Top to bottom the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Most of the work was done via text, email, and phone because I live about 70 miles away from the dealership. The owner, Joseph Fairey, and my sales rep, Michelle Furne, were both more knowledgeable about the EV tax credit process than anybody locally, which is why I purchased from them. I was only at the dealership for about 90 minutes total. In fact, I made a cup of coffee and never had time to drink it because I never waited for anything. I will be giving them a chance to earn my business again when I need something for my boat.

Ever heard the saying you get what you paid for? Well I did just that. I tried going the cheap route and go to CarMax in GREENVILLE from CHARLESTON and sat there for 5 hours (already approved, but had to wait on Chase to approve my new address) until I brightened up and called Joey and his crew at Fairey.I can t not tell you enough of how impressed I was with the team at Fairey.He had a BETTER Truck at a BETTER price and all around better experience. I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. I will recommend them to all of my contractor colleagues and friends/family/ ANYONE!!! You guys rock

I purchased vehicle on June 30. The rear rotors were a problem then . It was sold to me. It was suppose to be repaired before selling it to me. I am very disappointed with Fairey Chevrolet. They charged me $409.97. For brake work.

No hassles and no pressure from the salesman. We walked in, immediately got to test drive the truck we were interested in and were taken care of very well. They did an excellent job explaining the financing paperwork and we have enjoyed our truck tremendously.

Best dealership I have ever bought a new car at. This is a family dealership and you can tell. Michelle really knows her job and took complete care of my wife and me Best sales person ever!!! Ty was excellent talking care of all our paper work and had everything ready for us. We drove from 2 hrs. away to buy from Fairey and boy are we glad we did. I knew on the phone I could trust Michelle and we were not disappointed. We will be back for sure!!

FANTASTIC experience! We cannot say enough nice things about how Joseph & the team at Fairey Chevrolet were able to help us in our time of need. We blew a cylinder on our vehicle on the highway driving to Charleston for a family vacation late on a Friday evening. Basically your worst nightmare with a car full of stuff & 3 kids all under 9! We originally managed to get the car to a different dealership in another town. It was a nightmare so we ended up leaving & finding a hotel for the night. I was able to connect with Joseph & to say he was amazing would be an understatement!! He offered to help in so many different ways which was greatly appreciated. We ended buying a new vehicle & have loved it. To say it was a memorable trip would be an understatement. If we need another vehicle in the future I seriously would think about making the drive back just to work with people who care which is so refreshing. Thanks Joseph & team!

I came for an oil change and a fog light to be replaced. I was kinda puzzled why my car had to get tested with the tester. When I already told them what I want when making an appointment to see the dealership. I brought it to the customer service desk how my tester wire was showing and broke how it should be placed in theSpot locked in not hanging down. I hope my oil change got change correctly then the company removed my front bumper and didn t finish putting it back on correctly. I know I had to order a part then it doesn t come in until Monday hopefully it will be better. We did talked with the general manager hopefully it will get taken care of on Monday.

I purchased my truck, new, from Fairey in 2005. I have had it serviced there often and repairs made there. The truck has about 88,000 miles on it and needs several things repaired, including a non-working gas gauge and heater and A/C controls that often do the opposite of the setting. Today I was informed that they will not work on anything older than 2007. That is what is called supporting the product. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Purchasing my vehicle from Fairey Chevrolet was a pleasure from beginning to end.Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They all took the time to answer all the questions I had.Joseph was a great salesman and easy to deal with.Ty was very helpful with the financing. Making sure I received the best interest rate for me.Dean was extremely helpful with going over all the Tahoe s many features. As I was unfamiliar with all the new technology. He even helped set my phone with the vehicle.Clint was just a phone call away when I couldn t get the radio to work. Great experience. Our salesman Bill was very friendly, and did not pressure us at all. It is the fastest and smoothest transaction we have ever experienced at a car dealership.Update: Eight months later I am scheduled for an appointment to change out a part that was on recall. After taking a day off of work, leaving my house at 6:30 am, and driving an hour and ten minutes, I was told they ran out of the parts. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again.

We loved our experience with Fairey! We got the type of service we wanted the way we wanted it. We led the car buying experience according to how we wanted to do it. We weren t pressured to do or get anything we weren t interested in! We laid out what we wanted and they delivered above our expectations! We got an amazing car at an amazing price.

Pleases don t waste your time or money buying a GM buyback from this dealership. I bought two 2015 Cadillac Escalade s that Was Gm buyback. On both vehicles I was constantly in and out of the shop. The last vehicle was the worst. I was told by the owner the vehicle needed lifters and it would be two weeks before they could touch it. I patiently waited two weeks and dropped the vehicle on the date given by Fairey. Fairey dealership kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and not one time called to give me a update on the above mentioned vehicle. I decided to call the dealership and inquire about my vehicle. I was then told the vehicle was ready and no repairs have been done. Somehow the service manager said they drove the vehicle for 300 miles in the 3 week period and couldn t find anything wrong. I then came into the dearlership to again find my vehicle with a ticking noise. I refused to take the 2015 Escalade and asked that it be looked at again. Two weeks went by and I called the dealership to inquire about my vehicle. At this time I was again told that the vehicle was ready and didn t need any repair. This particular vehicle was sold with a one year(12.000 mi GM buyback warranty and neither was met at the time of repairs. Fairey insisted they weren t going to do any work on the vehicle. Eventually I cut my losses with this small town prejudice dealership that only employ 2 African American individuals. I ended up taking a loss when I traded the vehicle because the GM buyback vehicles are sold with a branded title and has low value at trade in. If you re local and looking for a reputable Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership I strongly suggest driving into Columbia Sc and Dealing with Jim Hudson Cadillac.The Fairey dealership in Orangeburg Sc gives General Motors a bad reputation. It s a reason why Fairey can t keep maintenance techs and the turnover is high.

My husband and I bought a truck last week from Fairey Chevrolet and were so impressed with the customer service, the no pressure sales approach, and the extent to which they went on our behalf. Ty Merritt is wonderful. He made us feel at home and did not make us feel rushed or that we were keeping him from something else. We were his focus for the time we were there. The owner even came over with some pictures of the original business which is now third generation owned and operated. We were so impressed with the level of customer service and the friendly, warm atmosphere that we would have to say this is our best car buying experience ever. We will definitely return and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I've never had such an exceptional experience with a dealer. From start to finish Fairey has gone the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Joseph went above and beyond trying to find the specific car that I wanted and didn t stop until he found it. From Shopping, to purchasing and now maintaining my car, the customer service is like nothing I ve ever experienced from another Car Dealer. It is obvious that Fairey operates with service and Customer satisfaction at their CORE. Thank you for raising the bar in the Auto Industry, we will definitely be customers for life!

I dropped a vehicle off the night before and was told they would look at it first thing in the morning. I got there at 8:00 a.m. and at 2:30 p.m. it was still waiting. Seeing it was done I purchased a truck from them. The owner told me he knew the original owner and he was very meticulous about his cars. And if I had any problems with it to just call and he would take care of it. After driving 20 minutes the engine light came on. I pulled into another Chevy dealership also rated 5 stars and found multiple problems. Upon calling them I was told my Warranty was only good with them and they wanted me to drive it back 500 miles with serious issues. After telling them several times I still wanted the vehicle they sent someone to repossessed it. The owner said he would call me as soon as they evaluated the truck. It's been 2 weeks and we are still waiting. Go figure. I would definitely recommended not shopping in this small community. You want good service and a good experience go where the money is ... A much larger dealer.

1. Kendall and young man at desk entrance gave very courteous reception and service.2. Explain what was needed and recommended additional services that needed to beperformed.3. Got me in on time of appointment and performed work very efficiently to get me out asquickly as possible.
