Bought used truck some 6 years ago from a local dealer. Truck had a warranty on it. The best thing about buying the truck was meeting Andy. Now Mike is there and I feel the same way. Send your mom and daughters there if you want great trust. Send anyone you want to have a good trusting group to service your automobile. Can'SAY ENOUGH.

My daughter lives in rock Hill and was having major car issues on yesterday. I drove about two hours to her and she had already called Cherry Road Automotive. When I made it to my daughter, we struggled to get her car to the shop. Now this was the first time that either one of us had been there so we were nervous about two women getting taken advantage of. However, we were greeted by Mike and he was absolutely amazing. They seem really busy, but they heard the loud noises coming from my daughters car and pulled her car back and quickly diagnose the situation. Mike gave us all the information needed concerning a recall on my daughter s car and we were able to get the situation handled quickly. We are so thankful for their service to us. This will definitely be our home place for all our car needs. We were so grateful that I called back today to offer them lunch and Mike turned it down. He turned it down because he said this is what they do every day for everyone they give great quality service, which is truly a blessing! If you re looking for a great place to take your car to get honest, quality care, and awesome customer service, you have to come to Cherry Road automotive! Grateful **

First time going to them, and they were amazing! Told me what my problem was with my car and fixed it. Also reasonable pricing! Each mechanic or worker I came in contact with was respectful!

Took my car here a few months ago for a diagnostic, they told me it was the spark plugs and ignition coils due to oil down there, completed the service then they told us that didn t fix the issue but we still needed to pay and that they d take off the diagnostic fee, and then said it was the fuel injectors and fuel rail, thankfully before I went and actually got this $1500 service, I got my car from them and took it to a mechanic who figured out the problem in less than 2 days which ended up being a fuel pump, which he also said he could tell someone had been beating on it after already spending around $200 at this shop. Now barely 3 months later I m having issues with either my spark plugs or coils.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto emissions testing

Great mechanic who treats you fairly. Ryan provided sound mechanical advice on issues I was experiencing with my Mazda Protege. Mike went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish. Very professional and respectful at all times. Highly recommend Cherry Road Automotive to anyone looking for a solid local mechanic.

My dad has taken care of all of my car troubles but has been in poor health over the last few years. I ve been worried about what to do when I need car help as the few times I ve gone somewhere, I felt the mechanic wasn t listening and was just trying to sell me on extra stuff. My car started to have a slight shake that got worse over time, so I came here based off reviews and it was SUCH a good experience! My car is now running smoothly. I can t remember the man s name but he was SO nice and helpful and I will absolutely be coming back for all of my car needs!!! Thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a woman it can be difficult when it comes to people being fair and honest when it comes to the cost of repairs. I d been to another place in Rock Hill and just to fix what needed to be fixed was 1700$. I was lucky enough to have a friend that helped me order all the parts I was originally told I would need to fix my truck. I ordered them all and when I gave them the parts, they called to tell me I did not need a new sway bar I just needed the links. Luckily they were able to get the parts I needed and keep me at the price the quoted me. I m forever grateful for someone being honest about what I needed. If you need work done I highly recommend these guys! They are the best!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went there to get a headlight bulb replaced and saved over $25 because they charge for the actual amount of time the tech spends working on the vehicle and not the "estimated time" out of some book rounded up to the next hour. On top of that they were fast and the job was done right. One of the best experiences I've ever had with auto repair or maintenance!

This is the BEST shop for general maintenance and repairs! Andy & his crew are thorough and provide quality work. I was so fortunate when I moved down here from NY in 2011 to find this shop! Have never used another shop & won't. Not the least expensive but not the highest either. If you want quality & real care for your automobile, Cherry Road is the BEST!!!

I never had a problem with this place. They are awesome people. I brought my new used car there and had them look it over. They pointed out minor issues and had me in and out right away. Months later I put new rims on my Towncar and the car was making a weird noise. They found the out the people who put on my rims failed to tighten the lugs nuts on one wheel. There was no charge. I had to order a new rim. I will only take my car to them if I can't personally do it myself. I don't trust many auto shops but I do trust this place.

Andy and his staff are extremely helpful, and I do not hesitate to recommend their services to ANYONE who has had a bad experience with mechanics in the past. They are highly knowledgeable and flexible to your situation, taking a lot of the frustration and anxiety out of dealing with car repairs. I would also recommend this shop as a place to get a second opinion if you feel you're having the wool pulled over on you; I think you might just make it the last opinion you get and make Andy and his crew your permanent mechanic. A+++

I was on a trip to Georgia when my tire light came on as low tire. I found this store and told them what was going on. In a few short minutes I was told it was a tire sensor and all my tires were ok and filled as required. This sure did make me feel better knowing, my new tires were ok. There was a Bible verse on wall and I was blessed to come here. Feel good about my travels, best of all checked car for free! Thank you.

By far the best place for auto repair. Ive been coming here for a little over a yr now for various repairs and have always gotten outstanding results in a timely manner. Andy is a great guy and his guys far exceed my expectations. Joe is an outstanding employee. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication. If you re reading this, I can assume that you may have had distasteful service from other mechanics . I too was having the same problem, spending way above average prices for way below average services. Good news and no more worries now because your search for the best and most reliable auto service in our area has ended. Andy and his team are honest and will always do what is right no matter what. Let them take care of you.

Andy and his team are very straight up and honest with you, I drive out of town to come here for my car needs. If they find something else wrong with my vehicle they come and tell me first before fixing it and adding additional charges like some car places will do. I highly recommend this place. I Don't normally do reviews on Google but I have to say that this place is the type of place anybody would feel comfortable to go to. I had my truck at a national chain repair place in Ft Mill and they told me my computer was bad and that it was going to cost me over 2k to fix my 1998 Tahoe and that they couldn't guarantee that the computer was the only problem. I was just having a random conversation while I was getting my wife's oil change at NAPA and I told Andy what the other place said and he told me that its very unusual for that to happen and that he has never had a car his techs couldn't fix. Well lets just say that 2k repair price was don't for $500 dollars and I have had several repairs don't on other cars and I trust this place all the way.

Very disappointed overall with work done as well as customer service. Car got brought in and was estimated to have about $8000 worth of work done to it. Lots of things were worked on, the radiator, engine, transmission, and more. Was told that the car would function like it was brand new. Not even a few weeks after I got it out of the shop, it didn't start. From then on, it has given me nothing but problems since. This is month 6.One of the times I had it towed back to the shop, they didn't even call me to confirm that they had it. I called and left messages that were not returned. I had to find a a few days after when I called in and was able to catch someone. What gets me is that he, Andy, even acknowledged that he had gotten my messages and the car when I asked him about it!Today, I brought the car in to get looked at because the car has been overheating, and I have gone through three bottles of Antifreeze and counting in the last ten days! When I brought it in, his wife was giving me a bit of a hard time to get it even looked at. She mentioned that checking it would cost me $25, even though she acknowledged the radiator was under warranty. She said "we can't just check things for customers for free". After a small back and forth of me telling her that I didn't have that to pay, she finally relented and took my keys to have the car checked. Here was the icing on the cake for me. About 20 minutes later, a young man who was a new customer walked it. He asked if they could check the state of his driving belt. She replied happily and said that Andy could check it for free for him right out on the lot. I'll let that sink in.I hope to end my business with this business soon. I'm done and appalled. While I cannot speak for the experiences of other people, this has been my collective experoence. I have more, but I will leave it at this for now.

A rare thing in this world; an honest business, and the word of the people who run it.You will never meet more straight forward, honest people, than you will at Cherry Road Automotive. Husband and wife team of Andy and Mandy ( not joking ) were lifesavers. Did extensive, major repairs to my SUV, and were very up front about priority, cost, and savings. Runs like new, didn't break the bank, and work has a 2 year/24k warranty.They have a customer for life.Highly recommended.
