Guys were super helpful & quick with the work done to my Tacoma. Shaun told me the estimated time & it was done much quicker than expected! Shaun was also super friendly & personable! Mikey & Ethan worked on it & gave me great insight of what needed to be done to my truck. Thank you guys again!

I have been to this location quite a few times for mechanical issues and recently a tire repair. They always go above and beyond to try and diagnose the issue, fit me in without appointment and give great service. As a young single woman who knows nothing about cars, I have had bad experiences and been taken advantage of at other shops before and have never felt uncomfortable or misled at Tire Choice.

The worst place to go! The Manager, Ryan, is a complete liar. I took my car to their location two weeks ago to change my oil, and all fluids topped off. Instead of saying he made a mistake and forgot to top off the fluids, he said my car doesn't have an area where liquids are topped off. If you do not know about vehicles, please do not go to this location; they will tell you all kinds of garbage. They have no integrity or morals. After calling a few locations to see if what Ryan was saying was true, I called Ryan back, asking to put everything he said in writing instead of acting like a manager and addressing the issue; he hung up and would not answer my calls. I have called ten times a horrible example of a manager.

I went to get an oil change on 11/17/23 at Tire Choice at 8465 Dorchester Rd, Suite A. I originally tried to use my discount from Door Dash for 58.17 but was unaware I had to have the funds on my dasher direct card. Ryan Langdon told me that since he had to cancel the order my oil change would be 106.00 and he couldn't offer me the normal discount they offer because he had to cancel the order. He said that I needed new tires, and he can put them on for me today. I advised him I didn't have the money for brand new tires today. He said that he would have to report that to Carfax and that I couldn't deliver for door dash until I get brand new tires. I felt very uneasy with his sales tactic and was confused so I left and went outside. He came outside and said I got your oil change down to 106.00 for you. I gave him 15.76 using my Direct Dash card and 96.00 in cash. When I left the shop, I notice my receipt said THIS IS NOT A INVOICE OR FINAL RECEIPT It's an estimate showing you made a deposit. I called customer service on 11/20/2023 and spoke with a women name Liz she took my complaint and asked her to send me the receipt I received from Ryan. She advised me that in their system it shows I paid 57.18 for my oil change. I gave Ryan 96.00 in cash and 15.76 from my debit card.I was promised a call back from the district manager and the Customer service manager no one has called me back yet. I recently reached out to Liz at Monroe Customer service, and she replied they are requesting paperwork from him. I still have not gotten any resolution or my money back. I was also told he didn't apply the 17.00 discount for current customers that he should of.

The techs were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I was aware I will be in the market for new tires soon, but there was no upselling of any products. Fair, reliable, affordable and friendly sums it up.

I needed tires and an oil change...I walked in and my service was completed under 4 hours!!! Ryan and both Robs were GREAT!!! I REALLY appreciate they didn't take advantage of me!

Speaking of RYAN the manager who plays games on his phone while rejecting a customer because she doesn t want to pay $3000 according to the mechanic. Who lied about me needing extra parts. For some breaks that were on sale online for $158.99, from his exact words. you can t go off of everything you see online with tire choice.But I got my vehicle re-evaluated by another company. Being a female I know that mechanics are more likely to scam females, because you don t know anything about cars. He didn t even look me up in their system. I already told him what my budget was.. which was for the breaks and a brand new tire. I was disappointed but happy I had a better experience at the other location.

I made an appointment for an oil change only. When I arrived I asked if I could add a tire rotation and front end alignment. I was given an estimate on price and time. I was prepared to wait the given time of an hour and a half to 2 hours and was shocked when it was ready in approximately 30-45 minutes! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I am a return customer and will continue to be! Thank you for all you do!

I had a wonderful experience in October of last year. Ryan the Manager is wonderful person and human being. He was extremely kind, patient, and explained what was going on with my vehicle so that I understood the severity of the situation. He and his team took great care of me. I highly recoommend going to this location.

Had a large bolt in my tire (see picture) and Daniel was able to get me in and out very quickly, and they were even able to patch the tire! Very reasonable pricing, and I will be back with my car as well as my wife's car in the near future.

They are the top notch in North Charleston. They gave me a crazy better price to fix center things on my car than half the other car at shops did after I called them. Definitely go to these guys! Always get a 2nd and 3rd opinion.

This was the first time I had gone to Tread Quarters to get any kind of service. The first good sign was that they were open on Sundays. Sunday s are the only time I really have to do any sort of errands, so that was very convenient for me and all I needed was an oil change.When we walked in, Emily was at the front desk and very sweet. She let us know upfront how much everything was going to be and let us know she would call when it was all done.When we came back, there happened to be an issue with my vehicle while they were working on it. The problem they had was recognized and solved before I had come back and I was not charged extra for the issue since it was not a fault of mine or theirs.Mike was the mechanic working on my car and he and Emily explained the issue and why they had the problem and how they fixed it. Since my car took much longer to change the oil than expected, they compensated me for the time and created an extremely happy customer.The customer service that I experienced at this location was excellent and professional and they now have a customer for life.Thank you Emily and Mike!! We cannot thank you enough!

I have used this Tire choice location on several occasions. I haven t had a chance to write a review but wouldn t/couldn t pass up this opportunity to do so this time. I have always received great customer service at this location and this last visit was no exception. The manager John was ready to assist my son with an issue I was having with my vehicle after an oil change. John was quick to assess the situation, let my son know what the problem was and how it would be handled. When he called to let me know my vehicle was ready, he explained everything that was done and what to expect moving forward. Everything he said he would do, he did. It s so refreshing to witness this level of integrity within a business; specifically an auto repair shop. I appreciate the professionalism shown and will continue to bring all of my vehicles here to be serviced.

We have been to this Tire Choice center a few times now. The shop is always professional, helpful and very well priced. We went in with 4 soft tires recently. They checked everything and found that there were 13 nails in them. They found us a great price on replacements and put them on in a quick and safe manner. They have been a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at this establishment was horriblefrom the front desk to the Mechanics. The Mechanic services my automobile was not good at all.The mechanic smelled like weed. Could not explain to me why he did not rotate my tires he was slugging when speaking to me . i should have been advised rather my tires needed to be rotation. I brought my concerns to the front desk person he was no better he said something about the thread this is why the tires were not rotated. Again i should have been advised before this decision wasMade. I would never take my business to this place again or recommend to family or friends

I was looking for a tire repair shop near me and found Tire Choice (formerly Tread Quarters) to get my tire plugged (repaired). They don't plugged tires, instead they repair tires with quality material that is way better than those backyard mechanic shops. The manager Bret was awesome! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also met a manager in training for another store who was very helpful. Being a female who doesn't know much about cars, they did not take advantage of me. Their prices are reasonable. I am glad I live near a reliable repair shop. I will suggest them to all my friends and family.

Called in beforehand and I was told to come in to have the work done on my car over the phone. Drove all the way there and was told the head mechanic was not there. Told the guy someone told me to come in to have the work done and he said oh I guess they didn t know the head mechanic wasn t here! Asked when should I come back and he said whenever smh !

Flat tire repair late Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. They took my Corvette in and fixed the flat when no one else would even look at it due to the three day weekend. Good job fixing the flat and a perfect wheel balance. Johnathan and his tech Dave did a great job. Very professional and courteous. They really went the extra mile to get my tire fixed and get me going on this extremely busy holiday weekend.I will always recommend Tire Choice, especially this store at 8465 Dorchester Rd., North Charleston, SC. when you need tire service. They did well for me and I'm sure they will for you also.Thanks again guys, great job.

Great experience! The manager Daniel was extremely helpful, and funny! I had a lot of work done to my vehicle, and had to leave it overnight to get the work completed. Daniel arranged for Cole, another nice and funny member of his team, come pick me up from home to retrieve my vehicle. Overall, they were very professional and courteous. I could feel the difference in how my vehicle was operating as soon as i drove off! Thank you Cole, Daniel, and the mechanics team! I will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

WOW!!!!! I had a 130pm appointment for vehicle inspection and was out of there at 2pm. Cole and Bruce were awesome! They took the time to explain and educate me on what i needed to have done and how benefit from in the future. I highly recommend them because they do the right thing. I sincerely appreciate the good service and will be back.

My daughter and I had our cars oil changes done at this location and we were extremely pleased with the professional and friendly service we received from the service clerk. Cole was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best type of oil change for our high milage cars. He informed us about other services they offer without trying to pressure us. I will definitely continue to bring my car to this location. They were fast, friendly and did an excellent job. Cole is an excellent asset to your company.

I came in for an oil change. The service was fast, I was there less than 45 minutes. The manager, Daniel, was helpful and polite. They suggested services that I didn't necessarily need now but should start thinking about getting them done. The shop was one of the cleanest I have ever been in and it didn't smell like other auto shops. Thoroughly impressed and I will definitely be back!

The first time I went here for an oil.change, it was because it was close to my house. I went back because the price was better than anyplace near me. I keep.going back because they are awesome. I've had brakes done here, had a tire repaired, and had numerous oil changes. Their prices are good, they stick to appointment times, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and pleasant.
