Fantastic service. Fantastic quality. Great group of techs. Knowledgeable, helpful. Willing to go above and beyond. Quick and easy in and out with their new drive thru bays for Quick Service. I used to go to Hendrick Chevy for service. I come here now exclusively now for both my Suburbans.

In the past I've always been happy with the service. I also very much appreciate the fact that they have a courtesy driver but on my last visit their computer link never showed that my car was being worked on. It just showed it checked in at 7:31 a.m.. after repeated attempts and reasonable waiting periods over a two and a half hour period mid-afternoon I finally had to call a friend to drive me to the dealership to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Sadly, they didn't have the parts on hand to fix my vehicle, so I paid $196 diagnostic fee and took possession of my vehicle. At least I was able to get the part at the local auto parts store in do the job myself.

I will continue to post my horrible experience with Burns service. I will drive to Charlotte and will NEVER go back. 2 hour service lasted 5. No communication. They were happy to get my $700.

Stephen Jones took care of my every need. He kept me informed of the progress all the way from diagnosis until completion of several different problems that my 2004 Avalanche had. He provided an upfront cost after diagnosis and stuck to the price, even though there were extra things that needed to be done. I will be going back anytime for my servicing needs. Very highly recomended.

If I could give no stars I would. Been waiting 6weeks to get a reply through their website. An AI Bot answers you right away but nobody ever follows up with me. Spent $70k on a truck but nobody will answer me.Sad

The service representatives are not communicative by phone, but they do get the job done. Don't expect to call up there to speak with anyone or get a status update, but they will give you personable service if you're there. You'll have to hound them for your own updates.

Bought a new set of tires for my car at Burns Chevrolet of Gaffney, and had a great experience! Kurt Waters in their Parts Department is a tire guru, Dylan and Jessica their Service Advisors are friendly and thorough, Matt the Service Manager runs a great operation and the technician mounted and balanced them perfectly. They even got me a rebate from GM and had fantastic doughnuts for their customers. Great job everyone!

Don't do business with this company! They sold me a car for $12,000 that was only worth $3,000 that had previously been totaled, but told me it had never been in an accident, they bought it at an auction in Florida which allows it to receive a new vin number after the rebuild. The car had electrical issues the entire time. I later became 3 weeks behind on my payment after being early on payments for over a year due to being out of work for doctors appointments. They repoed my car, sold it auction for only $605 then send me a bill for the remaining balance of $9,313.77. Had they not repoed my car they wouldn't of taken any loses. I was less behind than what they sold it for. Buying a car from this place would be the dumbest choice you ever made.

Typical auto repair center No voice or text communication and no response on the app concerning the status of our repair led to a visit and disappointment as we were told the needed part is unavailable. We drove away with the Buick in the same condition in which it arrived.

I have had the worst of luck with my car since buying it 4/24/2023. Every other week it s something wrong with the car and the service advisor ignores my calls and takes his sweet time to help get anything resolved. At first I was enjoying the car and burns but now I d rather turn the car over and go else where!

My experience was unacceptable on several levels of service, competency, communication, concern, or ownership of the problem.They declined my offer to demonstrate the problem and, after 4 days , I got the car back with the problem unaddressed. Only then did they allow me to demonstrate and the mechanic immediately acknowledged the malfunction. That only occurred after I waited 40+ minutes for the mechanic to return from lunch. Then, I had to reschedule the appointment but could only do that with my initial service advisor who was now "at lunch". The mechanic sent me away and said the service advisor would call me to reschedule. I am still waiting on that service advisor's promised call to schedule that serviceDuring the 4 days, I only received a single call on day 2 to update me on status of the car. Mind you , this was supposed to be a "same day service"The service advisor did not return my texts during the visit as promised.The service manager has still not returned my calls.My initial appointment was with an individual who was absent when I arrived.While rare, one off situations can occur but this is clearly not in that category. My problems occurred universally across multiple encounters with multiple people and multiple days. This underscores the culture of Burns Chevrolet as one that places the customer in a subservient role made to feel as though they are bothering the staff and lucky if they get the product they are seeking.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our Chevy Tahoe randomly had break failure. Luckily, we had free towing through Burns and our insurance offers it as well. They towed our tahoe without cost to us on a Wednesday to their shop. Greg from Burns reached that morning to let us know the situation. We would need a master break cylinder replacement. He ordered the part, it came in with a day or so and got us out 2 days later. Greg and the service team thank you.!Burns team, you got some good people that care. We only have 1 vehicle and and you cared to get this fixed quickly because we have 4 little kids. Burns value beats the local competition to customers like us. Because we mattered and because of this we are looking at upgrading our Tahoe now to a suburban with yall. I had to take my new Chevy traverse here Saturday for some work. The man I talked to made me feel like just because I am a woman I have no idea about cars. I told him my check engine light had come on and it went off as soon as I pulled it into the shop. He asked which light it was and I told him again the check engine light and he said you now that light comes on every time you start it. Yeah I know and it stayed on all day and it just went out! I m not stupid and the check engine light should not come on on a car I have not even made the first payment on yet!! Then I sat there for three hours waiting to know something and when the mechanic finally brings it around I still had to sit there and extra 30 minutes while this guy sat and talked ! I will not deal with him again when o go in there!
