropped off first thing in the morning and it was ready before 11am. No need to go with the super expensive package, but don t short change yourself with the basic either, the premium with UV protection is the best out of all three in my opinion. Good group of guys working there. I would highly recommend. Life time warranty all tracked by your VIN so no need to hang onto papers.

Monty and the team are honest, efficient, and did really quality work spraying my truck bed. I really appreciated him talking me through the different options and doing a quality job with my truck. I d be remiss if I didn t mention his flexibility with my calendar, working with me to get my truck sprayed and back in my hands as soon as possible.

I had them do the premium liner and it looks amazing. If all aftermarket businesses were this nice to deal with the car/truck world would be a better place. Monty and his team are solid guys. Personable, prompt and they deliver great work. Great communication throughout the process! I had my 2020 Sierra Bed lined with Premium Line-X spray and and a line-x gear Tonneau Cover. Looks phenomenal and has great protection and function. I ll always send folks their way.

We had a great experience working with Monte. He was super knowledgeable about his products and was flexible with his time by offering to come by after hours so I could drop off my truck for an early AM appointment. Had a great conversation after the Bedliner was installed as he explained the warranty and what I can expect from the Bedliner in the future. I have had other vendors install Bedliners and none have ever looked this good. I totally recommend stopping by if you need anything for your truck. They do other upgrades too.

Just bought a new Ram Truck. The dealership had installed a drop in bed liner long before we bought the truck which I hated. I shopped at Line-X and at another spray-in liner dealer but went back to Line-X. Monty, the local General Manager, confidently spoke of his product and I felt very good about choosing them. We also purchased a Tonneau cover and both were installed the same day. A day or two later my husband and I asked Monty about a particular drop-step running board. He ordered it on a Friday and they installed the following Monday. We are extremely pleased with the services and products we got from our Rock Hill Line-X!!!

Bad experience for me all around. Had quality. Four trips to get it half way looking ok. Happy to see good reviews. Where do I start . First they over sprayed my on/off light switch in the bed. And I could not use the button. Had to go back and get it cut out. And it did not look good at all as seen in the photo. Then about a month later the LineX in the bed started peeling off. I help them remove it at their shop just to be a nice guy. Doing so the employees I was helping made really bad dents removing and was showing really bad. So we sprayed it again and that made it worse. So I called the corporate office. Had a manger come down and some other guys from that team. The tail gate was better but the LineX was so thick it would not close unless the rubber silence pieces between the bed and tail gat were removed. Now when I close the tail gate it has a loud thump sound. I asked to not have the plastic hold pieces not to be sprayed and they did. The bed toe downs are so thick new the ratchet straps are very difficult to put on. There was hand prints on the paint where it looks like the person touched the back and side of truck with wet linex. Fiatt got it remover with paint scratch polish. Chipped paint where they took out and out the tail fat back on. Over all not a good experience. I strongly do not recommend this place at all.

This location was approx. 2.5HRS from my home area. There was another Line-X dealer that was only 50mins away, but with all the positive reviews I read I decided to choose Rock Hill. Monty is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I was impressed with his customer service and wiliness to answer my questions. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need/could use and I appreciate that. The installation was pretty quick and overall the product turned out good. There are a few areas I am disappointed in, but I didn't catch them until I was already back home. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, but just instruct them to review the bed CAREFULLY before leaving to ensure everything is up to Line-X standards. I can only hope the few areas I noticed will not become an issue down the road.
