5-Star dealership all the way. We purchased our leased vehicle at Stokes Mazda in North Charleston today and the process couldn't have been smoother. Michael Gregory, the sales manager, is the best I have ever encountered.Micheal is such a gracious, very accommodating person, who coordinated everything for us and made the entire transaction seamless. There were no surprises, everything was as explained it would be when we spoke on the phone. Although we arrived over 30 minutes early, we were not made to wait and were quickly ushered to a private office and made comfortable while they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us.Chad Bowers, sales consultant was great in helping explain and execute the additional paperwork, and Dan Wiggins, finance manager wrapped things up with the rest of the paperwork, explaining some great service and tire packages available. We were very, very well taken care of.Not only is the dealership beautifully renovated (and of course, the cars are beautiful), but this dealership provides 5-star service from the minute you walk through the door.If you're in the market for a car, add Stokes Mazda in North Charleston to your shortlist, not only for the cars but for the people and service. They'll take great care of you. It's the best dealership experience we've ever had and consequently where we'll return to buy our next car. Highly recommend.

Love love love Stokes Mazda! This is my second Mazda and both times buying, my experience was phenomenal! Yesterday, Kayla called me to let me know the car I had my eye on was moved from the showroom and onto the lot so it was the perfect time for me to come take a test drive. She met me when I got there with keys in hand and we took it for a spin. I loved it! Back at the dealership Kayla and Dan were thorough and efficient with all the paperwork and details. Kayla then went through the vehicle with me and showed me all the features, hooked my phone to the blue tooth, and I was set to go! Fantastic experience for the second time at Stokes Mazda! I d highly recommend checking them out when ready to buy a new or new to you vehicle!!

I have leased 2 cars from Mazda all thanks to the help of Chuck Meyer and his outstanding service. He made my car-leasing experience fun, stress-free and easy, which is why I keep going back. Above all he has been accessible to me since I met him back in 2018, to answer all my questions and more. I don't live in Charleston any more but drive back just to work with him. 12/10 recommend!

Had such a pleasant time buying experience here! Alberto was so friendly, helpful and made sure I was sure with my purchase. The whole process went very smooth and he did his best to get me a deal I was happy with. I would most definitely recommend him if you are considering a Mazda for your next car. I recently purchased my second Mazda from Stokes my first experience was a hot mess it was in a trailer and very unorganized although they were under construction I left with a vehicle I settled for. My recent visit almost a year from my first purchase I left with the vehicle I wanted to begin with. This time I was assisted by a young man Chad Bowers, he made my experience much better as he was much more professional and savvy. He got me through the process quickly and with the truck I love. I highly recommend Chad as your sales agent . You will then meet the comical Dan Wiggins the F&I manager to sign your papers and he will have you laughing thru the quick process. Thanks to them both for regaining my confidence and making me feel comfortable

Purchasing a new car was a great . Chris Padilla was awesome to work with. Answered any question and even gave extra explanations. The whole sales process was simple and smooth. Chris was thorough with all the paperwork and very efficient with time. I would definitely buy again from Chris.

Had such a pleasant and stress-free buying experience there. Jesus, Mike, and Dan were so friendly, helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The whole process went very smoothly and they did their best to get me a deal I was happy with. We went into this experience scared to death! Well there was no need. I felt like I was dealing with family. They treated us like king and queen. It was a wonderful experience and I am thrilled. The best people I have ever done business with. They were friendly, courteous, did what they said and said what they did. Mike was the manager that we had and was perfect. A great guy! Kayla Westbury was our sales person and was wonderful. I felt like we were dealing with our granddaughter. No pressure sales , no gimmicks just straight forward honesty and very sincere people. The finance man, Daniel Wiggins, was to the point, no pressure and did a great job. They are the kind of people that you would like to go by to say hello to them and visit.

I went to Stokes Mazda looking for a used car. I was ready to trade mine in. Kayla Westbury, Mike the sales manager and Daniel the financial service, and Travis Westbury helped me with the easiest, smoothest sale. After spending hours with them they treated us like family. I left there with a brand new 2024 Mazda 3. They made me feel at home and explained everything to me. They were the most patient people I ve ever met. Did not push anything at all on me like most salespeople do! If I did not like it they would suggest other things. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars does not do justice they need 10 stars!

After 10 years of driving a Mazda 6, and two years of experience with service at Stokes Mazda, my wife and I felt it was time to choose a new set of wheels. Matt Parkhurst and Mike in Sales were most helpful in finding the right vehicle with features and comfort we liked. They were patient and helped us through a complex decision. And the final stop with Dan in Finance was good information, but not pushing something we didn't need for our driving needs.Based on my experience, I think Mazda's expectations for dealers, on how to create loyal customers are the best. It's a long term relationship, and I want my friends to experience it too.

I had an amazing experience at Stokes Mazda. Everyone I encountered was professional, personable, and honest which are admirable traits. From Matt Parkhurst, Mike Gregory and Dan Wiggins each one walked me through the total process of buying a newer vehicle. Thank you so much to these three gentlemen and if anyone is in search of a new/used vehicle go talk with these guys they can find and get you in what you want!

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 at this dealership. It was our first visit to Stokes Mazda. I must say that the entire process was seamless and pleasant. The dealership was immaculate, the staff very professional but yet personable. To be specific: (1) Our sales person was a young man named Dalton. He immediately greeted us even though it was pouring the rain. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He is a very pleasant and polite young man who has an excellent work ethic. (2) The sales manage who is named Mike also was very pleasant and transparent in putting together the deal. He was very fair and respectful in explaining the logistics of the process. (3) The finance guy is named Dan. Again pleasant, respectful and very funny to ease the tension. He presented all the options available but yet not in a way to pressure any decisions.I guess the main theme I wish to convey is that if you are looking for a great product and dealership with great friendly people, look no more! We are new to this area and visited Stokes with no recommendations nor expectations. So with an open mind I can honestly say they are a cut above. Thanks to all..... !!!

I had an excellent experience at Stokes Mazda! Suzi Boucher was the PERFECT person for me to work with--knowledgable, patient, generous with her expertise, and she helped me make the perfect (and easy!) decision about my new CX-30 without making me feel pressured in any way. I highly recommend Stokes and especially Suzi! Thank you for making my new car purchase such a pleasure!

Terrible customer service. Charged me $700.00 for an inspection on my lease buy out. All they did was change the oil. Very dishonest transaction. They should be ashamed of taking money with no back up details!! Never will I return!! Yes, you did reach out to me and we spoke and planned for me to come by on Monday. I emailed Brianna Monday and Tuesday with no response. I went back today and the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Brianna for making this transaction clear and honest.

We drove by the dealership on a Sunday, saw the car I wanted and made an appt to have it delivered to Mt. Pleasant for a test drive. Since I was at work, this made purchasing the car a final easy choice for me. Chris drove it to me, told me everything about the car, went back to the dealership and got me approved. Once I got to the dealership we signed all of the paperwork and I drove a way 2 hours later in my new used car! I got what I wanted for my trade in, got the payment that I desired and Chris Padilla was a huge help the whole way. Would not hesitate to purchase a car from Stokes or Chris again.

My boyfriend and I had been wanting a new car for the longest. We came in here with not much hope since it was our first time purchasing something so big and our credit scores aren t the best. We didn t have much knowledge about this process either coming in. Jesus welcomed us as soon as we parked and he was just the friendliest, most patient person ever. He answered all our questions and with the help of his manager Dan, they were able to get us an even better car than we ever thought we could get. Dan went back and forth with the banks to see how he could help us the best he could and that s exactly what he did. I really appreciate both Jesus and Dan for their passion to help their clients. I highly recommend you guys visit Stokes Mazda on Ashley Phosphate, they re the best!

The customer service I experienced from beginning to end from Chris and the rest of the Stokes Mazda staff was phenomenal! Buying a car has a bad connotation of being stressful and overwhelming but they did everything to make it everything but that. They did everything they could to work with me and I was able to buy the car of my dreams!!

We had a great experience here the other day. I walked in expecting the same high pressure, disrespectful routine car salesmen are known for but I got the exact opposite of that and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Chris Padilla and he went the extra mile to make sure that my family and I were comfortable and taken care of. It was a terrible, rainy day and he went and walked the lot himself and drove the cars right to the front so we didn't have to bring our baby out in the rain. Despite my initial reservations, Chris proved that he was actually interested in hearing what we wanted and making sure we got our needs met. If I asked him a question, he was honest and transparent. If he didn't immediately know the answer he said so and was willing and able to get it. Not once did he ever try to argue or bully us into something we didn't want like you always hear about happening at dealerships. Sitting down and working with him felt more like talking with a friend than anything and made the entire situation much more enjoyable. You can tell after working with him that the honesty and integrity he developed in his time in the military and as a police officer is something he still lives by. If you're in the market, reach out to Chris and if he's not available, make an appointment to work with him.

Dan was able to help guide us with the financial decisions we had in front of us as first time car buyers. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a Mazda, we love our new CX-5!

I unfortunately had my car totaled and Suzi made the buying a new car experience so easy! She helped me over text and that was easier due to my schedule, helped me get the color I wanted, and was the absolute best to buy from! She stayed late since I was coming from out of town and everything. She sent me videos of the car before I got there so I knew exactly what to expect! Dan was also the nicest and most helpful as well!
