Was super nice at first but soon showed true colors of this business . Scheduled an alignment over a week prior showed up told me they didn t have enough time to do it today because it was too far out of alignment. I had told them prior to bringing it that is was really bad. That is the worst excuse of an tire alignment shop . I don t recommend using this company unless you want your time wasted. Update on this review, just got service at Pope-Davis Tire & Automotive with no issues. I highly recommend them over this shop, no appointment and was in and out in 1hr. They will actually work with you and not blame the office lady for not understanding what you explained over the phone. Don t tell customers a week in advance that you can do a job that was explained in detail, then have them show up and tell them to get it closer to alignment then we will work on it .. that s the whole point of a shop. I m paying for a service just do it or don t schedule it and waste my time, hopefully this helps someone avoid what I had to deal with. I hate writing bad reviews but this company deserves it

My family has used Bryan s for years for automotive needs- he rebuilt the front end of my truck when it needed repair & couldn t have done a better job. I called last week & spoke with the receptionist asking if they could help with a power steering issue I had. Was told to bring my truck in today (Wednesday the 3rd) so they could evaluate the situation & give me a quote. I scheduled a half of a day off of work, drove half an hour one way only for bryan to personally look at my truck & tell me to get a premium pump this time & refer me to another mechanic, but if he were to do it he can t physically get to my truck for six weeks. So if you are wanting a tire or oil change, I m sure it will be fine. But if you want people you can rely on. It isnt here. Good for them for staying so busy on tires & oil changes! Just really wish I had known before I cost myself a half day of work & wasted gas to receive mediocre at best premium advice from the owner.. common sense would ve given me that answer. I would ve gone to the place closer to home with a more accommodating schedule.

Had a flat on our RV while traveling. They got us right in and replaced 2 tires. Great friendly service.

Bryan and company are hands down the best around. Honest, professional, highly skilled, and just plain nice. We've been bringing our cars here for years, couldn't be happier.

We feel blessed to find them not too far off the 77. Very nice people. Had a Brad in tire. In and out in 15 minutes and back on the road again. Very reasonable priced. THANK YOU.

I have used Bryan's Tire & Auto service for well over 10 yrs. In that time I have gotten estimates from other shops, at times not only did the other shops misdiagnose our vehicles issues the quote was quite high. HONEST HONEST is Bryan you dont find folks that just quotes you the problem part instead of telling you to replace the whole system.He is definitely a straight up person to honest answers about your vehicle service/issues

In the world we live in there aren't too many honest people but Mr. Bryan is definitely one of them, took my car in for brake work and come to fine out nothing was needed. He ran test to make sure everything was OK. I'm so happy to know that there are still good and honest people in the world.

Broke down on I-77 and limped to the next exit. The following morning, obtained parts and contacted Bryan as he was referred by Advanced Auto. Bryan came to my location in the middle of his busy schedule. Said I had the right parts and it was not as bad as I had suspected. Truck is back up and running. Thank you for responding and for the advice! It s very much appreciated!

Our car had a low tire pressure warming coming south on 77 about 10 minutes from Bryan's. Turns out there was puncture in the center of the tire. We received a patch job for a ridiculously good price and were on our way in less than 20 minutes!Everyone was so friendly and helpful.Turned a high stress situation into the best possible solution. HIGHLY recommend

We had a tire destroyed by a pothole on 77. The folks at Bryan's had the only tire in the size we needed in the area. They had us back on the road quickly and were very helpful.

Traveling on 77N from FL to WV when the check engine light came on & engine began missing. Bryan's Tire & Automotive was the 1st place we found. Pulled in and asked for help. Was told they just closed (although door was open and all bay doors were open with work being done on vehicles) and they couldn't help. I explained we were 400 miles from home & that didn't matter - was told no one in the area would help..."dealerships are 3 weeks behind & I'm 3 days behind". And that was it... I did get a half-hearted sorry. Thanks for nothing. Really hope no one breaks down and needs help around Ridgway, SC.

We were New Yorkers traveling when we had trouble with a new tire. Bryan's took us right in. We had picked up a piece of metal. He had a tire like what we had. They were friendly, helpful, and gave us a very fair price on the tire. I would highly recommend them.

Big shout out to Bryan s Tire and Auto in Ridgeway, SC. While traveling home from Florida, we picked up a nail on the interstate which caused the tire to rapidly deflate. When we stopped at the store, Bryan and his staff gave us immediate service and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes at a very, very reasonable charge for the service. Best in class, could not have expected better service!!

Amazing quick staff! Got a hole in my tire and they fixed it right away! From Ohio going to Florida so you can only imagine how scared I was. Pure customer satisfaction!!
