Bagisha Nickels helped me figure out what I needed for my truck. She maintained a pleasant and cheerful attitude throughout the entire interaction. I was told that she ll be right back and she returned with everything I needed. Great example of service!

So you know those lovely stories about complete strangers helping other people? We just experienced one. This lovely gentleman Larry Sims from Orangeburg SC took time out of his day to help us in a desperate situation. We had been on the road all day when suddenly my car started acting up bad. We managed to limp to the nearest Auto Zone where we received the usual fantastic service and a bit more Mr. Sims happened to be standing in line next to us and jumped in on our conversation helping to diagnose our problem and offering advice along with the ever helpful sales staff. So we buy our parts and borrow some tools ( a fantastic service offered by Auto Zone) and step out to start repairs. We were replacing one of the ignition coils but they weren't labeled. Which one was number 3? Along come Larry who takes even more time out of his day to help a couple of weary stranded travelers. He proceeds to teach us how to know which coil is bad the "old school way". Soon everything is fixed but before we parted ways I had to snap a couple of pics so I could post a heart felt thanks.Mr. Larry Sims the world could definitely use a lot more people like you! Thank you so much for your help and sharing your knowledge with us. You are truly a kind soul. May God bless you for it.

If I could give a -0 stars I would. Waited 2hrs in this store only for them to put the WRONG battery in my car. The girl didn't know what she was doing and originally got the wrong battery. The guy came and helped her and got the wrong battery AGAIN!!

My windshield wiper flew off while I was driving home from Hilton Head to Knoxville. The guy was so nice and put a new one on ! Saved me !!!

I went in today to get an engine light check and talk with someone with experience on vehicles about the p0113 code..the black short haired that ran the report couldn't hardly read it and when I spoke with the supposedly asst.manager with dreads he asked what I wanted him to do about it..I said nothing because you don't know anything. My suggestion to these businesses is to at least hire one person with knowledge then the rest can stock shelves or take out trash. I had to call another county and franchise to speak with someone with experience and get my part. Won't go back to this ignorant, disrespectful store.

Most employees are very friendly and helpful except for this one woman she is so rude and talks down to people like they are stupid. Plus she needs to learn how to look out for customers when she is driving. Just rude!!!

I love coming here. I have a rewards card, but even without it their prices are reasonable.But the best thing is their staff. So helpful and personable! Kedric was a great help with my windshield wipers and gave great advice on other things. Great place to go.

I don't know his name but I'm going to be honest it's the big dude sitting at the counter.He was so knowledgeable he went to Auto Technology College and he was great to deal with. We talked about Automotive cleaners and he really knew his stuff. We talked about different brands and the way they work. He really knew his stuff and I appreciate him. Very good experience for AutoZone. Normally people you talk to are not that informed and it was refreshing to talk to somebody that knew their stuff.

So I went in this morning to get a radiator cap. The store manager rung me up. I asked him if there was anyone that could help me take off the cap because it was broken. He replied no take it to a mechanic shop. Ok so I asked if he had a screwdriver or something to take the cap off. Mind you there is clearly a sign in the Window that says Loaner Tools....anyway the store manager says I will have to look. I'm like cmon a screwdriver. I say you know what nevermind and I walk out the store. One of the workers walk over and say can I help you. He looks at my problem pulls out his pocket knife and pops out my cap. The store manager walks out and yells at him saying if that thing blows up in your face the company is not gonna pay you. I get that he was putting the company first. But had he not been so nasty and took the time to actually look he would have seen that the cap was already off and that he was helping me put the new one on. Auto Zone the guy that actually helped me should be the manager. Your current manager needs to learn people skills, attitude control, customer service, and respect for his elders. I will not be returning. I feel sorry for the big gentleman that helped me on this morning.

Pretty busy and way understaffed. Everyone moves slow around here so make sure you plan your day around this stop.

Took my business elsewhere. Just wanted to get a replacement car battery and needed help with installation. The representative that I got was really nice. But she was not knowledgeable at all.She told me my car had a computer chip set up that links to my battery and was not able to change out the battery for me and that I were to buy the battery and take it down the street to a mechanic to get them to install it. Keep in mind I have a very generic car, Nissan suv, not a luxury car or something has special stuff goin on. Seemed fishy so I left.Got a second opinion elsewhere and they were able to get me in and out in a jiffy. Wish I had experienced that at autozone.

On our travels back to NW Ohio from North Charleston, SC we broke down and pulled off here and the gentlemen working were amazing and helpful!! Couldn't of asked for better service! Thank you all so much for your help!!

Very good environment to be a part of, friendly staff and good customers that try to help. The workers in AutoZone are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to resolve your situation regarding your vehicle. Definitely and always be my first choice!

I went in for some door pins and bushings and he guy looked to see if they had any in stock and they didn t he said they would have some tomorrow and I asked could he see if they have any at the store in walterboro he said who would have any would pop up on the screen so when I got back to my truck I called the one in walterboro any they have 2 in stock

They never answer your phone call..I know personally,And I've been in there when the phone is ringing and the workers will just let the phone ring..slack ppl calling for service not to aggravate y'all.be more professional,guess I will take my business next door to oreillys

Declined to allow my dog in the store. There's no sign that says no pets. Every time I go to a parts store, there has been no issue. Except here. Otherwise, great for parts.
