Just recently I purchased a new vehicle from Stokes VW. This was the 2nd car I ve purchased from this dealership. It was great to be able to work with the same salesman as I had dealt with for my 1st purchase with Stokes. Brandon Jackson was once again professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. As stressful as car buying can be, Brandon, his sales manager Lorenzo and the finance manager Charlotte all worked as a team to help me get a deal I was comfortable with.At the end I drove off with a beautiful 2024 Golf R!So happy!!

I was in a very precarious situation with a car that I purchased for my mother 3 years ago. I purchased the car from Stokes Honda. The car was in my name as well as my mother. I desperately needed to get out of the car and get a car that was larger and suitable for my husband. I spoke with Maria and she encouraged me to come in. I prayed about it and went in. I was warmly greeted by Brandon and we conversed briefly about my situation. Well, I had a deal! I left with a brand new 2024 Atlas! I love the car. I loved my experience with Charlotte, who was very accommodating and kind! I also met the General Manager, Mike Mazell. Brandon made the experience streamline and easy. It has been a week and he has checked on me several times to ensure that I was fully acclimated to my new car! Big Kudos to Stokes Volkswagen. I love the Stokes family and would HIGHLY recommend them for your next car purchase.

I loved every single second I spent in Stokes Volkswagen. The whole Team (Joel and Van especially) went above and beyond to make sure we have the best deal and feel as comfortable as possible during the whole process. We felt welcomed, respected and taken care of. Test drove several cars and received a consultation on each of them with a lot of details and considerations! If you want to get a fair deal, be advised on possible solutions and helped during the entire process - Stokes Volkswagen is The Place! Thank you for this memorable experience!

I made an appointment because my engine light was on and my car is only a year old and under warranty still. They told me they could not even look at my car until at least a week later and did not tell me until I had driven all the way over to the dealership for my appointment instead of calling. I was also previously informed by another dealership that there was a recall for my brakes and that they needed to be checked for replacement a couple months ago but the lady said that they were wearing faster than they should but that it was not going to be covered under warranty because they were not worn enough to replace yet?? At least they were able to do my oil change. Exactly 2 days after I left the dealership a blister showed up on my sidewall of one of my tires. I had not driven it since returning from the dealership because I was worried about my check engine light still being on. When I called to tell them they told me they could not help me because the tire warranty was separate from my car warranty and that I needed to call my tire manufacturer instead. After needing to replace my tire they offered no reimbursement or anything AND my check engine light is still on. I was able to make another appointment at a different location and they were able to rotate my tires, check my brakes, give me a car wash, check my engine, find the problem, and replace the part, all for free and under 1 1/2 hours.

I had a great experience at Stokes VW. They had a great inventory and were able to show me exactly what I was looking for. Parris Croft helped me through the whole process. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me into making a decision. He gave me the peace of mind to walk away and make the decision that was right for me without any fear of losing a deal or the car that I want. He came in to complete the sale on his day off and had everything ready to go. This made it quick and painless to complete the process.

Joel had me in a car within 20 minutes of arriving. Very flexible with touchups on the car and working around my schedule to get the fixes done. Walked out the door with a great car for a good price.

First and foremost, Joel Crawford was the most amazing sales representative I have ever done business with throughout my car buying years. He was professional, kind, listened to what our needs and wants really were and went to bat for us with his Management Team. The store itself was in a great location, clean, and well organized. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and offered a handshake or a smile. Even though we are from the Upstate of SC, we would drive to North Charleston to do business again with Joel and Stokes! God is good!

Very polite and professional service staff. The text updates and video inspection are all great features but I wouldn't take my car there for service out of warranty due to the exorbitant pricing. I've also lost faith in Stokes in general due to their greed and unethical market adjustments across the board but this shouldn't take away from the excellent service rendered by the service department.
