Thank You so very much! We were on our way home to Ontario Canada from Florida and we had an issue with our Yukon Denali. We went from having oil to it overheating and coolant and oil leaking so that we eventually had none. We managed to get off the highway. Go to the nearest parking lot - let it cool down and looked up GMC dealers and you were close. You took such GREAT care of the 6 of us and our dog! You fixed our vehicle and gave us the reassurance that we were good to go. We made it home safely!! Thank You so Very Much! The kindness you showed us, your expertise in solving our issue and fixing the problem was and is so greatly appreciated. Many Blessings from our Family to You and Your Entire Family there at Superior Motors!!

Highly recommend the service department. Service manager Jeff and our mechanic Rich were so helpful and really went above and beyond. Super friendly and understanding of a tough situation for us. They were very quick to complete the repairs to get us back on the road. Thank you both again!

Gr8 people. I was trying to find a better vehicle for my mother at a good, reasonable price but the team at superior motors were thankful enough to listen and understand me clearly. Her 2004 explorer transmission went out in late May, so she went to Enterprise and got a 2017 Ford edge.If you want to find your next vehicle in Orangeburg county, start at superior motors first, however you must have a plan B as well.

Superior customer service! I took my car in for a check engine light - that turned out to be a costly repair! All along the way Jeff in service was helpful, transparent, and I could tell looking out for my best interest! Good communication when my vehicle was being worked on and just fantastic customer service all around! Appreciated Jeff helpfulness and kindness! Appreciate all staff I encountered. All were helpful and polite ! Will bring my car back for any service!

7/18/2022 4 StarsUPDATE: Im changing my review from 1 star because I appreciate this business returning the additional fee to me. Thats great business and customer service. Thank you Buick for the speedy response!7/15/2022 1 Star: Made a appt for a simple diagnostic test at 9am! Diagnostic test are advertised all over the service area as $79.95. At 11:00a i had to request for my car back because a scan shouldn t take 2hours especially with an appt being made. Im then charged $95.62.I asked why and he states taxes I get the bill taxes were $1.03They charged $14.64 for shop charges on a damn scan but dont mention it until time to go.Poor customer service and appts dont mean anything and learn how to explain the bill.

The WORST Service Department. Had an appointment for Monday to drop off truck for warranty work. When we left we said we would be back Wednesday. Arrived to get truck today and was informed that it had not even been looked at. As this is a work vehicle this lack of service is more than disappointing. When we calmly expressed displeasure with not only not being served, but also the lack of courtesy in not even receiving a phone call the lady in "customer service" told us we had a bad attitude. We asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in, and she made no attempt to get anyone else. We took our keys and truck and will take it to Love Chevrolet Columbia, where we have always had great service. We used Superior this time as they did have a great salesman last December when we purchased. I guess selling an 80k vehicle is easier for them than servicing one.

Top notch service. My family and I stopped in early Saturday morning on our way to Florida for vacation. We had a terrible shake in the front of our Suburban and they took us right in and fixed the problem. The guys up front were super nice as well and made us comfortable for our wait. Highly recommend them for any of your needs. Go check them out if you need to purchase a new car or for service!

What made me satisfied with my experience with Superior Motors was Mr. Quay Harriott experience, knowledge and caring. The Courtesy of Mr. Quay was satisfying; I have previously been extremally dissatisfied with Superior Motors that I took my vehicle to another dealership 50miles away because the service was better. Quay has changed Superior service for me, he made me feel appreciated and has changed my mind to come back to the Superior Motors dealership to have my vehicle service. Ask for Roy or Quay in the service department they will help you and get your vehicle right. I hope it will continue to be a pleasure and worthwhile working with them in the future. I recommend coming to check the new staff out!

I was in there yesterday because I had a recall on my my vehicle and when I dropped it off at 8 in the morning I called around lunchtime they said my vehicle be done in about 30 minutes I got there and they told me that I had two recalls on my vehicle they were able to fix both of them when I got into my vehicle I noticed that they put air in both of my tires which surprised me because they didn't have to do that but they did that and I was they went out of their way to make sure that my experience there was very comfortable and that they help me with my vehicle I definitely would recommend them they're very awesome people very nice very understanding they were very very nice to me they made sure that my vehicle is right before they sent it home with me I do recommend them they definitely will be having a new customer in the near future for more repairs or anyting I would need done with my vehicle highly recommended awesome experience

Excellent experience with their service department. Could not have been better. My GMC pickup engine stoped running in the middle of Neeses Rd. I called Superior and spoke with Garry. He immediately talked to a tech and setup an appointment to help me when I arrived. Garry was there waiting and had even done more research on the issue before I arrived with the truck. I wish all dealerships had this level of service. The Superior team salvaged my day. Thanks Again for your work and time.

Superior Motors was great to me and was very honest during my car-buying experience. Honesty, integrity, and fairness are the most important things to me when buying a car. They gave me fair value for my trade, they acknowledged some problems with the used car I bought, took a good amount off of the sale price because of the repair needed, and treated me very fairly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I, some time ago, purchased a piece of machinery from Superior Motors, via Steve S. It was a motorcycle, one that I had eyed for a while. I experienced true professionalism and genuine hospitality from Mr. Shaw and dealing with him was expedited to the up most. When all was said and done, I felt that I received a quality piece of machinery, at a super cost deal, and with an understanding of importance as a customer the whole time. I recommend this auto dealer and Mr. Shaw's compliance to anyone making this serious of a purchase. Thanks Superior Motors, Thanks Steve

After this service visit I will NEVER allow Superior to service my vehicle again! I had an appointment on Tuesday at 8am to get my radio checked, I didn t hear from anyone so I decided to call Tuesday afternoon before the service department closed! I spoke with Jim who told me he didn t have any information on my vehicle but he would Call me back and never did! I called Wednesday and spoke with Tracey who said he was just getting in from lunch but would check on my vehicle and call me back. Needless to say I didn t get a return call from him either! I called back and got Tracey again then he told me what the diagnostic problem was and the part would be ordered and my vehicle would be ready Thursday afternoon! No call Thursday so I decided to call to check, I was told by Tracey again he was just getting in from lunch and would call me back and didn t! I called Friday same run around! Tracey calls me back Friday afternoon around 4:30pm to tell me the part that was ordered didn t fix the issue and another part needs to be ordered which won t be in until Monday, hopefully Tuesday. This is the worst customer service ever!!! Bottom line the technician should ve ordered all parts needed to have my vehicle fixed and ready in a timely manner!!

I've bought both new and used cars from Steve Shaw at Superior Motors. Hands down the best customer service, quality of vehicles, and prices around! Plus it is always nice dealing honest people, especially when buying a car or truck. I constantly get complimented on my 2016 GMC Sierra, and have enjoyed driving it every day. I highly recommend this place, and plan to keep doing business with them in the future.

The ONLY reason there s even 1 star was just to write this. I WOULDNT TRUST THEM WITH MY BICYCLE!!!! Tire blew out and my car HAD to be to be towed to these people. FOR STARTERS for 2 days they could not locate my car which was sent straight there and was avoided due to them trying to locate it!!!!!! Then had a receptionist try to cover their tracks and message me on FACEBOOK saying when I had it towed I never left contact information for a NEW CAR that was brought as a gift for my birthday. Only to find out they are so careless my car was left OUTSIDE of their business for two day with my doors unlocked and keys inside!!! HORRIBLE customer service. I arrived to this site and NOT ONE dealer approached me and they had no clue what I was there for. To be told by a worker they do that to all of the customers that look like me told me all I ever needed to know. A repair they swore was 800 dollars cost me 100 right at select tires right across from this superior! Contact select tires...They ll even send someone out to wherever you are. Had to be done right where superior decided to leave my car so I m sure they ll know exactly where this review came from. No need in trying to justify or write back because there was more than enough time to try and fix y all screw ups! That s exactly what this business is a screw up!

I am the first to admit I loathe the car shopping experience-Superior Motors has changed that. An absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to driving off the lot. The sales team was knowledgeable, easy to deal with, accommodating and most of all HONEST. Don t travel to the big cities to purchase your new vehicle! Shop local-you won t regret it. I had a great experience last night when I came in to purchase my GMC Yukon. I was promptly greeted by Reggie who was very helpful even though I came late I knew what I was looking for as I had already did my research and decided to purchase fun Superior as they had exactly what I was looking for. I walked on the lot at 5:45 and walked out the door at 7:15 with a new car. Now that was the quickest I ever did a car deal, and I traded my car in. Reggie, Rex and Steve were all amazing. Hands down the best dealership ever with the best internet prices. Don't sleep on this dealership because they are small because their prices are way better than large dealerships.

I have purchased five or six vehicles from Steve Shaw at Superior Motors and without a doubt, it has been the best buying experience for me. Their service department is very prompt as well. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I would strongly recommend seeing Steve Shaw at Superior Motors so that you can get the best deal possible.

Took my car for oil change and tire rotation, tech found that I have a heavy oil leak and needs to be addressed. I like that they give you a detailed report. I trust that they will be honest and fair.

Thank you Steve Shaw for doing an outstanding job taking care of my slightly used car purchase. This was a long distance purchase, I purchased a car over the phone from Steve, the car was all that Steve claimed it was and more. Steve worked with me over the phone and the internet to make the deal. The car was delivered to my driveway in Florida. I'm ecstatic with my new used car! Thank you again Superior Motors!

They are only about getting the customers money. I took my truck in for an alignment and sat there for 2 hours after I made an appointment just to be told they did what they could to align my truck but could not really do it. When I ask why wasn't I informed of this it was stated to me by the service desk associate that once the process was started it could not be stopped but I pretty much did not get the service I was paying for I got a little bit of it. Then they turned around and said they did not do it at all they charged me to attempt the process.

Superior Motors of Orangeburg SC is a great place to go if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Very friendly people, they made me feel at home when assisting me. Three scheduled visits to this business and truly disappointed with customer service each time...I had to interrupt a conversation between three female employees, and got looked at sideways because of it...Really... The last scheduled visit was by far,the worst..took THREE HOURS for a tire rotation ( scheduled @10a.m.)and recall replacement..was told it would take about an hour, I could wait there, or leave and pick up in allotted time.. I chose to leave and gave my PHONE NUMBER, in case of early finish...guess when I got the call? NEVER...I had to call...finally at 1:30pm..you can pick up your car ,but we don't have the item to do recall.....WHAT????Lousy,unprofessional, uncaring, rude,and ignorant actions with customer service...will be taking my vehicle to another business for future service...All this attitude and nastiness after all these years, it hasn't changed, won't change...such a shame and so pitiful to act this way...so sad....

This was my first time here. Everyone was very nice. Especially Mr. Jimmy, nice sweet man God blessed him. I would recommend if you have problems with your car bring it here. Also thank the menchincal worker he work all day on my car. Thanks superior.

If you need a new or used car you have to visit Steve Shaw at Superior Motors Buick GMC Orangeburg, SC. He knew I was looking for a better car to drive and He saw me out one day and told me he had a car that he thought I would like, so I went in on that following Monday and test drove the vehicle and never got back in my old car again (except to clean it out! lol!) My first experience buying a car and Steve made it so easy! He said he would do everything he could to get me the right price! I never thought I could afford such a nice vehicle being a single mom. BUT thanks to Steve Shaw getting me a price I could afford, just so I could have what I thought would never happen! THANK YOU STEVE! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU to anyone!
