The people here were great and worked hard to get my car back to me. Randy paid special attention and was very attentive to all my calls and questions. It did take some time, as parts were giving them issues, however they moved as quickly as they could despite the roadblocks. Very grateful to the team for fixing my car correctly and making it look good as new!

The repair of my car was fine and the detailing of the inside was a nice touch. However, the communication failed at the end of the repair resulting in me not knowing what the condition of my car was and when I could pick it up. Change was taken out of my car. I talked to the manager, but he was aggressive towards me and dismissive of my complaint. The air conditioner was left on , set to high, and on the coldest setting. The interior lights were left on causing my car battery to drain to where I needed a jump start. My engine was run for an hour and eleven minutes! They only drove my vehicle for 0.8 miles, so why the long engine run?

I give Hendrick Collision Center a 10 in all categories. I am very pleased with the work done on my car. When I arrived to pick-up my car it looked like it just came from the showroom. It was completely detailed inside and out. I enjoyed working with Shanna and the other office staff. It was a great experience in total.

Did a great job, but held my car extremely too long... I ask when would my parts arrive and when my car will be completely finish....got too many answers. But as soon as I got upset and demanded my car be finished...29 days later........my car was magically finish and hour later. I will never trust them with my Honda again for that!

I am a return customer and was very disappointed. The code light that was on when I brought it for repairs is still on. Representative tried to explain it away l, felt like I was being talked down to because I was a female. The initial code promoted several other codes. Rep did say for approximately $500 they would recalibrate the radar. They also said that is was something I done after I left their facility, when I plainly told them the light was on when I left, I would have returned then but had a Dr appointment that lead to surgery. I did call and tell them the light was on. It could have been a minor fix for them but instead they have chosen to lose a valuable customer, who will definitely not recommend them in the future.

The communication while my car was being repaired was amazing! Car was repaired and cleaned while on site! They also were helpful getting my to and from Enterprise.

My car needed work after an accident. I scheduled an initial quote inspection and was in and out in under 15 min with a prepared quote in hand and via email. When I was ready for the repair I called and they had openings immediately. They communicated with me the entire process sending me texts with updates on my vehicles completion time. They even washed and cleaned my car which was an added surprise. I would highly recommend due to their communication, professionalism, and their fantastic work.

My Lexus was side swiped by a hit and run driver. I researched repair shops and Hendricks had great reviews. I ve had my car back for a week and can say that I m impressed. The repair was competed on schedule and I was informed of the progress throughout the process. I can recommend Hendrick Collision and I would use them again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great management team, however their body paint team? Not so much. The little shop in the corner of "no where place", would have done a far more superior job I'm sure. I'd definitely steer away from this one.

The Hendrick's workers/office staff did ok with the paint job on my car. A worker that did the cleanup/readiness of vehicles was ill and not there . The other workers did their best to fill in. I had to wait a half hour longer but understood the situation.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They kept me up to date with the repair status and the estimated finish date. They even had my vehicle ready a few days ahead of time. They are awesome

Hendricks Collision Center of Rock Hill was extremely helpful with helping me get a rear spoiler fixed. It was a very timely manner and all the workers were especially nice understanding the situation. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if needed.

We have used Hendrick Collision 3 times in the past year. The first 2 times were for collision repair and the 3rd time was to restore a 2007 Odyssey to it's original exterior condition. Chris is great to work with and keeps you up to date on how the repairs are coming along and if there are any adjustments in pricing. We are 100% satisfied with their work and would recommend to anyone. Here's to the new life of my deceased family member's 2007 van with o ly 35,000 miles on it! It look fantastic, don't you think?

Roderick runs a clean shop and is a great guy. Took my car in that day and had me out in an hour. I d highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to work with an honest place.

Hendrick Collision was very deceitful when repairing my vehicle and said one thing and did another. I made multiple attempts to resolve issues but they fail to return phone calls or correct issues.

Unfortunately I ve had to visit them twice in one year for two different repairs and they ve been amazing each time. Great quality work and the manager Rod was very helpful in ensuring a great customer experience. Would recommend them any day of the week.

Hendrick Collision did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. They not only kept me updated but made sure I was communicated to on the whole repair process, from the towing in to ordering parts and as it went through the whole process, even to detail. I would definitely come here for all my collision repairs if I were to need them. Jim was great at making sure I and my vehicle was taken care of. I do not know when fixing a car became so difficult but Hendricks Collision basically gave me a migraine talking about their policies. Not only will I never fix my car there, I will make sure everyone I know chooses another facility.

Hendrick Collision is awesome. My truck looks like a new one. There service is unquestionably the best. No bad feedback on anything from the time i brought my truck to them they went out of there way to make sure all my needs where met. Got rear ended two months ago and these guys did a fantastic job on my car.The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and expressed the importance of having your car looked at after a collision no matter how little damage is shown on the outside.Could not be happier with the work they did after a stressful event.Service: Body & Trim

I think that, in general, auto body shops have a less than stellar reputation. Hendrick Collision (Rock Hill SC) is the exact opposite. This was my third time here, and I return because these folks are quick, conscientious, very competitively priced, highly skilled and most of all, a pleasure to deal with. I will confidently bring all my future auto body needs here. Also, I've referred several friends to Hendrick Collision and I will continue to do so.

Roderick was the most helpful and nicest person I have ever encountered in this field. He went over and beyond explaining to me about my car repairs and also polished up my tire which was scratched during the estimate. This is the second time we have used Hendrick Collision and both times have been fantastic. They are excellent at communicating and even give you text updates along the way to show where things are at and if they are on track.We worked with Shanna both times and she made the process of getting the bodywork we needed done easy and kept us informed along the way.
