I am from 1000 miles north of this location. A few days prior, I called, wanting to order a set of NT555 Nitto G2 tires for my car as I would be traveling near this location. The man on the phone was very helpful in placing the order and taking my information and getting an accurate delivery date for my tires. Upon my arrival a few days later, the service was consistent and the ladies were approachable and very friendly. The job was done successfully and professionally. I have heard many car enthusiasts bring their cars here. And the way they treated my car (2023 Dodge Charger) was to my level of expectations on how a customer and their car should be treated. Thank you Williams Tire for your model southern hospitality!

I was a danzel in distress adding air in my tire every other day for a couple month. A gentleman named Charles came to my rescue. He found the nail, took the tire off, used a big hammer to get tire off rim, patched and had me fixed up in no time. Thank you pretty blue eyes!

Just purchased Michelin tires a month ago. So happy after today's torrential downpours all along the coast. I literally drove every bridge from Mt. Pleasant to John's Island to Charleston, side puddles or should I say side lakes and not once did my car waiver. My car held the road no matter what was tossed at me today.I was going for the save a buck brand yet after talking to the manager I went with the better tires. The staff was beyond helpful even though it took me several calls to decide and make an appointment, they were very patient with my indecision. They also checked my front end alignment while I was there. It was good to go so they didn't con me into spending more money than necessary. Very much appreciated.Big thank you to Williams Tires!

Came in midway through the Saturday shift. They had almost no availability or space, but still managed to fit us in, fix a flat on our RV, and send us in our way within an hour. Price in shop was exactly what we expected from a phone call. I appreciate y all so much for accommodating us, as this was the only time we had free to assess this problem! Tire is still holding strong at the same PSI even days later. Highly recommend!

While visiting Charleston from out of town, we got a flat on our wheelchair accessible van. I called Williams Tire and explained our difficult predicament, being stuck at a hotel with no way to get it fixed. Two amazing gentlemen showed up at the hotel within an hour and rescued us. They replaced the tire in short order, were unbelievably kind and concerned about us getting to our medical appointments on time.The genuine kindness these men and the owner showed us was amazing. They didn't know us at all, but they heard we were in trouble and came to the rescue super fast. Absolute professionals but more than that they care!

Amazing outcome. I have a 20 year old 21 foot RV that needed new shocks, wheels and tires. Williams gave me an estimate quickly, were able to meet my last minute requests and my bill was under the estimate. Thank you Williams Tire. My rig is beautiful. Feel free to show my before and after pics!

Needed a set of boat trailer tires mounted on the rims and balanced. Also needed metal high pressure valve stems put on. These guys were super helpful. Had the stems in stock, and took care of things fast and very reasonably priced. Many thanks!, I'll be back!.

I experienced an unexpected need for service on my vehicle while visiting family in the area. After calling several shops and getting the same response " we are booked into the middle of next week ", I was given the name of Williams Tire. I spoke with Mike and explained my situation. He checked with one of his techs and confirmed they could get my vehicle in the next day and should be able to repair my vehicle within a day or 2. I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning " when they opened at 8am ". I received a phone call from a technicianto verify what the actual problem was. An hour or so later I was called with an estimate for repairs which I immediately approved. Another hour or so and I received a call confirming the repairs were completed. I arranged to pick up my vehicle the same day I dropped it off. Being 700 plus miles from home, I felt the service was quite quick and affordable. The staff did an awesome job. To show my appreciation, I even left a $50 tip for the techs to have lunch on me.

I was charged 45$ in "diagnostic fees" for a battery test. Something that is free at every autozone or o'reillys etc store. On top of that they were going to charge me 150$ for labor on a battery install that took o'reillys 10 minutes to do for absolutely free.

This is the worst auto shop I have ever been to. Made an appointment to have a new suspension kit put on my truck. First day of the appointment I wait for 2 hours until they tell me the parts aren't even in yet and ill need to come back the next day. waist of 2 hours. The next day I come back, they said it should be a 4-5 hour job... 8 hours later I get my truck back with the suspension kit put on, but the alignment is way off (steering wheel was very crooked when driving straight), and I have brake problems now?! Brakes were completely fine when I brought it in. So I ask the mechanic why my brakes are messed up and why the alignment is off and they say they can't help me because its 5pm and ill have to bring the truck back in. So for the third day I bring it back so they can fix my alignment and have them look at the brake problem now. They said my abs sensor is out and it needs to be replaced... quoted me over $500 to replace a sensor that was totally fine before they worked on my truck. I said no this is ridiculous. I took the abs sensor out myself and it was covered in grease!! They said they cleaned it during diagnosis but absolutely did not. So I cleaned it myself and my abs light went off and my brakes are fine again. WHY DID I FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY BRAKES AND YOUR MECHANICS COULD NOT?! This place will rip you off. 100% I would never recommend anyone to go here. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop.

Needed a repair on my company vehicle due to a flat front left tire. Williams Tire sent Terry out. Terry was friendly and got right to work. My only complaint is he did his job so well getting my CV back in operation I had to cut my break short and get back to work. Thank you Terry and Williams Tire!

Contacted Williams Tore for pricing for (02) Front Tires for my pickup truck .. Proce quoted was $250.00 plus tax ..I stated I will bring my truck to them that morning 12/05/2022.. Arrived to Williams and announced I was the man with truck and plquoted price of $250.00 for (02) Front tires and could I get price for Aliment - Williams Tire said $131.00 plus tax .. Insaod prefect let just go ahead and do them both while truck is here that morning ..Williams Tires contacted I missed call- called back to Williams Tide - Truck ready ..Counter Clerk asked - I stated Truck and I had them preform (02) Tires and ailment ..Williams Tore clerk to me :Well we mounted the (02) New tiresCouldn t do ailment because of other issues with Front End needing replacement prior to Ailment Williams Tire check said - So your bill before any repairs is $470.00I interrupted him - Saying the tires are $470.00No way I was quoted $250.00 plus tax - Not $470.00 ..At 1st Williams Tire Clerk - No it was $250.00 plus tax per Tire ..I again stated no sir - the quote for 2 front tires was $250.00 plus amd ailment as I dropped truck - I confirmed $250.00 plus amd ailment costWilliams Tire Clerk - Oh I thought I said - $250.00 plus tax per tireInsaod - No sir you didnt - Because I didn t ask for per tire - I asked for quote for (02) Frint tires pricingWilliams Tire - Oh I thought I did say per tireI stated had I ask for a Per Tire - That s one thingBut I asked on phone several times and even when I dropped truck - I again asked several timesWilliams Tire - well I m sorrySORRY - IT IS AND REMAIN TOTALLY DECEPTIVE MARKETING It is a lie - That now my tires were off and theirs are on and I am forced to pay for his false and deceptive pricing : BAIT AND SWITCH..BEWARE IF THE CAR AND TRUCK SODE OF WILLIAMS TIRE .. I am going again today to them - AS I CAN NOT STAND A COMPANY TO FLAT OUT BAIT AND SWITCH.. Heck matters made worse - It is Cooper Tires they put on ..MORE TO COME - They chested me - I wouldn t trust them or recommend WILIAMS TIRE OFR A FLAT REPair - Much less than anything else .. Be warned Deceptive and Bait and Switch.. Talked to local Auot Parts Store mgr on way home - He stated that have terrible time with Williams Tire on replacement parts selling them to Williams Tire as well .. Sadly after today I m totally not surprised .. How and sick business practices..Shame on Williams stores. - I will also tell my experience to hundreds and hundreds of people as well ..

If I could rate them a 0, I would for this experience. This was not my first rodeo. It was the customer service after the fact. I purchased a couple of tires from the Nex Exchange Charleston, Williams Tire is the go to for service. Long story short, out of town stopped to put air in tire discovered a nail, actually 2 screws.Called the 800 number, was sent to the nearest tire company per the claims department. Arrived to the place, the tire was replaced, had to come out of pocket for the service almost $100. Of course, the replacement tire cost double what I originally paid for it. A few hours later got a call from the other tire company. The claim wasn t settled and now I m responsible to come out of pocket for the difference. Needless to say, now it s my problem. William s offers me a refund for the protection plan. No apologies! Because it s my fault I was out of town and had to get my tire replaced. I could have went and purchased a cheaper tire from Sam s, Walmart, NTB , or any place cheaper than where I was sent. If I was told from the beginning that the protection plan wasn t valid, I would not be in this situation. If you re a veteran and want to purchased tires from NEX, just know that you will encounter Williams Tire. If you purchased protection plan, its only good locally. A lesson learned, I will no longer purchased tires from NEX Charleston. No problem! Fool me once and the 2nd time is on me. Williams Tires thank you for your service. It s obvious, I m very disappointment.

Williams tire has been such a blessing this week! Specifically Sheldon, in sales. I ve had two blow outs in the past week and he got me in and out in 20 minutes both times. Would definitely recommend!!

I purchased some steer tires in March of this year. After a couple of months I noticed an unusual wear pattern on the tires. I went in to see if it was an alignment issue and the tire technician told me that the alignment was perfect and that it had to be a issue with the tires. The tires I purchased from these people was defected tires. Well I was told that they would resolve the problem and exchange the tires for new ones and a better brand. Well after months of rejection and lies I was told today by Andre that I would have to purchase the tires and receive credit after someone review the defective tires. That s bad business ! These guys are not worthy or stand behind their tires. Please don t get railroad by these people and take your business elsewhere! I will NEVER recommend or refer anyone to do business with these unprofessional people !! I wish it was a rating lower than 1star I would have definitely used it!!!

Williams Tire is awesome. I use them a lot for my company trucks and they quickly get me back on the road. They are friendly and always look to save me money while keeping my team safe. I use them for my personal vehicle as well. I highly recommend them.

Have used Williams Tire for minor and regular auto issues for quite a few years. No problems. Good service, fair prices and informative regarding repairs. I recently had a fairly major job done which was a days worth of service. I ended up waiting the day with knowledge of a long day, and I was really impressed with the service I got. Before job, I was told all what job entailed, I was told how long, how much longer, (without asking, when waiting ) and while waiting was offered transportation if I needed anything and really for a wait in a auto shop was pretty good lol!! Job done, price was reasonable. Next day had a small issue arise from job done, pulled vehicle off lane, called Williams, they sent a tow truck right out, got me right into shop, and fixed problem right then and there That was a great relief. I really appreciate the effort given me the day waiting and the incident the day after. I would recommend Williams Tire to anyone and I have. Thank you, Howard, Mike, Shelton, Mark, and David.

Stepvan lost a tire. Most dealers don't have road service. Called Mark at Williams. Had to order queer-sized tire I wanted. Tony sent very experienced tech in service truck to my house who changed my tire asap. I have a new tire dealer. Price beat Amazon by $10+. Very fair good service. Thanks Mark and Tony.

Been a customer for years but this last time I went in was probably the worst experience I ve had. Took my truck in to get breaks done had me waiting till about 1 pm before they told me it was gonna be a 6hr job I thought I had an appointment but one of there employees told mee that the guy that made my appointment didn t write anything down so I pretty walked in as a walk in and wasted my day. Went back 2 days later cause I had rescheduled the appointment came in before they appointment at 7:45 am they took my right away around 10 am when I walked outside to see what left I see that they only removed the tires and I see the technician that working on my vehicle walking around. At around 3pm I asked em how much longer cause it had more time then what they told me one of the guys in front flipped out on me and say I told you it was gonna be 6hr you should have dropped it off

If I could give this place no stars I would, the first time I was there I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, there was an older guy at the counter and another older gentleman at a desk on the computer. I finally said something to the man at the counter in which he replied "hold on a minute" very rudely so I waited a few more minutes and then a tech from the shop comes up front and immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed help and he was very nice and directed me to another gentleman who helped me order my tires.Next visit there wasn't any better I stood again at the counter and waited to be served and the same man from before was staring at his computer and after about 10 minutes finally asked me "what do you need" I'm thinking to myself really this is how you treat your customers? I will never return to this place I have a company that has 15 vehicles that I was considering bringing here for all of the services but definitely not now they need some classes on customer service this is really the worst service I've ever received anywhere so I will definitely be going to Gerald's from now on.In response to your question it was the automotive side it was two white haired gentleman that were there and then it was a very nice man named Sheldon who ordered my tires for me but he was not there when I returned the following day. In regards to the invoice I'll have to look thanks for your response and please fix your customer service

I went for new tires and the service was great! My vehicle was picked up from my place of work and delivered back by the end of the work day. It was so convienant. They, also, found me the best price possible for my tires. I am a satisfied customer!

The reason why I went to this place is because my brakes make a sound when I was reversing, they told me this is that it had to be fix (Front brake rotors and front brake pads) That was on june 20.I left my car there and they called me to go and pick up the car by the time they close in the afternoon. When I arrived nobody was there to give me my car, but surprise, mi car has scratches on the back!I had to go back in the next day because basically I was hearing the same noise and they told me that was a normal sound from the brakes.Now in September 03, just two months after I went to this place. Chevy is telling me that I have to change the same!So what did they do to my car!Waste of time, money and oh! The scratches on the back of my car.I do not recommend this place at all.Not even the costumer service is good at all.This place give no guarantees of their work so you pay and you lose.If I could give 0 stars I would do it!

They were nice enough but we spent $160 for them to tell us what we already knew. Somehow took an hour and a half to run diagnostics to tell us we had the wrong alternator. Which we already knew but they didn t take the time to talk to us about it before the fact. Wouldn t recommend.

Williams Tire has been servicing my vehicle for over 4 years. I recently brought my vehicle to them for an oil change and a second opinion as I had taken the vehicle to another mechanic that was open on the weekend and they told me I needed over 600.00 in work done, specifically a new oil filter cap as mine was seized and leaking oil. Williams Tire inspected the part they said was broken and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They once again have earned my trust and business and I learned my lesson in taking my vehicle elsewhere. I highly recommend Williams Tire. They are a local family owned business and they most certainly deserve your business.
