My driver's window mechanism broke, and the window dropped into the door. I called the Richburg shop and explained the problem. He said it'd be 1500 before they could even look at it. I went into Charlotte, made my delivery and came back to the truck stop. At about 1230 he called me into the yard. In 30 minutes Nick had the window shut, and secure enough I drove back to Florida through some pretty heavy wind and rain. The truck is at my regular shop, and I'm home. The guys in Richburg went above and beyond to get me moving, working me in and expediting a temporary repair. I can't say enough good things about them. If you need help, call them. You won't be sorry.

Mechanics you can trust, I had a repair made at 3 different shops one of which manufactured the motor in my truck and 10,000 dollars worth of repair work that could not fix the problem and all of which said there was nothing that could be done and for 4000 grand and 2 weeks my truck was finally repaired and back on the road.I will now only use this shop.

Ill wouldnt go back these people want to charge $390.00 for a annual inspection truck and trailer.

I ve been here twice so far with a 48 flatbed and a 53 dry van, both in need of significant repairs. The team was thorough and informative. All the repairs were completed in a fair amount of time and I even got text messages with pictures to show the updates.SFS will definitely be the shop for Northwestern High School Band equipment in the future!
