I have used these guys service a few times and I have sent my friends there. Each time my cars is done right, I enjoy bringing my cars with these guys for service. i have been dealing with Joe and his sons for 15+ years...they have been able to work on everything i have thrown at them...from Mercedes, Porsche, jeep, bronco, etc...they know there stuff and stand by their work...the picture of the Porsche below Joe even painted for me and its awesome!!! thanks for everything guys...

Six years ago I bought a used 2003 BMW 330xi with 160k miles on it. I felt good about the car and the previous owner, and then on my first road trip from Charlotte to Hilton Head the car died right outside of Rock Hill. Engine was running, but the car wouldn't move.I had the car towed to the nearest mechanic that worked on foreign cars, and it happened to be International Automotive.Joe found the problem (threw a pin in the CV joint), checked over the car to make sure there was nothing else (found one other thing), charged a very fair price, and took the time to go over things with me that I should keep an eye on.Even though I live in Charlotte, I've had ~70% of the maintenance work on my car done with Joe and Stan. I just had my car in for some maintenance (July 2019) as I am now giving it to my nephew and wanted to ensure he's getting a good, reliable car. With 207,000 miles, Joe and Stan likely could have found multiple things to repair. Instead, they focused on what was needed to get another 30k miles out of the car, kept the total cost very fair and modest, and I now have the confidence to pass along the car to my 16-year old nephew as his first car (yes, he lucked out).Just taking the time to write a review as I really value the service Joe and Stan provided me these past six years. I get everyone has their own experience, and for a few they may not have been satisfied, but for me, having worked with a variety of mechanics over 25+ years of driving, Joe and Stan earned my trust and I would highly recommend them to others.

Joe is my go to guy for all my car problems. He is extremely knowledgeable on early models as well as current Euro cars. Great customer service and the place is Mom and Pop. Great pricing. Just and all around great experience.

Had my car there a couple time altogether gave those guys over $3000 of my money. The customer service is horrible. They had my car sitting almost two weeks before they work on it. They were suppose to fix a coolant leak I had and they said they fix it but it was still leaking. I went by the pass to address the intrest and the owner was real nonchalant saying they did there job when clearly wasn't nothing fix. If you ask me I think they are racist and don't do good jobs on African American cars.Only people I hear good from them is white people. Don't take your car their it's a ripoff.

We were in Rock Hill to purchase a used Volvo and wanted to get a second opinion. I called International Auto and they made time to inspect the vehicle. Despite the heavy rain, Joe and Stan were very accommodating and provided great service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding mechanic work and service through the shop and office. Both sides treated me with respect to the fullest. And know my car will be taken back when I have any other issues or maintenance for either one of my BMW's.

Phenomenal work on each one of my cars. They've done literally, any and everything I've needed on whatever job I've given them. Always good service and gets me taken care of when I've needed and will continue to do so. Thanks guys,

Had 2 repairs done on my Mercedes S550. They screwed up replacing a defective fuel injector and wanted me to do a $2000 unnecessary repair. Second and last mistake was a brake job. Paid for new pads and rotors. Got new pads, rotors NEVER installed. These guys think people will not check out their work. First class crooks... Beware....

My first experience was great... they fixed my car with no problem. We thought we had the mechanics of our dreams. So disappointed. We now have a car with my damage then when we took it in to be fix.
