I've never left a review! Been coming to Total Mini & BMW for years, across four cars now. Chad, Trey and the entire team are honest people, always providing solid work. Oil changes, alignments, electrical, suspension, everything engine - the techs know their skill and work is always done properly and professionally. Thanks y'all as always.

Rob and the guys at Total MINI did an amazing job with my car. Communication was great. Timing was accurate for finishing the work, and picking up was a breeze. Thank you for getting my car back on the road and repaired correctly!!

These guys are rockstars. Cannot say enough about Trey, Chad and staff. Super helpful and knowledgable. I recommend anyone with a BMW or Mini to give these guys your business. Will only be having these guys touch my car here on out. Thanks again you guys, you make owning a BMW easy!

I did not have a good Experience with them.They had my car well over two months.Seems like they were throwing parts at my car.Then I was told to pay over two thousand dollars for a car that didn't run..I had mentioned to him that I had some mechanical experienceAnd I was told to take the car home and try to finish it myself.I would not recommend them

They were great with my car and great at communicating with me about what was going on and payment was super simple with the link they test you and e en let you pick up after hours with a secure key box.

These guys are ELITE. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, great communication and service. I wouldn t take my X5 anywhere else, and if you own a BMW, they are hands down the best option.

Trey and his team are knowledge and truly want to fix your car in the safest and best manner possible. They explain things so you understand them. They are responsive and reliable. I am a new BMW owner and will have Total Mini and BMW do all my work. They are knowledgeable and honest and don't want to waste your money and that's what I want !

From start to finish, Rob and the guys at Total Mini & BMW were a pleasure to work with! I'm very particular about who I trust to work on my BMW as I have always done my own repairs but don't currently have a garage or the free time to do so anymore.My 02 325i decided to strand me without warning and I had it towed to their shop. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me a quote for fixing the faulty battery cable as well as a full inspection report on my vehicle. Their prices were fair, the work was completed in a timely manner, and their customer service was superb! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, their shop is clean and well organized, and they even made sure to leave my car inside overnight as the sunroof was stuck open when the car stranded me.As the general manager of another small business, this is the level of client satisfaction I strive to deliver to my customers and it was refreshing to finally find a locally owned BMW shop I can trust! Very solid BMW and mini repair expertise and they're very reasonable about their business and pricing. They provide incremental estimates if they are troubleshooting an unknown problem and detailed quotes due and job. I own a 1997 M3 that had an obscure electrical problem that kept it from starting (failed heater core valve in the HVAC. And they figured it out quickly and solved the problem. I'll definitely be working with them as my service provider for both my M3 and my "new" 2011 328i.

I ve been taking my two minis here for six years This is the only place in Charleston I trust to take my mini. They have the best service, they know exactly what they re talking about and they don t gouge on prices. If you have a mini or a BMW this is the place to go.

Total Mini BMW saved me upwards of $6,000 for a repair. Bought a X5 that had a broken exhaust stud, pulled the exhaust system off the car and couldn't remove the piece in the head. Removing the head to extract and re-thread the hole was going to be costly as it is a diesel. Chad worked with me and we both came up with a solution to fix the head inside the car.Chad worked with his contacts and his shop BUILT a tool specifically for my engine family that allowed him to repair my vehicle without costing me 70% of what I paid for it.I historically have had strong negative feelings about mechanic shops, Chad and his team changed my mind the first time. Will 100% be coming back, if, of course, I can't fix it myself.Fair and honest people, great attitude and willing to work with the customer.

I completely trust the owner and staff with all my Mini Cooper services. They are focused on correcting the current situation but also pay close attention to what possibly could happen if not attended to in X amount of time.They will show and explain to you in detail, backed up with high resolution pictures.(A bench outside would be a nice touch while waiting for a ride, just sayin) Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been bringing my Bimmer here for over 3 years and completely trust the work they do. It's the first shop I've been known on a first-name basis and they give it to you straight on the maintenance your car actually needs. There's not much more I can add to the reviews.

Total Mini & BMW Services was absolutely amazing. Our truck broke down coming down from PA. My local mechanic was able to find these guys in his network and said they come highly recommended.... I 100% agree!! I was a little Leary with it being a BMW garage, as I have a Dodge Ram Pick-Up. They didn t hesitate in helping us out. It was Friday at 11:30 and they were able to order a new fuel pump and get it installed by 5pm! They went above and beyond great service! I recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you for getting us back up and running to have a safe trip back home!! Darren

I had never heard of this business as I had always taken my MINI to the dealer here in Charleston. However, I found Chad through the Charleston MINI Club on Facebook and was so glad I did. He installed the Click and Drive cell phone mount in my 2019 Countryman and did a superb job. He could not have been more helpful in answering my questions before I got to his shop and he actually did the install himself. His price was so much better than the dealer's as well. I highly recommend Chad and his company.

I had only lived in SC for 2 weeks when my Mini's radiator was damaged. I knew absolutely nobody and looked up Total Mini & BMW online. Chad was awesome - provided fair pricing (saved me $100 over AAA) and the shop was lightening fast in completing my repair. Excellent service and top-notch repairs! Highly recommend!

I ve been buying BMWs for about ten years. I won t let anyone touch my cars but Total Mini. Years ago chad the owner use to work at the front desk but he as well as his staff are the best people to take your BMW to. He s very informative, HONEST!!!, & he nor his staff will touch your vehicle without them asking speaking with you and they give an outstanding breakdown of what they can fix and the price. I think the only reason I honestly buy BMWs is because they are the only mechanics I trust. Outstanding work, outstanding businessFive STARS

Hands down, the best place in town to take your BMW. The owner is 100% trustworthy, transparent, and knowledgeable. He employes highly skilled mechanics as well. They provide the same services, and have the same tech that the dealership has but at a lower cost. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, dependable, honest and ethical! Total Mini & BMW are true professionals who run their business with integrity and scruples. After several wasted repair attempts at other mechanics who claimed to specialize in Mini (including the dealership), I had my Mini Countryman towed 3.5 hours to Total Mini & BMW in Charleston. Chad was able to fix my car and get me back on the road quickly. I will not trust my Mini to anyone other than Chad from now on.

Great people and great service all around! They are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything in detail and worked with me to figure out what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait for a later date so that I didn't have a giant bill all at once. Their pricing is very fair and they go out of their way to not charge you for unnecessary things, such as replacing break pads too soon when you could have gotten more life out of them etc... They even checked if I had a warranty for an expensive part so I wouldn't have to pay for it... They are amazing! Thank you!!!

Trey, Chad and everyone were excellent. I brought my wife s Mini Clubman over for a clutch/flywheel repair and a few other things. Prices were very reasonable and they were very thorough. Total MINI is excellent with amazing prices and Chad is extremely helpful and smart. They have always taken car of my MINI! Chad has always gone above and beyond what is necessary to make me happy! Everyone on his staff is passionate about what they are doing and they are all good at! I would recommend anyone to Total MINI & BMW. Hands down THE best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with!

All the reviews are true. Bought a used Mini Checkmate last month for my daughter and took it to Total Mini to get a full inspection. Chad and his crew are great and honest. Chad took his time and explained to me exactly what was needed to get the car road ready. And actually broke it down to what was needed now and what could wait to try and reduce some of the cost. After the service he brought out the parts to actually show me what was changed out so I could see how bad some of the parts were. He really cares about the customers and your car. Since he knew the car was for my daughter he even gave her a business card for her to call him if she was ever having problems with the Checkmate while she was at school. Highly recommended Total Mini--- Exceptional Customer Service!!!

Could not have received better customer service. I went in because I thought I had a leaking CV boot but it turned out a shock absorber was leaking. They also found several issues that I had overlooked since my M3 has lately been garaged for extended periods of time due to my working out of town. Chip, the technician, was patient and showed me the issues and we agreed upon what was to be done and the price. The service was performed promptly and Chip went over the repair list and explained all that was done and a couple of items that I agreed would be taken care of by myself. They were not the least bit condescending about me completing some of the items that I had the ability and time to complete. This speaks loudly to their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend their business to anyone who needs service on their BMW.

I am a repeat customer to Total Mini & BMW. Each time they made repairs and sent me on my way with my Mini working as it should be. They have been available to answer my all questions, no matter how trivial. There is an enthusiasm about the vehicles they work on and making them right that I just haven't encountered at other shops. I have two Mini's that occasionally need professional attention and both have been to see the Chad and his crew at Total Mini & BMW and have always been returned in the best working order and the Customer Service has been great.

These guys are top notch. I was told by Hendrick s Bmw service that I had a differential leak which would cost 1400.00 to fix.I called Total Bmw and they quoted 600.00 for the same repair! Then they went through the diagnostic and said there was no leak!! It cost me 65.00 to save 1400.00!Thanks for your honesty!!

Total Mini and BMW Services was recommended to me shortly after I purchased my used BMW. The first time I called they looked up my vehicle and found that much of the dealer warranty was still active. I am convinced they have my cars and my best interest. They've earned my business.
