What a great Road Side Repair!!! A water pump went out on my semi on Sunday afternoon. Bubba was able to locate the part for me on Sunday, came quickly, as soon as he got the part to fix my truck that was stranded on the side of the road and quickly repaired my truck. THANK YOU VERY MUCH B&N TRUCK REPAIR.

Call this company first and save your self some time and a headache. After being let down by another company they got me back on the road quickly. The tech sent out was super friendly and knowledgeable When I got the bill at the end of the service I was super surprised at how affordable it was. Y'all need to call this guy!He might be a small business,But, he knows what he's doing,And got me running quick!C-15 dropped an injector, and with 4 hours work, I was running again.I paid him more than he asked,Because he's worth every penny.If you need heavy diesel repair,I highly recommend him.

If I could give 0 stars I would, did not fix my truck. I called back half a day and was hung up on, and never answered again. Glad my chances of ever needing their services again are slim next to none, and yes they were paid

I wish I could give a ZERO star review. The extremely rude man who runs this place does not know how to talk to women respectfully and is very unwilling to help when asked. I went to drop off my U-Haul trailer, as this was the selected drop off location. When I arrived there was nobody there to help or check out with. I called the number on my receipt, and nobody answered. However, an extremely rude, unprofessional, angry man called me back and immediately had an attitude with me saying he would not accept the trailer and that he was fed up with U-Haul and could not help me, etc etc. He was yelling over the phone at me, and I had done absolutely nothing wrong, I was following directions. When I asked if he could help me find an alternative, he got irritated and did not know how to help me. He told me some other location but couldn t tell me if it was even available for drop off and wasn t going to call for me. If he couldn t accept the trailer, he should have marked this location as unavailable online. Then he for sure should have helped me find an alternative location. How can he not accept a trailer that my receipt says I am supposed to drop off at his location!? Extremely unhappy, would never recommend anyone to use this company for anything! I was planning to drop my U-Haul trailer off at this location the night before, which I selected online because it was the closest one and it was available online for drop off. When I arrived in the evening, the gate was locked and there was no way to contact anyone. So, I had to store it elsewhere overnight even though NOWHERE did it say unavailable for after hours drop off. In fact, when I got there, the sign said there would be a $75 charge for after hours drop off. No way I was paying that, that was insane with no advance warning.

I have never given a review before but this calls for one. This company is totally unprofessional. They do not bother to tell you them demand immediate payment for their services. Everyone who works on our trucks sends us a bill which we pay. I received a call after hours for payment on what they did and told them I did not have the card used for business payments but my father did to send a text to him the next day and myself so he could make the payment. They sent me a text using profanity so I called and the owner screamed at me while I was trying to explain that I had been on the phone and couldn t respond to them. I paid the bill with my personal card. This guy seemed nice and seems to have done a decent job with my trucks. Just be warned of how they treat customers!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Thank you, Bubba. After getting a check engine light and stop engine light on our F650 with a Cat 7 diesel we pulled over at an I-85 exit and called B&N based upon reviews. We spoke with a pleasant and professional dispatcher, who based upon our report immediately called the mechanic on duty. She informed us he would arrive in 45 min, and he arrived in 35 minutes! He looked everything over, connected his diagnostic computer, shared the results and provided a recommendation. He followed us for 10 miles and had us stop at the next exit to check on the status of the engine. Everything checked out, and we were on our way. Hope to never be in the same situation again, but if you are, call them first! Best roadside service I have ever had.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had an issue with my air brakes on my truck. Once I determined that I could not fix the issue, I Googled and then called B & N. The young lady that answered the phone was VERY pleasant and professional. Within minutes of talking to her, I got a call from the mechanic. I explained my findings. He showed up sooner than what I was told. He arrives and fixed the issue(s). We also had a good conversation while working on my truck. And the icing on the cake, his prices are VERY reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend B & N to anyone. Not just a GREAT mechanic but also a person!

I m from Ontario, California. My truck was in a very bad condition and my drive shaft broke. I had no hope that my truck would be repaired and thought that it would get towed. But I called them and they came in 40 mins and repaired my truck properly and did 4-5 hour of work at a very reasonable price that I wasn t expecting at all. They were very knowledgeable and kind. In that moment, they were everything I needed. Amazing experience.

Call out but was told it was to late to come out when I thought they was 24 hr place. Came out next day put wrong address in there gps and ended up bout 30 mins away from me had to wait on them. They got there there computer would not work and was told they be back out that same day I waited for bout 8 hrs no show called couple times kept saying he was coming never showed. Call next day said they was coming out waitedall day and a no show. The next day said he had a migrane and was down a couple days but was told everyday they where coming out. Then told it would be Monday and never got a call or a show up. Ended up having to find another mechanic to look at my truck.

I've been turning wrenches since I was 8 years old. When I'm stumped and cannot figure out for whatever reason why a vehicle is broken I call b&n truck repair. The owner Bubba is a master at his craft with an encyclopedic knowledge of vehicles. He is fast, reliable and stands by his work. More than that he is trustworthy. He doesnt charge enough for how good he really is. Thank you b&n for bailing me out of so many jams. I wouldnt use anyone else.

He knows what he is doing. High professionalism and excelent service. I did not like too much the price. But he arrived 40 minutes after I called him and solve the situation in an hour. Really quick. So it worth it.

Bubba is a super great guy stands behind his work.Had some work done on my truck and had to bring it back to get it finished up.Bubba put me up in a motel while he finished my truck up and loaned me a vehicle to use so that I wouldn't be stranded,definitely our go to guy anytime we're in the area and need something done.

*I don t care who you are...* I had a flat coming up 85, about 10:30 pm on a Thursday. I was back on the road by 11:30. Completely amazing. The tech figured out what I needed from two pictures, and found a rim and a tire, brought it up, and put it on. You simply don t see this kind of thing anymore. Wow. Thank you guys!!!

Been using B & N for almost a year. This is my go to for anything I need because i know I m dealing with honest hard working people over there. Has gotten me out of a few jams. Totally recommend them for all your needs!

He came in 15mins. a very professional guy told me it s a temp sensor causing the over heating.told me if I put the sensor and didn t work will come out and change the thermostat for no additional coming out fee.
