Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a tire I suspected had a leak in it as I have had to put air in it a few times over the past couple days. They came back to me and said no leak just a little low. So I don t think anything more. Next day tire is flat. I take it to a different shop and they take the tire off and clear as day has a nail in the tire. This tells me they didn t bother to rotate the tires either.

I visited this location after my local Tire choice in Mt Pleasant permanently closed. I m glad I did! I m writing this review to let others know the Amazing service I received in this location. The General Manager Laura was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. I had a bad front rotor and wheel bearing the was causing a horrible squeaking noise in my front end. After taking the car apart we found out that the auto part store near by had given me the wrong parts. She literally drove me over a mile to get the right parts for my car and she did it with a smile the entire time. The Tech at this location William is one of the best in the area with over 40 years of experience and very professional. He explained everything to me and fixed my car like it was new again. I will not look anywhere else for future needs. This was outstanding customer services A+++++

I was a walk in and they were able to help me and get the service done quickly. They went above and beyond with extra checks on my vehicle and very helpful information during and after the service. I will definitely use them again.

$140 for them to change my tires ( i supplied the tires). Service was quick, but they broke the jeep emblem cover from the middle of my rims and said it was already broken when they got it. However, if it was broken, it still fit in there perfectly. Now it is completely broken and I have to pay to replace the part. Then, I get my shocks changed else where, and while the shocks were being changed ( i was there the whole time) I noticed that my brake lines were zip tied together because they broke both of the front ones on both sides. So obviously these workers need a lot more training before they go messing with peoples vehicles. I was seriously not happy to see that they broke more then just a piece off my rims. Be wary going here

Had a flat tire on my way to work. They got my car in, checked out my tire. It couldn't be fixed. I explained I had purchase the tire somewhere else and had a road hazard warranty. They put my emergency tire on for me, put my tire in my hatch and had me on my way. Unbelievably they did not charge me for coming to my rescue. Wonder people!

Got my front end alignment done. They ended up checking all 4 tires for the same price. Everyone was very nice and even showed me the alignment diagnostics and verified another smaller issue to come back and have fixed, to stabilize the alignment that was just performed. Overall Laura at the front was very helpful and nice, and will be going back to have future work done.

I had a very unexpected flat tire and thank God I was down the street from Tire Choice! They got me in immediately so I could get to my next meeting on time. Jessica has the customer service etiquette that we are lacking a lot of in this world today, her sense of urgency and kindness is unparalleled! Thank you Tire Choice for saving the day and for your wonderful staff!

I am so livid at this point. I am grateful for the manager Melissa, but at this point I am so disappointed in this place. I have been a client here for almost 2 years and I have met plenty good people. I EVEN OPEN A CREDIT CARD ACCT. They did oil changes on my suv and never recorded none of the customer satisfaction oil changes which my car dealership made it seems as if I neglected my car. My carfax is messed up and it's always a large overturn at this PLACE. I now can't drive my vehicle bc of not only of the recalls, but bc I tirechoice do not have the paperwork that should be in tge system. They sid that they will not provide. This is not my fault. Corporate has yet to get back to me and the New district manager his heart can not give me the missing paperwork. Now I am out of vehicle and no one is helping. I see that this has been issues in the past. I loved this place and I won't be returning. I now need to figure out the next steps bc the store manager who was always in training didn't have a clue either. At least thats the excuse i use to get when i asked about him. ..I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

The store closes at 7. I returned to pick up my tire at 6:30 to an empty parking lot where I proceed to temporarily park my Dually truck and connected trailer sideways in what amounts to 4 parking spaces, again in front of a store that is about to close and currently has a completely empty parking lot. All of a sudden, the mechanic runs out and aggressively yells, "hey yo, park over there." I normally wouldn't have a problem with that but the aggressiveness, eye contact, and tone were very unreasonable seeing that the store was about to close and the parking lot was completely empty. I then asked why? He said that I was in his way and was taking up spaces of other customers whon would want to park. I mentioned I just came to pick up my tires and asked him if he realized they were about to close AND the parking lot is also completely empty. He said he didn't care about none of that. I admit, if his tone were a little different on initial contact, I wouldn't have minded doing it, however, the completely disrespectful tone he presented ensured that I wasn't going to do anything to accomodate him. It takes respect to receive it in return.He then proceeded to follow me into the store as if he were ready for a physical altercation. After I told the store clerk what was happening she apologized for him while he stood in the corner brewing over the fact the he wasn't going to get his way. I paid for my tires as he yelled what's your name and telling me he's going to get my license plate and make sure I could never come back. I happily gave it to him as I knew myself after the way I was treated it wasn't going to happen anyway. But he then proceeded to stomp around and have a temper tantrum as I loaded up my tires and proceeded to leave. Once more, the whole 7 minutes I was there, nobody even pulled into the parking lot. Even after all of that, the store was only able to mount 1 of the 2 tires I contracted to have mounted as they didn't have the right tire stem to mount one of the tires. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT as there are MANY tire stores with way better service. NO THANK YOU.

I am out of town and got a flat tire in the construction area. Many of the shops did not even answer their phone. The ones who did, would not let me come in without an appointment. Not only did they answer, but they let me come in without an appointment. They quickly installed 2 new tires and rotated the others. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job! I would highly recommend their tire service!

The staff here are knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to easily make an appointment online. I showed up a little before my appointment time and I was helped right away. I asked for an oil change, tire inspection, and tire rotation.I ended up having to replace my front two tires. The brand I agreed to replace them with turned out to be out of stock, so the manager upgraded my tires to the next tier brand with no change in price. The total cost was fair and was about what I expected for two new tires and an oil change. I did not feel pressured to spend any more money than I needed to.Overall good experience.

My car was starting weakly so I figured I needed a new battery. I took it in today without a prior appointment, described my issues, and my car was quickly checked out despite only one person working in the garage. They confirmed my suspicion and replaced my battery and checked why my service engine light was on - they communicated this issue wasn't urgent, much to my relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service today.

Came in on a Sunday to find out if they can replace a tire that got blown out. Not only did the have the tire in stock, but were able to get it done in less than twenty minutes. Hands down Frank did an outstanding job. Well done.

I came here on a Sunday for a 4 wheel alignment and they spotted a nail in one of the tires and plugged it. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. The restroom was even clean, not like other shops I have been to. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Im a travel nurse, working in Charleston from Greenville SC. I stopped in this locate, after being turned down at 4 other locations, those places wouldn't ever hear what I needed. One place just screamed that he was working alone and was going to close. I'm so happy I continued to drive, stopped in theTire Choice on River..I thank God, AWSOME STAFF. Caleb was great, I think he was the manager. Took care of me, and made me want to spend money.. I'm cheap, but I will pay for Great Service......Thanks again!!!!!!!

I really appreciated this guys taking a nail out of my tire yesterday. But as a heads up, they charge $25 to repair a tire. They needed a couple hours to get it done so I had to leave my car. When I went to pick it up, they had it in the parking lot with my window rolled down. Eek! Didn t have any valuables in the car but I had to inventory everything...this could have been terrible if I d had anything in it of value, and this area is heavily trafficked.

I got a flat tire on my way to work this morning and the lovely gentlemen at this shop changed my tire for me for free and offered to repair the tire for cheap if it was possible instead of pressuring me to buy a new tire if I really didn't need to. The manager John even let me know that if I need my car serviced I can bring it in on my way to work and they will drop me off at work and pick me back up later when the car is done. Customer service here is amazing and they were fast too. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

everyone here is great, nice and efficient. they are very considerate except katt, they call her a manger but she isnt worth that title, the technicians have better customer service than her.

They tried a lot to fix our tire balance they worked probably 45 minutes and they went for test driving with us. Problem was not fixed snd the guys didn t even charge us one cent. This people are very honest. Thank you guys

It is so important to be able to trust a business with your car care . I got a general sense of customer appreciation and honesty in the service observed and performed. John took his time to explain what was evaluated on my vehicle. Major thumbs up!

This place has always treated me right. Very nice people. And excellent service I also love the nerd gumballs they have in the gumball machine. I have never seen nerd gumballs before so you should definitely try it out while you're waiting for your tires to get worked on.

I can always count on John to make sure my vehicles are taken care of. The customer service from Dee Dee is awesome. Dee Dee is polite and very helpful and knows how to get the job done. The mechanic Frankie is a hardworker and gets the job done and is always ready to give a helping hand. If there was more stars to give Tire Choice Auto Service Center is the best place to go. I will keep doing business with Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. We went there yesterday because we had a flat tire, but we did have a spare we were told that it would be $10 charge and a five hour wait. The five hour wait was a bummer, but hey what can you do. So we proceeded to catch a ride and come back five hours later only to be told that the job could not be done. They claimed that one of the lug nuts were swollen and that they did not have the tools to remove it. They also said that our $10 job was now a $75 job due to the swollen lug nut. The best part is yet to come we were also told we would have to leave the car overnight because a manager was the only one who had the tools to fix the issue. We had them to put air in tire and drove it across the street to pep boys. Pep boys was closing but, informed us they could fix it in the morning. So I had to miss work, but long story short pep boys changed the tire at no charge, and informed us that the lug nut was not swollen.

On Thursday July 16, 2020 me and my three kids drove to Tire Choice on Rivers Rd in Charleston SC around 10:30 am the night before my car ran hot... Took it to Tire Choice I was told I needed New Radiator total cost would be $690.45 radiator was $199 the remainder was for labor.. Came back 3 hours later And paid for the service... I was told that everything was good to go went to crank car IT WOULD NOT Crank!!!! The guy who took my payment told me it was Murphy s Law and Now it needed a head gasket... Manager would not speak to me and I had to tow my car off their property...I was Ripped Off!! I m taking this company to smalls claims court and I filed a complaint with the BBB

Awesome service! Jim, the store manager, was super personable and nice, and squeezed an appointment in at the very end of the day so we wouldn't have to wait until morning to get our tire fixed. I would definitely recommend this Tread Quarters to anyone looking for fast, friendly, hinest service.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. Seriously!! My son blowout a rear tire on I26 just passed the Ashley Phosphate exit. My son called me and I instructed him to call his insurance to get a tow to the nearest tire shop. Tire Choice on Rivers Ave was the closest place. The vehicle was picked up and upon delivery to the shop... the shop employees flat out refused to help! All the techs were in the shop sitting on stools. They walked to the tow driver and said do not drop it, we dont want it. Confused my son called me on Messenger to show and allow me to listen what was being said. The vehicle has stock rim and tires. We just added a body kit with panels for jack points.. nothing outrageous! My son in tears then wasted another 35 mins on the phone to find out the insurance will not cover the additional charges. Tire Choice.. I have a big family with lots of friends who just happen to live in the immediate area. I will promise that anyone and everyone I know will know how you treat your customers.

My experience was fine. Customer service was average - they kinda stare at you like Whatdoya want? at first. But hey it s North Charleston, whatdoya expect?FYI if your getting a tire plugged like I was, you better print out the coupon from their website so they do it for free because they WON T tell you about it?
