Thanks for your help with and advise on the Paint Protection Film for our new vehicle. Stephon was professional and knows the products he works with - and was honest about any limitations they have. His pricing was competitive. He and his team were great to work with and when needed for other vehicles, we will use Troop Films again. We recommend them!

Stephon and his team did an excellent job getting my new Tremor's fish bowl stock windows darkened up, they look great and are already keeping the truck cooler because of the quality ceramic tint he uses. It was our first experience with PPF (paint protection film, wrapping the entire vehicle) and Tinting of the windows for our new car. TROOP FILMS exceeded every expectation! Stephon was great, he answered all of my questions and was very open and upfront. I am very happy with the outcome on my Ram 2500 and the temperature reduction to my interior is noticeable. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to him.

Had two of my vehicles tinted and they looks amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Saw 2 top of the line exotics inside the shop. If they can trust these guys to their 200K gems then they sure can have a run at my hunk of junks !!

Their work is like art and it s a masterpiece! They are proud of what they create and it shows. If you don t have them tint your windows you ll be sitting in your car this July under the sun stuck in traffic on your way to Folly Beach with sweat pouring out of you by the gallons. Your black premium leather interior will fry you like an egg and you ll be so mad at yourself for not getting tints you ll likely cancel your beach day and head straight to the shop to get some shade for your windows.

Amazing work! But even better is their great communication, updates, and time taken to explain, show and advise. At first I had them do my whole car but the hood that had been done by Toyota. His work is so well-known that when other people saw my car they would instantly say that troop didn't do that hood. Because they knew his work was flawless. I just recently had the Toyota film taken off my hood and Troop put their film to match all of their other film on my car. The difference is amazing! But I think it speaks highly of them to know that others could tell right away that Toyota's work was very below the standard that troop sets. Absolute top notch job. I had the entire hood, fenders and bumper, along with a pillars and side skirts done and the work was exceptional. Meticulous attention to detail was impressive. I have used other places in the Charleston area for PPF on other vehicles, and while their work was good, Troop Films went above and beyond. They really earned my future business and praise.

We purchased a new vehicle and wanted to protect it from the stone chips you get on I-26. I heard that Paint Protection Film would safeguard our vehicle. After calling several shops in the area, we chose Troop Films. Stephon was pleasant, confident, and professional to work with. He informed us of several additional services, but never pushed .His work is simply amazing. My experience with Stephon and Troop Films was one of the best I've had when dealing with any company, automotive or otherwise. He's obviously a master of his craft and while the pictures don't do the quality of his work any justice, I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome of the tint and PPF job on my Tesla. Communication was outstanding and he takes his time to explain all the minute details and options, but at no point was he pushy in any attempt to upsell me. HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE!!!From day one treated like a VIP, very responsive, Stephon when out of his way to accommodate me with getting the car completed due to my short stay here in Charleston.I was kept abreast every step of the way of the process. The level of detail on the car and customer service is BEYOND 5 star!!!! I want to thank Stefan @Troop Films for an AMAZING job!I reached out to Stefan and inquired about getting ppf on a custom vented hood (Seibon TSII) that I had painted and installed. The mkv Supra has one of the biggest most complex hoods on a car, and adding the complexity of vents I wanted to know if it could be protected with ppf in one piece (I didn t want a bunch of spliced together pieces).After sending a few pictures of the hood, Stefan was pretty confident it could be done.While the car was at Troop Films I asked that he also ppf the rear spoiler that I had added 2 yrs prior, along with finishing with ceramic coating to the parts that had been wrapped.Dropped the car off on Monday late afternoon and it was ready for pick up Thursday evening.Was DEFINITELY worth the drive from Beaufort to Charleston.Anyone looking for a professional ppf application at a fair price should 100% hit up Troop Films.SteveAttacked a picture of the hood in question.Service: Paint protection

From my first call with Stephon I could tell I would prefer him to do the Window Tint and Paint Protection Film on my new Maverick. He was able to beat the local prices in Savannah so was worth dropping it off for a few days in Charleston. Looks great, less eye strain in the sun and less worrying about door dings and road debris.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Troop films knocked it out of the park applying paint protection film to the front end of my Land Cruiser. They quoted me at a very competitive price compared to other shops in the area and they even had a crazy fast turn around time. He even buffed out my headlights for me. Stephon Troop did an amazing job! Very professional and with extreme attention to detail. Troop Films applied full-body paint protection film, wrapping the entire car...The film seams are virtually invisible. Highly recommend Troop. Amazing results!

Excellent customer service. Stephone was able to get me scheduled with very short notice and even handled getting my windows tinted while installing PPF on the front of my new F150. His work is top notch. The PPF is nearly invisible and you must get within a foot to see that it is there, it is undetectable on the headlights. Stephone kept me updated throughout the day and informed me of additional work that could be done. Very professional.Service: Paint protection

Troop Films did an awesome job on my 2023 Tesla! They are very thorough and explain in detail what the process was and the warranty! I recommend them to anyone that wants their car wrapped or windows tinted! The employees love what they are doing and it shows with their attention to detail!
