Excellent service, ive been going there for a while now and have gotten friendly professional service and care every time. Better than that they have fixed whatever was wrong and sericed whatever needed service with no attempt to upcharge.

This place is wonderful if you need your car repaired! They are very experienced and knowledgeable! Ms Mary keeps everything in order and running smoothly. They call you with your estimate for you to OK it before doing work or getting parts. Very trustworthy business... which is sometimes difficult to find!!

I have been a customer for many years and the service is amazing. It s hard to find honest mechanics and Jonathan, the owner, is not only the best mechanic I ve ever met he is also the most honest as well. Every time I take my car in for something, he ends up fixing other things and usually won t even take money for it. I can not emphasize enough, this is the best garage you will ever find and they fix anything that is wrong with your car top to bottom.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

We have a 2000 f250 diesel truck. It is very hard to find a mechanic that is honest and really understands a diesel engine. Jonathan really knows what he is talking about and will be taking our truck there from now on. Thank you again. I was very happy with their promptness and work. I brought my truck over expecting to have them take a look and drop it off. They were really busy and a guy came out who I think was the owner, fixed it himself right there in just a few minutes and didnt charge me. He wouldn't even take my money. I'm very happy and will start going there for everything.

Awesome service! Got me in right away for a brake repair, although they didn't end up needing repairs. Great communication about everything, and only charged me a (very reasonable) rate for the labor of checking everything over, rotating the tires, etc. Very happy with the service and will use again. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly atmosphere. I take all my vehicles to CARRS and have had extensive work done over the years. I don't trust anyone else to work on my family's vehicles except Johnathan (owner) and his staff. Very pleased with the work they do.

Carrs is by far the the very best auto manchanic auto repair garage in all of York county.i would recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.and the staff is q warm welcome to you.the lady at the front desk is the lovelyst person you would want to meet.thank you carry for being you.and the repairs on my car. We always call Jonathan when we need anything done with our cars. He takes time to explain what he finds wrong, explains what can be done, the cost, and how quickly they can do repairs. The turn around time is always quick. He is definitely knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable.

Awesome. Had to have my truck towed to them on a Sun afternoon, unknown to them. Called them Mon morning, had my truck back late that afternoon. Will go back there for all my auto needs. And Mary, you were teriffic!

I used to work here. the technicians are all well trained. one is an electronic magician, the owner is the best transmission man in Rock Hill, If it can be repaired they can do it. fast and above all honest. The lady in the office is super friendly and will do anything to work with you within reason. All work is competitively priced. The body shop can work miracles.
