Chris Wilcox store manager was so nice and very helpful. I stop pass to look for a battery holder down and he knew exactly what I needed. He did not haste to help me and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank you very much Chris!A-1 Driving School

I walked in store was basically ignored. I asked associate could he help me with the screws for my license plate. He told me the isle. I asked him could he check by vin he insisted that all were "universal" (which they were not!) So I grab them and walk to his register and he shooed me off to the next counter to another associate (which was rude). I tell him my situation and he basically was racist telling me if they don't fit I can't bring back. Never checked my car vin and didnt care to do so Customer Service Skills lacked and the deliberate act of racism was what I received. I walked out with no purchase. Went up street to Advanced Auto with Pep Boys and received the best customer service ever. Those guys gave me the correct respect ever! The men at this autozone location are lazy and racist. The way I was treated was not surprising. Do not go here if you are a black woman you will be disrespected. You are supposed to treat your customers with respect not basically turning them away because you don't want to do your job.

Great place to get all types of parts for any car you drive! I have saved so much money buying from AutoZone and completing projects myself! (Within my skill set of course). The staff is great and will look up any part you need! Free battery and diagnostic test and free tool rental if you need it! This place is awesome!!

Quick free check of the car battery confirmed it was bad after 6 years.. battery was changed out quickly and I was back in business. Thanks for the great service.

I have to say thank you to Dave, who installed my battery while running the store by himself today! He was efficient while taking care of all his customers, and friendly while doing it. It s not easy to do and I really appreciated his help. It also gave me time to walk around and find a nice sunshade. Very organized store, clean and well-stocked. Thanks again!

Wyatt was exceptional tonight the store was about the close. Wyatt jumped into action checked my brand-new battery. Wyatt spotted the problem and fixed it and had me on my way. God bless you Wyatt. You didn't have to but you did. For that I'm sending everyone to the AutoZone on Cherry Rd inside Pep Boys. For the best customer service ever.ThanksMs. Sonia

Very rude employees. I ve never felt so unwelcome at any store in my entire life. The employees acted so inconvenienced that me or anyone else in the store needed help. You guys really need to work on training your employees to be more helpful. I will never be back to this location.

walked in to ask if they could look at a fuse or electrical question. The girl was sweet, the man behind , that she called out with the red beard is rude, horrible customer service and I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE...O Reileys helped me and sold me 100.00 work of business today. Sorry Auto Zone...he lost you a devoted customer. Now I know why O Reileys was busy and Auto Zone had no one in the parking lot. Sad folks don't want to keep their jobs..because...he won't be working much longer the way he talks to customers!

Came here for an oil cartridge wrench. Had already researched the size I needed, and came in with the exact part number I needed with the listing from Autozone's website pulled up on my phone to avoid confusion. Showed the employee at the front desk the listing online with the exact part number and asked him where the part was in the store. The employee did show me where they were, but also proceeded to try and convince me that this part wouldn't fit for my application. I told him thanks for your opinion, I'm buying the part anyway. And would you believe the wrench fit perfectly?Honestly, only a 2* review because the part was in stock at the store and I didn't have to go elsewhere. If someone knows what they need, don't try to talk them out of it. 1* service

So on today my belt in my car wore out and I needed another one. Needless to say the entire team was professional and very quick about what they did. They didn t have the part but didn t stop there, they called the other place n I was able to get the part, they even gave me directions on what to look for. Now Mathew went out his way to try and guide me through the process over the phone which I greatly appreciated. To add when he got off he came and assisted me and didn t have to and that says a lot. I was very satisfied with everything.

Larry is AMAZING! I needed my headlight replaced and did it in less Than 5 min. Very welcoming, friendly and overall gives quality customer service! Everytime I come here I habe a great experience! I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service there I did have one lovely lady that helped me out but I came in there to buy two fuses and a fuse puller I was there for maybe 3 minutes picking out my items and headed toward the register and was three mailed employees walk right by me and didn't offer to help or cash me out the lady I was in the back in the parts department came out to help me. So you really need to work on your your employees stop and what they're doing when they only have one customer in the entire store and three employees walk right by

Parts and prices are good quality but service is abit of a problem. Ordered a part for my truck and was told it would be in by 4pm. When I called it was to be delivered the next day by 8pm. The supervisor says he would order one from nearby warehouse and they would call at 8am when it came in. 12pm next day no call so I went to pick it up and of course the staff that worked the days before we're off, but my part was there. I guess I'll use another parts house from now on.

AutoZone on Cherry Rd is wonderful. The staff is eager to help, and they don't try to sell you things you don't need or want. They listen, then respond appropriately to what you just asked. They do ask HELPFUL questions to make sure you haven't forgotten anything to get the job done. Give AutoZone on Cherry Rd a try. Also, they will save you a BUNCH of $$$. Their prices are better than anyone else's, and they back up their products with no questions asked. Wonderful parts store, wonderful prices, and WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! All this combined makes them unbeatable!!!

Both the sign in the online store say they should open at 7:30 AM. It is now 740 am on 6/9/23 and the store is still closed. That should be considered false advertisement. Very unprofessional.
