I thought for sure I was going to have to do both paint and bodywork after getting sideswiped in my wife s BMW z4. I took the car to Allen and he said have some faith and I trusted his work. I am so glad I did because the car came out absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Allen for dent removal. He is the best.

Excellent customer care from the beginning! Chris drove me to the car rental location and waited a long time with me while they sorted out the insurance. He informed me along the way that my insurance was not responding so that I could push them along rather than prolonging the process and just blaming insurance. He took care of extra items that were not on the claim but that he thought made it look better or function better, on his dime. He replaced a leaking brake light, on his dime. He then came in on a weekend to adjust something for me so that I would not be inconvenienced. I do not hope for another claim but would welcome it if I get to experience this kind of customer service again.

I had some long overdue hail damage to get fixed on my car. Dents and Dings did a fantastic job, were easy to deal with and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Chris at Dents and Dings is a miracle worker and one man show. A deer busted the front left portion of my bumper and caused some body damage last summer. It took me some time to get my car in to get worked on, but Chris gave me the impression that he was there whenever I was ready and he certainly was. He worked with my schedule even when things came up, and worked efficiently and effectively with my insurance company to ensure I got my car back as fast as possible. When I returned to work in my fixed car, my boss asked if I got a new car - it not only looked better than when I brought it in, but it drove much better too. He recognized that 2 of my tires would need to be replaced soon and strongly encouraged me to get it done asap for my own safety. He not only looks out for the cars he works on, but the customers he is working for. A million times thank you, Chris. I will send any and everybody your way.Service: Body & Trim

Chris, the owner of Dents and Dings in Rock Hill, SC repaired my Mercedes Benz front end damage back to showroom condition. The quality of the repair is second to none. I had the very best, professional service. Chris did an excellent repair on my new Nissan after a tree limb fell on the trunk of my car. It looked like new after his repairs. I had my vehicle checked for hail damage and received top notch customer service. Allen and Chris explained everything to me and gave very honest and straight forward answers. They also took the time in the unforgiving heat to look at a paint concern I had and demonstrated a non-costly solution all free of charge. O M G !!! Chris is the MAN!!! He and his crew made my car look new. A friend of ours had used him and told us, Chris, at Dents and Dings was the one who had repaired her vehicle and she was impressed with his work. I was impressed with Chris from the very start! Professional and Flawless is the only way I can describe this place. I had my 2019 Genesis G70 Ceramic coated here and it was one of the best experiences I have had in Automotive. The owner chase is young but displays and amazingly professional and efficient attitude, he genuinely seems to take pride in his work and it seems to flow down to his staff as everyone there displayed a professional friendly attitude. The finish came out flawless and amazing. I will be returning. Highly Satisfied and I Highly recommend there high review score is well earned.

I had a deer run into the side of my brand new truck and, at the recommendation of a co-worker, decided to take it to Dents and Dings for repair. From the first time talking to Chris and Brandon, I knew these guys were dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. They helped me every step of the way and have extensive knowledge in auto body repair as well as invaluable knowledge in dealing with insurance companies throughout the repair process. Truck looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier.

So a month ago someone hit and ran my car while it was parked, this is how I found my car the next morning! TALK ABOUT UPSET MMM YES I WAS! Today the part finally came in this week for my bumper to get fixed! I am so pleased with the work! If you live in Rock Hill SC I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dents and Dings they were very friendly, easy, and understanding to work with! I was not without a vehicle for days they asset my car for 2 days they had me pick it up, called me when the parts were in, painted and ready to be applied I got my car back the same day of the work! The work is beautify done! Dents and Dings was definitely the way to go!

Went in for estimate today. Spoke with Chris at Dents and Dings. Chris is a very honest guy and a true representation of world class customer service. He took care of my car and the price I received was phenomenal considering that Macco a few miles down quoted $300. Chris had me in and out in 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to receive honest and quality work.

Took my van here for an estimate after an altercation with a yellow pole, . Even though it turned out to be cheaper to just turn into my insurance, he was extremely helpful and up front about costs. He even helped me reattach my smashed quarter panel back to the clips, to keep it from flying off while I drove, free of charge.

Amazing service and results. My Infiniti lease turn in had several dings on the front right panel. Chris walked me through all my options. The price was fair, the quality of work was outstanding. My lease inspection proceeded flawlessly with zero excess wear and tear. I'm coming back for any dings to my wife's car on her lease turn in.

Dents and Dings is the only place I trust to repair the exterior of my Camaro.Great customer service, great quality work, and I the prices are so good that I can afford to go back the next time I scratch my car. I had a crease in the bed of my truck. Priced around and Dents and Dings was about $1,500 cheaper than a collision shop. Chris had it done in a day, and now you can t tell it was ever there. He also removed another small ding free of charge. I paid what he told me it would cost. Very happy with the all around service and I ll use this location for all of my future needs.

Chris and Brandon are wonderful! They helped me out in a unfortunate experience (hit and run) at a restaurant parking lot. Repair was less than going through insurance deductible. Couple hours later, my truck was fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thanks Guys!
