I had the best experience at Crown auto sale! Bart and Lisa were extremely nice and very helpful and they explained each step of the process so I wasn t just in the dark. I would definitely recommend coming here I have been turned away by numerous companies but they made sure to assist me in every way and I was able to pull off the lot with a car that I loved! Thank you all so much for everything!!!

Shakey business. Got weird vibes out the gate. Sales representative arent informatative at all. Very low customer service. You wont feel welcome at all, especially in the (rock hill) location. These people just want to sell you anything, they dont care about puttin you in something reliable or affordable. Pay attention if you plan on buying from this location. Filled out a application online & enter my SS# get to the location they couldn't find my application. Shakey business folks!

Let s just say I wouldn t send my worst enemy here for the headache. I will say Michelle at crown was wonderful for my buying experience. It did take all day to complete everything, but she was nice and professional. And that s where the positive impact stops. The finance company they use AMS is horrible. I will say my original account rep Ms Morales is one of the Best people they have working there aside from Ms Richardson. They removed her as my rep and since then I have had three different people. This place is more than a scam. Buyer Beware. Once they get you locked into their horrible contract they treat you any kind of way. First off they added unnecessary insurance to my account for no reason. After sending them my insurance information multiple times. When I asked about it getting removed and the prior months they put it on cause it be removed. I was told no due to the fact I didn t list them as a leinholder on the new policy. Mind you I have had this insurance for over 6months. When I sent in the information nobody never informed me that was the problem. They do have GPS/kill switch. Do not be late one day cause they will cut your car off without notice or caring about where you are even tho they have GPS to see where you were. I have been trying to make a payment for 2weeks but now my account is in recovery and they can only take the amount with me paying the extra insurance cost. I am now looking to take legal actions against them for their unethical and illegal practices.

I d give 0 stars if I could got a car from them in may of 2022 paid 1400 down my payments was 456 made one car payment the car then blew up I had a warranty but they wouldn t pick it up to come fix it even though it was covered in warranty then after that they still wanted me to make the car payments every month while it was sitting in my front yard underivable and they didn t pick it up till August-September of 2022 after I called and told them to just pick it up and that they could have it back and at that point they asked me do you want it fixed or just giving it back I been wanted it fixed over those 4 months but I was fed up with their lies and bull so I just gave it back and lost out of 1800 something dollars!! They will take advantage of you and all your money do NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I just started my 2nd vehicle loan with them, they are great people and will go above and beyond for their customers. Me being very picky, I want what I want and I got it at Crown. Also, I drove from Concord NC to Rock Hill just to deal with Lisa. It was worth the drive to say the least. UPDATE!! DO NOT rely on the Crown Service Department for anything. Orr Rd

This place has poor customer service. Not so much the car lot itself because they do the best they can with what they can but there services department off Orr rd In charlotte is AWFUL about getting back with me about what is going on with my car. I bought a car in October and there was a loud popping noise coming from the car and the belt was squeaking. They neglected to look at the belt the FOUR times my car has been sent for service because they never could fix the problem the popping noise was causing. So after the fourth time AND my serpentine belt snapping off because they never actually looked at it. they suggested to send it to another car shop they use to get a second eye on the car.Once the second shop looked at my car they instantly found the problem.how did crowns service department not find the issue in the 4 times they looked at it? That s the question I ask myself. NOW it has been 1 month of my car being in service and crowns not offering any help with a spare car until mine is fixed, the shop tells me my car is not drivable or able to be fixed. I AM STILL IN THE WAITING GAME to see if I can even get a new car. I paid my bill on time if not early this entire time. They have scammed 5,000 from me so far and I m still waiting to see if I am even going to have a car because my car is now not drivable.. (which I told them last week) no one will contact me. You can never get I contact with management. They hesitate to give you managements name. 1 month of not knowing if I will even have a car after all this is over.

This car lot deserves a 10 for the help that they give your for your car buying experience. I was pleased to be at Crown Auto I drove 40 mins to the lot it was worth it. I got approved and got the car that I wanted and the process was quick and easy everyone rides it s true they will get you riding the same day. Just bring a down payment from $500-$1000 and you re riding.

Will definitely buy from these folks again. Very professional and easy! Lisa the sales associates did everything we could ask for to get us approved and Jon the manager did everything to get us in a vehicle we wanted. Even went to the extent of bringing the vehicle down from Charlotte for us. I highly recommend Crown Auto Sales! We left happy customers!

My foster son purchased his first a car from them and they clearly took advantage of him. They took his down payment of 1500 and set him up with an interest rate of 21.99 per cent. The auto drove off the lot just fine and now it is wobbling all over the place. The terms says if he is one day late they can repossess the car. It is a Toyota which he has a balance of 14000 plus 7000 interest to be paid over 98 payments. They should be ashamed doing this to a vulnerable adult with issues!

I don't do this often but Mrs. Michelle at Crown Autos is truly a blessing. I was very emotion and ready to give up and throw in the towel until i was told to give them a try i didn't have any hope or faith at all but i had a feeling that it was a reason why i was sent there. Mrs. Michelle I personally want to thank you for being patient with me and working with me to get me in a vehicle your truly amazing and I cant thank you enough you have completely made my birthday special. for the past few weeks I've been so down about a car and everything else I wanted to happen before my birthday and my car was number 1 I didn't know what else to do I cried my eyes out for days couldn't even sleep but you really blessed me with this one and I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE that truly needs anything please go to crown autos and see their wonderful family Mrs. Michelle you honestly have no idea how much I thank you and if only I could share my whole story on here but there's more to come. thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family .

Don and Lisa made sure that i was taken care of and made the process really simple for me. I ended up doing a trade in Don was beyond helpful he was very knowledgeable outgoing and very friendly. Kept me laughing and any questions I had he was there most definitely appreciate both of em. Lisa was on top of everything with the paperwork and getting me in to a very good car.

What can I say. My son was looking to purchase his first car had been told NO many different time 18 and no credit. Well not Crown. Lisa and her staff where top notch. I have never bought a car that quick. The process was fast and very easy. We will definitely be coming back to by my daughters car.

My daughter had the worst experience ever with this dealership. She purchased her car in Sept 2019 and never received her title, tags and registration until February 2020. She made her payments faithfully ever month until she got fed up and decided to not make payment until the issue was resolved. Once the issue was resolved my daughter was willing to make the payment, however the day they had given to make payment was on a Monday in which she was going to pay. When she gets up to go to work since she have to be there by 6am, her car was cut off. Now how is it that she suppose to pay with no job. This place is a scam and a rip-off and the people of Rock Hill should put in complaints about the dealership, because we are.

Worst car ever , lucky I can't give it no stars .Bought a car from there , in 2 weeks fuel pump went bad3 months transmission had to be rebuiltNow 7 months of having this car it needs a new engine. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I did . I find it strange that the moment their warranty ran out this car is completely gone. And the repairs cost more than the car. Don't worry about calling them , they will continuously remind that you bought it as-is. And it's not their problem. The corporate office is no better , you will be on hold all day , and get nothing resolved .

The overall experience wasn't bad at all, im giving them 2 stars simply because I purchased the car August 22, 2020 and here it is October 30, 2020 and I still don't have the tags for my car yet they expect a payment on time. I was told the tags would be mailed within 2 weeks when I purchased the car. Nothing! A month later I called to see what was the hold up and whomever answered the phone with an attitude asked me who told me that? And that it would take 45 days and it had not been 45 days yet. Now here it is beyond 45 days and still nothing. Now im calling again and am on hold, and have been for the past 10 mins.

Came in just to look for a car..and left with a car. They worked with us. Process was easy and not difficult. The people there are amazing ..One year later. The dealership it self it s difficult. The people over them or whatever is. No communication at all even tho we kept our communication up. Tell us things at the last minute and blame us because we were told something s else. Like I said the dealship it self have wonderful people but ams financial in Charlotte are rude and don t want to work with you. They just want money!

Michelle was a amazing she helped me with everything including insurance and made sure I was happy with the car I chose!!! She explained the warranty plan to me and even broke down my payment cycle! My experience with The Crown Auto was great!!! The Assistant Sales Manager Michelle was very helpful and very well manner. She was not going to let me leave until I got the car i wanted. The car is in wonderful condition and I would refer anybody to The Crown Auto. For my first experience in buying a car I would suggest The Crown Auto!!! Thank u again Michelle!!

this is the worst car company ever! i've had this car for almost 2yrs. and balance is still the same have called several times and can never get a answer as to where my money is going! asked to speak to management or owner and np luck! this been going on for almost 2 yrs and all my receipt say the same balance as my original agreement! they also change you taxes and tags at the dealership and yet and still they don't pay them and leave you stuck with suspended license! went to the tax office and paid the taxes they gave me a paper stating it was the dealership fault cost me 455.00 and still can't get any answer from dealership or main office as to what's going on here! so i will be seeking legal advice and suggest no one buy from here!!!!! oh and by the way every since i've been complaining i have to cash app the payment and haven't received a receipt in 3 months! payment due on the 27th i paid it late on the 13th and he still calling saying my account is 31 days past due after i've emailed and communicated my cashapp receipt last week he replied to the email and called again today and said the same exact thing! i don't know what's going on but we all will find out!

It's all fraud. I bought a car had a great experience in buying the car. But no leader then a week was experencing so many horrible things my radio went out. Is didn't think much of it. Was happy to be going to work. But then I went to them and got the run around about getting it fixed for 2 weeks. Had to then transport way to Charlotte to people I was told knew I was coming and they didn't even know. So I was rescheduled. But me still going back to work and daycare for my child the piece under my hood that connects the hood came loose and I lost control had of the car. Every since then it's been the run around about it being my fault. Or some other problem or nobody knows this or that I had three different mechanics look into this and say there is no way I even offered the card and number to the mechanics so they could talk ultimately I had to get a mechanic to call. I COULD OF DIED WHAT IF MY CHILD HAD GOTTEN HURT. I wouldn't have any problem fixing it but he'll not if I received my vehicle this way. I don't fully have the knowledge to know to check everything on a car when I bought this car but I feel taken advantage of. When I really don't want problems an apology acceptance of the issue help anything will be better then IDK. IDK or you can't help me.!

If you know what I know you not buy anything from them. In about a year every person on this page will be refinance to another company and no your payments will not get lowered. Then you will be charged interest as long as you are still paying on the car. But they already charge you a high interest before you even buy the car so you are paying double for your. It was a learning experience, but before I let somebody else make the same mistake I made. I hope somebody read this if not it will not be good. Oh yeah let me not forget they paid somebody elses car payment with my money because they sold my account and didn't tell me. I had to drive all the way to the Charlotte office and the had a attitude like I did something wrong.
