They did an absolutely wonderful job! Was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Explain things in detail and suggested items that may need replacing but also we re not pushy at all and allowed me to make my decision without feeling bad about it. Very pleased all in all

This oil change center is truly amazing! I consistently receive fast and high-quality service every time I visit. They swiftly complete their tasks while also checking the air pressure in my tires, which is truly commendable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always leave satisfied and trust them completely. I highly recommend this place.

The service was incredible. These guys worked on my car and make sure my car was taking care of. They point out some additional info about the car and suggest that I took care of it right here which I did. And that was a major important thing that really stand out, they want to make sure that the car drive safe. These guys did a phenomenal job with the service that they performed. Very communicative and friendly! Came in with my 06 Beetle and even tho the attendant didn t know how to access my cabin filter, he was more than willing to be patient and learn with me! I m always very satisfied when I go there

Proceed with caution! I would be leery of trusting their "professional opinion" here. I used to come to this location about every 3 months for an oil change. On one visit I was told I needed a coolant flush and that they noticed a a lot of debris that needed to be cleaned out. I proceeded with the flush and was told I wouldn't need another flush for awhile. At my next visit 3 months later, another person working gave me the same spiel about needing a flush and seeing debris. I mentioned that was an odd observation because I had a flush last time. He then stopped talking, looked in his computer, and told another worker, "she said she had one last time." After that, he completely dropped it and didn't say anything else about the flush to me. Seemed like a scam to just get more money out of me. Since this experience, I have found a new place to get oil changes that's much better!

Man they do more than their job!!! There is a chemistry at this particular take 5 that you won t find at every shop hospitality is as great as the quality and speed of their work!

Always friendly and helpful. I told the young man I had a long trip coming up and he recommended I come in right before leaving to make sure everything was still good and they would top off free of charge if needed.

I discovered I needed an oil change and my fluids flushed so I stopped off at Take 5 on Rivers Avenue because I saw online that they have a military discount and it was the closest one to where I was at the time. When I got there I was greeted very politely and given a free bottle of water. The staff were very polite and very knowledgeable. I had 2 vehicles ahead of me when I first arrived in the parking lot. From the time I pulled in to the time I pulled was only about 45minutes. The staff were very thorough and their system for validation seemed to be on point. The manager on shift I believe his name was Jacob or Jake or something like that. Very polite as well and very involved in the process from when I arrived to when I left. 5 out of 5 recommend to friends and colleaguesService: Oil change

Ramell and Jon Paul were so friendly and efficient. I had total confidence in the work they did. They worked together as a great team . They both deserve a HUGE raise . I've had not so good experiences at other locations, but now I will continue to use this company

Great crew, friendly staff. They were so helpful explaining tire pressure to me. They offered me filters, advised me on how often to change them. I come here regularly because this location has a good vibe and positive people.

I can t say enough about Dante and the entire staff at Take 5 though I spent more than I planned it was worth every penny. Dante words if you are good to your car your car will be good to you. Go to Take 5 and ask for Dante he is amazing very customer service focused.

Quick, helpful, and really great service. Dant� is the best, very knowledgeable, and couldn t have been more helpful! Normally I would not write a review for a service like this but the experience was just too good not to! I ll definitely be coming here only for now on.

Every time I need an oil change I ALWAYS make sure to come to this location. Dante, all of the workers and management are amazing. They always make sure to communicate and give full detail on everything during the service. Out of all of the take 5 locations, this is the best location!!

The best oil change I ever had. Dante made sure I was taken care in overseeing and his teammates Daniel, Dustin, Kyle, Killian and Jamie made the experience so much better. I end up getting cabin filter, air filter and windshield wipers because of Daniels selling skills. Can t wait to come back!

The gentlemen who work here are always so polite and patient with me. They take time to answer any questions I have and are very respectful of my age. They are the reason I won't have my vehicle serviced anywhere else.They are all 5 in my book.

I wish I could give this take 5 a million stars, best place I ve ever taken my car too. I went in for a coolant flush and an oil change- my hose was bad and they were so wonderful about getting my car fixed even tho that was out of their usual services. There was a line piling up behind me but I was given nothing but kindness and reassurance that they would take care of my car. Super thankful to the men at take 5!

the staff was amazing. explained everything I needed. And got it done quickly. I didn t feel like I was pushed into doing anything. i always had the option to decide. definitely will go back.

The guy who lifted my hood, was cursing and mad. I asked him what the problem was of why he is cursing. He said it was because of where my filter was located. That doesn t make sense to me of why he was cursing. It took over 30 minutes for anyone to come service my car. There were about 5 or more guys working last night and no one came to service me after I was guided into Bay 1. The price I was quoted at the beginning was completely off. It was an extra $30 more than what he said.

Everyone was polite and efficient, offered water while I wait , which was refreshing to see. Help to meet my personal needs. I highly recommend Take 5. They made my time and me seemed valuable.

I found my most recent experience to be unpleasant. Adolf seemed incompetent and rude. Upon checking my cabin air filter, he was extremely pushy about me getting a new one because mine was dirty. After saying no, he proceeded to hold it up and show the other employees as if I were being ridiculous. I would ve if I wasn t already paying $130+ for an oil change/engine air filter.
